The Blessed Jerusalem and State of Palestine

Palestine is an Islamic land, and it is a blessed land. It contains the first of the two Qiblahs, which is Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Messenger of ALLAH, (PBUH), prayed there since the mission until Shaban of the second year of the Hijra, when the shift of the Qiblah was revealed in the Almighty’s saying in Surah Al-Baqarah: “And turn your face toward the Sacred Mosque".”

It is also the second of the two mosques, as was proven in the two Sahihs and elsewhere from the hadith of Abu Dharr, may ALLAH be pleased with him, who said: I said, O Messenger of ALLAH, which mosque was placed on earth first? He said: Masjed Al-Haram, I said: then what? He said: Al-Aqsa Mosque. I said how much is there between them? He said: Forty years, then wherever prayer catches you after its end, the merits are in it.

It is also the third of the Three Holy Mosques. ALLAH Almighty says in His Noble Book, “Glory be to Him who took His servant by night from the Sacred Mosque to Al-Aqsa Mosque, whose surroundings We have blessed to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.” And the Almighty said:" And We delivered him and Lot to the land which We had blessed for the worlds.” Al-Tabari and other commentators say: “And it is the land of the Levant, of which Palestine is a part.” Some of them mentioned: It was said to the land of Jerusalem, meaning Palestine, because it is the place of the prophets.

 The Noble Messenger, may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him, says, “Do not set out on journeys except to three mosques: the Sacred Mosque, this mosque of mine, and the Al-Aqsa Mosque,” and what is meant in the verse is all of Palestine, but rather all of the Levant, so how can the nation allow these people to give up 78% of this holy land?

The issue of Palestine is one of the nation's crucial issues, and the meaning of the crucial issue is the issue that affects the fate of the entire nation and not some of them, that is, of the people of Palestine only. Crucial cases are subject to a life or death decision. For the sake of Jerusalem, our master Omar bin Al-Khattab, may ALLAH be pleased with him, left Medina for the Levant to take it over without shedding blood, and no caliph did so for the sake of any other city as a result of its importance.

Likewise, Saladin did when he regained it from the Crusaders not to shed blood, even though the Crusaders; who killed its entire population of seventy thousand when they occupied it in the year 1099.

Louis IX, King of France, led the Seventh Crusade to Egypt to eliminate its power in order to regain Jerusalem, but he was unable. Turan Shah, King of Egypt at the time, said there were no negotiations about Jerusalem, as Jerusalem is our first Kiblah, and it contains the second of the two mosques, and it is the third of the Two Mosques.

The reasons for the emergence of the Palestine issue are ancient and began since the Crusades called for by Pope Urban in the year 1095, and continued for nearly two years, and the Europeans at that time took advantage of the disintegration and weakness of Muslims.

Louis IX, while in prison after his defeat and capture in Mansoura in 1250, wrote in a document preserved in the National Archives in Paris: It is not possible to defeat Muslims through war, but rather by following the following:

First: Spreading division among Muslim leaders (this happened and is a tangible reality today).

Secondly - Failure to enable the Arab and Islamic countries to have good governance (and this is also a tangible reality, as the regimes in Muslim countries are corrupt disbelief regimes).

Third: Corrupting the ruling systems in Islamic countries with bribery, corruption, and women, until the base separates from the top.

Fourth - Preventing the rise of an army that believes in the right of its country and sacrifices for its principles (and the situation of armies in Muslim countries is understood by everyone that they are armies to protect rulers and infidel regimes and to strike the nation if it tries to move, and this is what happened when people moved in Tunisia, Egypt and Syria, while no Take action regarding what is happening in Gaza, as the state of the armies is the state of mercenaries.

Fifth - Work to prevent the establishment of Arab unity in the region (the Arabs are now 23 entities and America is working to divide them into 42 entities).

Sixth: Working to establish a Western state in the Arab region that extends to the West. (This is what happened in Palestine).

Napoleon, Louis IX's successor, 500 years later, tried to implement this commandment. As soon as he set foot on the land of Palestine in the beginning of the year 1799 in his famous campaign against Egypt and the Islamic East, he issued an urgent appeal to Jews all over the world to come to Palestine to establish a state for them there. But he was defeated and had to return to France, until Great Britain came in the twentieth century to fulfill what was stated in this will.

It suffices to mention that the number of Jews in Palestine in 1488 did not exceed 70 Jewish families, and in 1521 their number became one thousand five hundred families. In 1798, Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte received a report from a group of exploration officers that preceded his army to Palestine at the beginning of the French campaign against Egypt. The report submitted to Napoleon stated that the number of Jews in Palestine was 1,800, including 135 in the city of Jerusalem!!

