The ingredients that you need to make this recipe are;
• Graham crackers
• Toasted pecans
• Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
• Salt (1/4)
• Sugar (3/4 cup)
• Sour cream (1/2 cup)
• Vanilla extracts (1 tsp)
• Eggs (2)
• Cream cheese (1 pound)
• Butter

The step-by-step direction for the mini cheesecake recipe is given below as;
1. First of all to make the crust, take a bowl and add graham crackers, cinnamon, sugar, and toasted pecans and chop it until chopped nicely.
2. Now mix the butter with the crumbs nicely.
3. Take cupcake papers and add 1 and 1/5 tablespoons of crust into it.
4. Use any small-sized flat tool to press the crust.
5. Now make the filling by adding cream cheese, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix completely with a mixer. For this, you can use an electric hand mixer.
6. Add vanilla, eggs, and sour cream to that bowl and mix at medium speed.
7. Continue to beat the cream mixture until it looks completely smooth.
8. Now you can use ice cream scoops for filling in cupcake papers.
9. Bake the cake for 18 minutes at 350F until the top becomes brown and the cake will puff up after that slightly cool.
10. Now place in oven and rest it for 20 minutes.
11. Remove from oven cool it at room temperature and chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
12. After cooling down you can add cream, chocolate some berries, or any other topping that you like.