The Jews falsely and slanderously claim that Palestine is their homeland that ALLAH promised them, and that they returned to it after a long wait and hardship, as evidence for their claims with sayings in the Torah that they wrote, as the Lord of Glory said about them, “They distort words from their places,” and He said about them, “Do you hope that they will believe in you? A group of them used to hear the word of ALLAH and then distort it after they had understood it while they knew it. So woe to those who write the book with their own hands and then say, “This is from ALLAH,” in order to exchange it for a small price.”

The land of Palestine, in addition to being historically the homeland of the Arab people of Palestine for thousands of years, has even been known since ancient times, as stated in the Torah, as the land of Canaan. The Canaanites, as is known, were Arabs, and were not Jews. The Canaanites were thousands of years before Judaism, and they were the inhabitants.

The country existed hundreds of thousands of years before the arrival of our master Abraham, peace be upon him. Our master Abraham, peace be upon him, bought the place where he lived in Hebron, that is, in Hebron, from one of the Canaanites, and this is mentioned in the books of the Jews and in their histories. They falsely and slanderously claim that Abraham, peace be upon him, and the prophets who came after him were Jews.

The Holy Qur’an replied to them, “Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was an upright Muslim, and he was not of the polytheists.” And in another verse, “The Torah and the Gospel were not revealed except after him,” meaning Abraham, peace be upon him.

Before the Torah, the Hebrew speaking Jews were nomads who had no place to settle. ALLAH Almighty said through our master Joseph, peace be upon him, “And He did good to me when He brought me out of prison and brought you from the Bedouins.”

Therefore, the land of Palestine has been the homeland of the Arabs since ancient times, and it is also a holy and blessed land, and it is not permissible for a Muslim to give up a single inch of its land. It is a foreign land, meaning that its ownership belongs to the Muslims’ treasury, or in other words, it is the property of all Muslims, and it is not the property of the people of Palestine alone.

Neither Arafat, nor Mahmoud Abbas, or the Arab and the Muslim rulers have the right to give up any inch of it. May ALLAH have mercy on Sultan Abdul Hamid, when he told Herzl during his meeting with him that the land of Palestine does not belong to Abdul Hamid or any Muslim individual, whether ruler or ruled, but rather it is the property of the Islamic Nation.

When the weakness of the Muslims became apparent in the middle of the eighteenth century, the entire issue turned to how to defeat the Muslims and divide the lands of the Ottoman Empire, which was the Caliphate.

The First Zionist Congress was the inaugural conference of the Zionist Organization, held under the leadership of Theodor Herzl in Basel, Switzerland, on August 29, 1897. After Herzl felt frustrated by the lack of enthusiasm of wealthy Jews to help finance his project to work on establishing a national homeland for the Jews, which would be either in Palestine or Argentina, Or Uganda.

This conference included all Jewish communities, with the aim of working to implement this project, and it was the basis for establishing what is known as the Basel Program. The Jews in Western Europe and Russia were persecuted, so they began looking for a way out. Herzl, the Austrian Jew, wrote the book The Jewish State in 1896, and he was searching for the Jews to find a homeland outside Europe in Africa or in Canada.

At the urging of Great Britain, Theodor Herzl succeeded in promoting the idea of colonizing Palestine and establishing a homeland for the Jews there. This success was crystallized in the holding of the first Zionist conference in the city of Basel, Switzerland, in 1897, and one of its most important results was the establishment of the World Zionist Organization to implement the Zionist program, which stipulates that “the goal of the Zionist is to establish a national homeland for the Jews in Palestine guaranteed by public law.”

Herzl tried with Sultan Abdul Hamid, may ALLAH have mercy on him, to allow them to come to Palestine, but the Sultan’s answer was a categorical refusal: Sultan Abdul Hamid rejected Herzl’s demands, and he was reported as saying: "Advise Herzl not to take serious steps in this matter, for I cannot give up a single inch of the land of Palestine. It is not the property of my right, but rather the property of the Islamic nation. My people have struggled for this land and irrigated it with their blood. So let the Jews keep their millions, and if the caliphate is torn apart." One day, they will then be able to take Palestine for free...but partition will only take place over our bodies.”

During World War I in the year 1915, contact occurred between Great Britain - which was the first country in the world - with Sharif Hussein, who was governor of the Hijaz by the Ottoman Empire, to commit treason, in exchange for giving him Iraq and the Levant to be king over them, and they excluded Palestine (and these contacts were known as the McMahon correspondence-Sherif Hussein). Al-Sharif accepted treason and revolted against the Ottoman Empire in 1916. This revolution was one of the main reasons for the defeat of the Muslims and the fall of Palestine into the hands of the British, who in turn handed it over to the Zionists after they abandoned its people.

In 1916, the Sykes-Picot Agreement was a secret treaty between France and the United Kingdom, ratified by The Tsarist Russian Empire and Italy agreed to divide the Fertile Crescent region between France and Britain, to define areas of influence in West Asia and divide the Ottoman Empire, which was in control of those areas during World War I. The agreement was based on the assumption that the Triple Entente will succeed in defeating the Ottoman Empire during World War I, and dividing its possessions.

The agreement forms part of a series of secret agreements. The initial negotiations that led to the agreement took place on January 3, 1916, the date on which the French diplomat François-Georges-Picot and the British Mark Sykes signed memoranda of understanding documents between the foreign ministries of France, Britain, and Tsarist Russia at the time. The governments of those countries ratified the agreement on May 9 and 16, 1916, so that Britain and France controlled it or were under their influence. The agreement allocated to Britain what is today Palestine, Jordan and Iraq.

The agreement that was signed in Petersburg between France, Britain, and Russia considered the Levant and Iraq to be among the areas of French and British influence, so the northern part of the Levant was for the French, so they formed the states of Syria and Lebanon. The southern region belonged to Britain, so it created the Emirate of Transjordan, which was later transformed into the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It appointed King Abdullah bin Al Hussein as its king in exchange for his betrayal, and stipulated that he should protect the Zionists in Palestine. He carried out the mission well, handing over most of Palestine to them, and then making his army; whose leaders were mostly The British made this army a police guard for the Zionists in Palestine and killed every Palestinian who tried to carry out any action against these occupiers.

As for Palestine, the Britain took under its governance through the League of Nations as mandated area. Tsarist Russia would take the straits of the Bosporus and the Dardanelles. However, Russia withdrew from the war in 1917 after the Bolshevik Revolution took place, and Lenin was the one who revealed this secret agreement, and the British mandate over Palestine continued until Mid-May 1948. In November 1917, the Balfour Declaration, which was a promise from Britain to the Jews to give them Palestine as a national homeland, even though the Jews were within 3% of the population of Palestine. The following is the text of the declaration:

“His Majesty’s Government view with favor the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine, and will use their best endeavors to facilitate the achievement of this goal, with it being clearly understood that nothing will be done that would abridge the civil and religious rights enjoyed by the non-Jewish communities residing in Palestine. Nor the rights or political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.”

This promise was included in a letter dated November 2, 1917, addressed by the Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom, Arthur Balfour, to Lord Lionel de Rothschild, one of the most prominent figures in the British Jewish community, for transfer to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland. The text of the promise (or declaration) was published in the press on November 9, 1917.

The First World War ended in 1918 with the defeat of Germany, Austria, and the Ottoman Empire and the victory of Britain, France, and the United States, because Tsarist Russia had the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917 and withdrew from the war. It was Lenin who exposed the Six-Picot Agreement, and despite this announcement, Sharif Hussein continued to betray.

After the end of the war, the United States returned to its isolation, and Britain ruled Palestine according to the mandate that it had obtained from the League of Nations, and remained in Palestine until May 15, 1948. During the thirty years, it encouraged the migration of Jews to Palestine and gave them princely lands, and took lands from the people of Palestine by force and gave them to them. The Jews who came to Palestine, especially from Europe, because Europe did not want them in Europe and wanted to get rid of them and at the same time benefit from them, so it created a foreign body of them in Palestine, so it brought them from everywhere, especially from Eastern Europe, and therefore the vast majority of the entity called Israel. They are of the Salafi race and have no relation to Shem, and at the same time they have no relation to Israel, which is Jacob, peace be upon him, and they falsely and slanderously claim that they are Semites and Israelis. After World War II, America did not return to its isolation as Great Britain had hoped.

It decided to take the colonies from the colonial countries and came up with the idea of liberation. The conflict raged between them and these countries, especially Britain and France, and the United States succeeded in this conflict, so it carried out military coups and adopted Israel. In November, it took a decision from the United Nations Council to divide Palestine into a Jewish state on 56% of the land of Palestine and a Palestinian state on 44%, and that Jerusalem be international, with The Jews, despite what Britain did, owned only 7% of the land of Palestine. On May 15, 1948, Britain withdrew from Palestine after emptying many of Palestine’s cities and villages of their people and handed them over to the Zionist gangs.

It ordered its agents from the Arab rulers, all of whom were its agents, to enter, with a charade they called a war to liberate Palestine, and they made their agent King Abdullah bin Hussein, whom they ruled over Jordan. As a price for the betrayal he committed with his father, the Sharif of Mecca, and his brothers, they made this agent commander of the seven Arab armies and made the Englishman John Clube chief of staff of these armies. They entered Palestine under the pretext of liberating it, so they carried out a farce they called a war and handed most of Palestine over to the Zionists because they were defeated by the Israeli army (according to the charade). In the farce, Six-Day War in 1967, King Hussein, grandson of Abdullah, handed over the West Bank to the Zionists.

When the people of Palestine moved, they created the Liberation Organization for themselves and included it in the (divided) Arab League. They removed the Islamic and Arab character from Palestine and made it the issue of the people of Palestine. To tame the people of Palestine to accept this entity, they carried out guerrilla action, and that was a justification for them to negotiate with this entity. The Madrid talks were in the year 1993, which led to the Osloa Accords, so the PLO (the sole representative of the Palestinian people) recognized this entity called Israel and ceded 78% of the land of Palestine so that its name became Israel. This recognition made the Arab states agree with this entity.

At the Arab Summit meeting held in 2002 in Beirut, Saudi Arabia presented a peace initiative called the King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Initiative for recognition and normalization with the entity called Israel, in exchange for which Israel would withdraw from the West Bank and Gaza, which is equal to 22% of the land of Palestine. The summit conference adopted the initiative and it was called the Arab Peace Initiative. However, the occupying entity rejected it, because the Zionists coveted a state extending from the Nile to the Euphrates.

فلسطين هى أرض اسلامية ، وهى أرض مباركة ، فيها أولى القبلتين وهو المسجد الأقصى، وقد صلى اليه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم منذ البعثة حتى شعبان من السنة الثانية للهجرة عندما نزل تحويل القبلة في قوله تعالى في سورة البقرة :" فول وجهك شطر المسجد الحرام ".

وهو كذلك ثاني المسجدين لما ثبت في الصحيحين وغيرهما من حديث أبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال: قلت يا رسول الله أي مسجد وضع في الأرض أول؟ قال: المسجد الحرام قال قلت: ثم أي؟ قال: المسجد الأقصى، قلت كم بينهما؟ قال: أربعون سنة، ثم أينما أدركتك الصلاة بعد فصله، فإن الفضل فيه.

وهو كذلك ثالث الحرمين . يقول الله سبحانه وتعالى فى كتابه الكريم " سبحان الذى أسرى بعبده ليلا من المسجد الحرام الى المسجد الأقصى الذى باركنا حوله لنريه من آياتنا إنه هو السميع البصير"، وقال تعالى :" وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَلُوطاً إِلَى ٱلأَرْضِ ٱلَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا لِلْعَالَمِينَ" ، يقول الطبري وغيره من المفسرين :"وهي أرض الشأم التي فلسطين جزء منها. وبعضهم ذكر: وقيل إلى أرض بيت المقدس أي فلسطين لأن بها مقام الأنبياء.

 ويقول الرسول الكريم صلوات الله وسلامه عليه " لا تشد الرحال إلاَ الى ثلاثة مساجد: المسجد الحرام ومسجدى هذا والمسجد الأقصى" ، والمقصود بحوله فى الآية جميع فلسطين بل جميع بلاد الشام ، فكيف تسمح الأمة لهؤلاء أن يفرطوا ب78 % من هذه الأرض المقدسة.

إن قضية فلسطين هى من قضايا الأمة المصيرية ، ومعنى القضية المصيرية هى القضية التى تمس مصير الأمة جمعاء وليس بعضها ، أي لأهل فلسطين فقط. والقضايا المصيرية يتخذ في حقها اجراء الحياة أو الموت . ومن أجل القدس خرج سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه من المدينة المنورة الى بلاد الشام لاستلامها دون إراقة الدماء ، ولم يفعل أي خليفة من أجل أية مدينة أخرى نتيجة لأهميتها ، وكذلك عمل صلاح الدين عند استعادتها من الصليبيين على عدم إراقة الدماء ، مع أن الصليبيين قتلوا كل سكانها البالغ سبعين ألفا عندما احتلوها سنة 1099 . وقاد لويس التاسع ملك فرنسا الحملة الصليبية السابعة الى مصر للقضاء على قوتها ليسترجع القدس ولم يستطع ، وقال توران شاه ملك مصر آنذاك لا مفاوضات حول القدس ، فالقدس هي قبلتنا الأولى وفيها ثاي المسجدين وهي ثالث الحرمين.

وأسباب نشأة قضية فلسطين قديمة بدأت منذ الحروب الصليبية التي دعا لها بابا الفاتكان أوربان سنة 1095 ، واستمرت حوالي ما يقرب المأتي عام ، وقد استغل الاوروبيون حينها تفكك المسلمين وضعفهم.

وكتب لويس التاسع وهو في سجنه بعد هزيمته وأسره فى المنصورة عام 1250 فى وثيقة محفوظة فى دار الوثائق القومية فى باريس : إنه لا يمكن الإنتصار على المسلمين من خلال الحرب ، وإنما باتباع ما يلى :

أولا– إشاعة الفرقة بين قادة المسلمين( وهذا حصل وهو اليوم واقع ملموس).

ثانيا- عدم تمكين البلاد العربية والإسلامية أن يقوم فيها حكم صالح ( وهذا ألأمر كذلك واقع ملموس ، فالأنظمة في بلاد المسلمين هي أنظمة كفر فاسدة).

 ثالثا- إفساد أنظمة الحكم فى البلاد الإسلامية بالرشوة والفساد والنساء ، حتى تنفصل القاعدة عن القمة.

رابعا- الحيلولة دون قيام جيش مؤمن بحق وطنه عليه ، ويضحى فى سبيل مبادئه ( وحال الجيوش في بلاد المسلمين مدرك من قبل الجميع أنها جيوش لحماية الحكام وأنظمة الكفر وضرب الأمة إذا حاولت التحرك ، وهذا ما حصل عندما تحرك الناس في تونس ومصر وسوريا ، بينما لا تحرك ساكنا إزاء ما يحصل في غزة، فحال الجيوش هو حال المرتزقة).

خامسا- العمل على الحيلولة دون قيام وحدة عربية فى المنطقة( العرب الآن 23 كيان وأمريكا تعمل على تمزيقهم الى 42 كيان).

سادسا- العمل على قيام دولة غربية فى المنطقة العربية تمتد لتصل إلى الغرب. ( وهذا ما حصل في فلسطين ).

وقد حاول نابليون خليفة لويس التاسع بعد 500 سنة تنفيذ هذه الوصية ، فما أن وطأت قدماه أرض فلسطين أوائل سنة 1799فى حملته الشهيرة على مصر والشرق الإسلامى حتى وجه نداء عاجلا إلى اليهود فى جميع أنحاء العالم للمجىء الى فلسطين ليقيم لهم دولة فيها. ولكنه هزم واضطر للعودة إلى فرنسا ، حتى جاءت بريطانيا العظمى فى القرن العشرين لتحقيق ما ورد فى هذه الوصية . ويكفي أن نذكر أن عدد اليهود في فلسطين عام 1488 لم يتجاوز 70 أسرة يهودية، وفي عام 1521 أصبح عددها ألف وخمسمائة أسرة ، وفي عام 1798 تلقى الإمبراطور نابليون بونابرت تقريرا من مجموعة ضباط إستكشاف سبقت جيشه إلى فلسطين في بداية الحملة الفرنسية على مصر. ويقول التقرير المرفوع إلى نابليون أن عدد اليهود في فلسطين 1800 منهم 135 في مدينة القدس !!.

اليهود يزعمون كذبا وبهتانا بأن فلسطين هى وطنهم الذى وعدهم الله اياه، وأنهم رجعوا اليه بعد طول انتظار وعناء ، مستدلين على أدعاءاتهم بأقوال فى التوراة هم كتبوها ، كما قال عنهم رب العزة " يحرفون الكلم عن مواضعه"، وقال عنهم " افتطمعون أن يؤمنوا لكم وقد كان فريق منهم يسمعون كلام الله ثم يحرفونه من بعد ما عقلوه وهم يعلمون ، فويل للذين يكتبون الكتاب بأيديهم ثم يقولون هذا من عند الله ليشتروا به ثمنا قليلا" .

إن أرض فلسطين فوق كونها تاريخيا هى موطن أهل فلسطين العرب منذ آلاف السنين حتى أنها كانت تعرف منذ القدم وكما ورد كذلك فى التوراة بأرض كنعان ، والكنعانيون كما هو معروف كانوا عربا، ولم يكونوا من اليهود ، والكنعانيون كانوا قبل اليهودية بآلاف السنين ، وكانوا هم سكان البلاد قبل مجىء سيدنا ابراهيم عليه السلام بمآت بل بآلاف السنين ، واشترى سيدنا ابراهيم عليه السلام المكان الذى سكن فيه فى حبرون أى فى الخليل من أحد الكنعانيين ، وهذا مذكور فى كتب اليهود وفى تورايخهم . وهم يدعون زورا وبهتانا بأن ابراهيم عليه السلام ومن جاء بعده من الأنبياء كانوا يهودا ، فرد عليهم القرآن الكريم " ما كان إبراهيم يهوديا ولا نصرانيا ولكن كان حنيفا مسلما وما كان من المشركين" .  

وفى آية آخرى " وما أنزلت التوراة والإنجيل إلاَ من بعده " أى إبراهيم عليه السلام.

والعبرانيون كانوا قبل التوراة بدوا رحلا ليس لهم مكان يستقرون فيه ، قال تعالى على لسان سيدنا يوسف عليه السلام " وقد أحسن بى إذ أخرجنى من السجن وجاء بكم من البدو".

إذن فأرض فلسطين هى موطن العرب منذ القدم ، وكذلك هى أرض مقدسة مباركة لا يجوز لمسلم أن يفرط بشبر واحد من أرضها ، وهى أرض خراجية أى أن ملكيتها تعود الى بيت مال المسلمين ، أو بعبارة أخرى هى ملك المسلمين جميعا ، وليست ملكا لأهل فلسطين وحدهم ، فلا يحق لا لعرفات أو محمود عباس أو حكام العرب والمسلمين التفريط بأى شبر منها . ولله در السلطان عبدالحميد رحمه الله حين قال لهرتزل أثاء مقابلته إياه بأن أرض فلسطين ليست ملكا لعبدالحميد أو فرد من المسلمين حاكما كان أو محكوما وإنما هى ملك الأمة الإسلامية.

ولما ظهر ضعف المسلمين منتصف القرن الثامن عشر تحولت المسألة الشرقية الى كيفية هزيمة المسلمين واقتسام أراضي الدولة العثمانية وهي دولة الخلافة .

المؤتمر الصهيوني الأول كان المؤتمر الافتتاحي للمنظمة الصهيونية، عقد بزعامة تيودور هرتزل في مدينة بازل بسويسرا يوم 29 أغسطس 1897.بعد أن شعر هرتزل بالإحباط بسبب عدم حماس أغنياء اليهود بالمساعدة في تمويل مشروعه بالعمل على إقامة وطن قومي لليهود ويكون إما في فلسطين، أو الأرجنتين، أو أوغندا. وكان هذا المؤتمر يضم كل الجاليات اليهودية، بهدف العمل على تنفيذ هذا المشروع وقد كان الأساس في إنشاء ما يعرف ببرنامج بازل.

وكان اليهود في أوروبا الغربية وفي روسيا مضطهدين ، فأخذوا يبحثون لهم عن مخرج .

فكتب هرتزل اليهودي النمساوي كتاب الدولة اليهودية سنة 1896 ، وكان يبحث لليهود عن وطن خارج اوروبا في أفريقيا أو في كندا .

وبإيعاز من بريطانيا العظمى نجح تيودور هرتزل في الترويج لفكرة استعمار فلسطين وإقامة وطن لليهود هناك. وتبلور ذلك النجاح في عقد المؤتمر الصهيوني الأول في مدينة بازل بسويسرا عام 1897 وكان من أهم نتائجه إقامة المنظمة الصهيونية العالمية لتنفيذ البرنامج الصهيوني الذي ينص على أن «هدف الصهيوني هو إقامة وطن قومي لليهود في فلسطين يضمنه القانون العام». وقد حاول هرتزل مع السلطان عبد الحميد رحمه الله ليسمح لهم بالمجئ الى فلسطين ، فكان جواب السلطان قاطعا بالرفض : وقد رفض السلطان عبد الحميد مطالب هرتزل، وورد عنه في ذلك قوله:

"انصحوا هرتزل بألا يتخذ خطوات جدية في هذا الموضوع فإني لا أستطيع أن أتخلى عن شبر واحد من أرض فلسطين، فهي ليست ملك يميني، بل ملك الأمة الإسلامية، ولقد جاهد شعبي في سبيل هذه الأرض وروّاها بدمه، فليحتفظ اليهود بملايينهم، وإذا مزقت دولة الخلافة يوما فإنهم يستطيعون آنذاك أن يأخذوا فلسطين بلا ثمن.. ولكن التقسيم لن يتم إلا على أجسادنا".

وأثناء الحرب العالمية الأولى في سنة 1915 حصل اتصال بين بريطانيا العظمى -التي كانت الدولة الأولى في العالم - بالشريف حسين الذي كان واليا من قبل الدولة العثمانية على الحجاز ليقوم بالخيانة ، مقابل إعطاؤه العراق وبلاد الشام ليكون ملكا عليها واستثنوا فلسطين (وعرفت هذه الإتصالات براسلات مكماهون-الشريف حسين). وقد قبل الشريف بالقيام بالخيانة وثار على الدولة العثمانية سنة 1916 ، وهذه الثورة كانت من الأسباب الرئيسية في هزيمة المسلمين ووقوع فلسطين في أيدي الإنجليز الذين سلموها بدورهم للصهاينة بعد أن هجروا أهلها.

وفي سنة 1916 كانت اتفاقیة سایكس - بیكو وهي معاهدة سریة بین فرنسا والمملكة المتحدة بمصادقة من الإمبراطوریة الروسیة القيصرية وإیطالیا على اقتسام منطقة الهلال الخصیب بین فرنسا وبریطانیا،

ولتحدید مناطق النفوذ في غرب آسیا وتقسیم الدولة العثمانیة التي كانت المسیطرة على تلك

المنطقة في الحرب العالمیة الأولى. اعتمدت الاتفاقیة على فرضیة أن الوفاق الثلاثي

سینجح في هزیمة الدولة العثمانیة خلال الحرب العالمیة الأولى ، واقتسام ممتلكاتها . ویشكل الاتفلاق جزأ من سلسلة من الاتفاقات السریة. وقد جرت المفاوضات الأولیة التي أدت إلى الاتفاق يوم3 ینایر 1916 وهو التاریخ الذي وقع فیه الدبلوماسي الفرنسي فرانسوا جورج بیكو والبریطاني مارك سایكس على وثائق مذكرات تفاهم بین وزارات خارجیة فرنسا وبریطانیا وروسیا القیصریة آنذاك. وصادقت حكومات تلك البلدان على الاتفاقیة في 9 و 16 مایو 1916 بحيث تسیطر علیها بریطانیا وفرنسا أو تحت نفوذها. فخصصت الاتفاقیة لبریطانیا ماهو الیوم فلسطين والأردن والعراق

والإتفاقیة التي وقعت في بطرسبورغ بین فرنسا وبریطانیا وروسیا ، اعتبرت منطقة بلاد الشام والعراق من ضمن مناطق النفوذ الفرنسي و البریطاني، فكان القسم الشمالي من بلاد الشام للفرنسيين فكونوا دولتي سورية ولبنان . والمنطقة الجنوبية من حصة بريطانيا ، فأوجدت إمارة شرق الأردن التي تحولت بعد ذلك الى المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وعينت الملك عبدالله بن الحسين مقابل خيانته ملكا عليها واشترطت عليه حماية الصهاينة في فلسطين ، فقام بالمهمة أحسن قيام فسلمهم معظم فلسطين ، ثم جعل جيشه الذي كان جل قياداته من الإنجليز ، جعل من هذا الجيش شرطي حراسة للصهاينة في فلسطين وقتل كل فلسطيني كان يحاول القيام بأي عمل ضد هؤلاء المحتلين .

 أما فلسطين فأخذت بريطانيا قرارا من عصبة الأمم لتكون منطقة انتداب تحكمها بريطانيا مباشرة .على أن تأخذ روسيا القيصرية مضائق البوسفور والدردنيل ، إلا أن روسيا انسحبت من الحرب سنة 1917 بعد حصول الثورة البلشفية ، ولينين هو الذي كشف هذه الإتفاقية السرية واستمر الانتداب البریطاني على فلسطین حتى منتصف شهر أيار سنة 1948. وفي نوفمبر 1917 كان وعد بلفور الذي كان وزيرا للخارجية وهو وعد من بريطانيا لليهود باعطائهم فلسطين وطنا قوميا ، مع أن اليهود كانوا في حدود 3% من سكان فلسطين .وهذا نص الإعلان :

«تنظر حكومة صاحب الجلالة بعين العطف إلى إقامة وطن قوميّ للشعب اليهوديّ في فلسطين، وستبذل غاية جهدها لتسهيل تحقيق هذه الغاية، على أن يفهم جلياً أنه لن يؤتى بعمل من شأنه أن ينتقص من الحقوق المدنية والدينية التي تتمتع بها الطوائف غير اليهودية المقيمة في فلسطين، ولا الحقوق أو الوضع السياسي الذي يتمتع به اليهود في أي بلد آخر.»

ضُمِّنَ هذا الوعد ضمن رسالة بتاريخ 2 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني عام 1917 مُوَجَّهَةٌ من وزير خارجيّة المملكة المتحدة آرثر بلفور إلى اللورد ليونيل دي روتشيلد أحد أبرز أوجه المجتمع اليهودي البريطاني، وذلك لنقلها إلى الاتحاد الصهيوني لبريطانيا العُظمى وإيرلندا. نُشر نص الوعد (أو الإعلان) في الصحافة في 9 نوفمبر/تشرين الثانيّ عام 1917.

وانتهت الحرب العالمية الأولى سنة 1918 بهزيمة المانيا والنمسا والدولة العثمانية وانتصار بريطانيا وفرنسا والولايات المتحدة ، لأن روسيا القيصرية حصلت فيها الثورة البلشفية سنة 1917 وانسحبت من الحرب. ولينين هو الذي فضح اتفاقية سيكس – بيكو، ورغم هذا الإعلان استمر الشريف حسين في الخيانة.

وبعد انتهاء الحرب رجعت الولايات المتحدة الى عزلتها ، وحكمت بريطانيا فلسطين بموجب صك الإنتداب الذي استصدرته من عصبة الأمم ، وبقيت في فلسطين حتى 15 أيار سنة 1948 ، وخلال الثلاثين سنة شجعت هجرة اليهود الى فلسطين وأعطتهم من الأراضي الأميرية ، وانتزعت أراضي من أهل فلسطين بالقوة وأعطتها اليهود الذن جاؤا الى فلسطين خاصة من أوروبا ، فأوروبا لم تردهم في أوروبا وأرادت التخلص منهم وفي نفس الوقت الإستفادة منهم ، فكان أن أوجدت منهم جسما غريبا في فلسطين ، فجاءت بهم من كل مكان وخاصة من أوروبا الشرقية ، ولذلك الغالبية العظمى من الكيان المسمى اسرائيل هم من الجنس الصلافي ولا علاقة لهم بسام ، وفي نفس الوقت لا علاقة لهم باسرائيل الذي هو يعقوب عليه السلام ، ويدعون زورا وبهتانا أنهم ساميون واسرائيليون .

وبعد الحرب العالمية الثانية لم ترجع أمريكا الى عزلتها كما كانت بريطانيا العظمى تتمنى.

وقررت اخذ المستعمرات من الدول الإستعمارية فجاءت بفكرة التحرر. واحتدم الصراع بينها وبين هذه الدول وبالأخص بريطانيا وفرنسا ونجحت الولايات المتحدة بهذا الصراع  فقامت بالإنقلابات العسكرية وتبنت إسرائيل ، فأخذت في نوفمبر قرارا من مجلس الأمم المتحدة بتقسيم فلسطين الى دولة يهودية على 56% من أرض فلسطين ودولة فلسطينية على 44% وأن تكون القدس دولية ، مع أن اليهود برغم ما عملته بريطانيا لم يكونوا يمتلكون إلا 7% من أرض فلسطين . وفي 15 أيار سنة 48 انسحبت بريطانيا من فلسطين بعد أن أفرغت الكثير من مدن فلسطين وقراها من أهلها وسلمتها لعصابات الصهاينة، وأمرت عملاءها من حكام العرب وكلهم كانوا عملاء لها أن يدخلوا بتمثيلية سموها حربا لتحرير فلسطين ، وجعلوا عميلهم الملك عبدالله بن الحسين الذي ملكوه على الأردن ثمن الخيانة التي ارتكبها مع أبيه شريف مكة وإخوته، جعلوا هذا العميل قائدا للجيوش العربية السبعة وجعلوا الإنجليزي جون كلوب رئيسا لأركان هذه الجيوش ، فدخلوا فلسطين بحجة تحريريها ، فقاموا بمهزلة سموها حربا وسلموا معظم فلسطين للصهاينة لأنهم هزموا أمام جيش إسرائيل ( بحسب التمثيلية). وفي مهزلة حرب الأيام الستة سنة 1967 قام الملك حسين حفيد عبدالله بتسليم الضفة الغربية للصهاينة .

ولما تحرك أهل فلسطين أوجدوا لهم منظمة التحرير وادخلوها الجامعة( المفرقة ) العربية ، فرفعوا عن فلسطين الصبغة الإسلامية والعربية وجعلوها قضية أهل فلسطين.ولترويض أهل فلسطين لقبول هذا الكيان قاموا بالعمل الفدائي وكان ذلك مبررا لهم ليقوموا بمفاوضة هذا الكيان ، فكانت محادثات مدريد سنة 93 التي افضت الى اتفاقية أوسلوا ، فاعترفت منظمة التحرير (الممثل الوحيددة للشعب الفلسطي) بهذا الكيان المسمى اسرائيل وتنازلت عن 78% من أرض فلسطين ليصبح اسمها اسرائيل. وهذا الإعتراف جعل الدويلات العربية تطبع مع هذا الكيان.

وفي اجتماع القمة العربية المنعقد 2002 في بيروت قدمت السعودية مبادرة سلام سميت بمبادرة الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزير للإعتراف والتطبيع مع الكيان المسمى بإسرائيل ، مقابل ذلك أن تنسحب اسرائيل من الضفة الغربية وغزة وذلك يساوي 22% من أرض فلسطين ، فتبنى مؤتمر القمة المبادرة وسميت مبادرة السلام العربية ، ومع ذلك رفض الكيان المحتل ذلك ، لأن الصهاينة يطمعون بدولة تمتد من النيل الى الفرات.
