POTUS Trump's Gaza Peace Plan- An Opinion

On Monday evening, September 29, 2025, Trump announced details of a new plan to end the war that has been ongoing in the Gaza Strip for nearly two years. He emphasized that this plan seeks a permanent ceasefire and the restoration of stability to the region. He said in a press conference that this plan aims to grant the residents of Gaza peace and prosperity without forcing anyone to leave their homes, calling on the concerned parties to approach it responsibly and realistically. The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, announced that it would responsibly study the plan, stressing that its priorities are lifting the siege, halting the aggression, and guaranteeing the rights of the Palestinian people. Israel has signed the plan, and the most important aspects of the plan are the following:

* Suspension of military operations in Gaza, including aerial bombardment, for a period of 72 hours, after which Israel will begin accepting the plan.

* Release of all living prisoners and handover of the remains of those killed during the truce period, including the exchange of the remains of an Israeli prisoner for the remains of 15 Palestinian martyrs from Gaza.

* Gradual Israeli military withdrawal according to a timetable linked to the disarmament process, to be agreed upon with the guarantors and Washington.

* Israel's release of 250 prisoners serving life sentences and 1,700 detainees from Gaza residents arrested after October 7, 2023.

* Immediate entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip upon acceptance of the agreement.

* Providing safe passage for Hamas members wishing to leave the Strip voluntarily.

* Launching direct political dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians with the aim of reaching a settlement that guarantees coexistence and peace without annexing Gaza or forcing displacement.

This Trump plan, which aims to liquidate the Palestinian issue in accordance with the current American vision, has been welcomed regionally and internationally. On the regional level, the colonial-industrialized countries in Muslim countries, both Arab and non-Arab, participating in the New York meeting with Trump expressed their confidence in US President Trump’s ability to find a path to peace and welcomed his sincere efforts to end the war.

A joint statement was issued by the foreign ministers of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt, welcoming this plan and affirming their confidence in Trump’s ability to find a path to peace. They also emphasized the importance of partnership with the United States in consolidating peace in the region. In this context, they welcomed President Trump’s announcement of his proposal, which includes ending the war, rebuilding Gaza, preventing the displacement of the Palestinian people, advancing comprehensive peace, and his declaration that the annexation of the West Bank will not be permitted. They affirmed their full readiness to cooperate positively and constructively with the United States and the concerned parties to complete the agreement and ensure its implementation, in a manner that guarantees peace, security, and stability in the region. They also affirmed their joint commitment to working with the United States to end the war in the Gaza Strip.

Through a comprehensive agreement that guarantees the unimpeded delivery of adequate humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, the prevention of the displacement of Palestinians, the release of hostages, the establishment of a security mechanism that guarantees the security of all parties, a complete Israeli withdrawal, and the establishment of a just peace process based on the two-state solution, under which Gaza will be fully unified with the West Bank in a Palestinian state in accordance with international law, as this is the key to achieving regional stability and security.

On the Israeli level, Trump's peace plan received support from Netanyahu, who said: "I support your plan to end the war in Gaza, which achieves our military objectives, which will return all our hostages to Israel, dismantle Hamas's military capabilities, end its political rule, and ensure that Gaza will never again pose a threat to Israel." The Palestinian Authority also welcomed Trump's peace plan, saying in a statement carried by the Palestinian News Agency: "The State of Palestine welcomes Trump's sincere and tireless efforts to end the war on Gaza, and affirms its confidence in his ability to find a path to peace." Hussein al-Sheikh, the Deputy Chairman of the Palestinian Authority, said: "The Palestinian Authority welcomes US President Trump's efforts to end the war and trusts his ability to find a path to peace."

Similarly, on the international level, most countries welcomed this plan and affirmed their support for it and their contribution to its implementation, as evidenced by the position of French President Macron, who welcomed the American initiative announced by Trump and called on Israel to take it seriously. Hamas has no choice but to release all hostages and follow this plan, stressing his country's readiness to contribute to its implementation. British Prime Minister Starmer also welcomed the plan, saying: "We call on all parties to join forces and work with the US administration to complete this agreement and implement it on the ground.

Hamas must agree to the plan and end the suffering by laying down its weapons and releasing all remaining prisoners," he said, expressing his full support for the plan. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair also praised the plan, describing it as brave and smart. If agreed upon, it could end the war, bring immediate relief to the Strip, and provide a brighter and better opportunity for its residents, while ensuring absolute security for Israel and the release of all hostages. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni described the plan as a turning point that could open the door to a permanent cessation of hostilities. The Norwegian government also welcomed the Trump plan and announced a supportive position for the plan, considering that its success depends on the response of the Israeli occupation. The European Union's foreign policy chief, Capa Kallas, said that the plan: "provides an immediate opportunity to end the war and the European Union is ready to make it succeed. Israel has signed the plan, and Hamas must accept it now and without delay, starting with the immediate release of the hostages."

The UN spokesperson also said: The United Nations said we are continuing to communicate with various parties regarding peace efforts, and indeed we welcome all mediation efforts, and of course we are ready to support any peace plan with everything we can do, including Humanitarian aid. Turkish President Erdogan also praised the plan, saying: “I appreciate the efforts of US President Trump and his leadership to stop the bloodshed in Gaza and achieve a ceasefire. Turkey will continue its contribution to this process with the aim of establishing a just and lasting peace acceptable to all parties.”

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also welcomed the plan, saying: “Russia always supports and welcomes any efforts made by Trump to end the tragedy. We would of course like to implement the plan and contribute to a peaceful end to events in the Middle East.” Germany also welcomed the plan, with the German Chancellor saying: “We welcome the peace plan for Gaza presented by President Trump yesterday. It is the best plan to end the war, and the fact that Israel supports this plan is an important step forward. Hamas must now accept the plan and pave the way for peace.”

Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said: “Spain welcomes the peace proposal supported by the United States in Gaza. We must put an end to this very great suffering. It is time to stop the violence, release all hostages immediately, and allow humanitarian aid to reach…” The civilian population, and the two-state solution, whereby Israel and the Palestinians live side by side in peace and security, is the only possible solution.”

In light of the aforementioned data, it becomes clear that this Zionist-American plan, called the Trump plan to stop the war on Gaza, is not, as it is promoted, the key to regional peace and security in the Middle East. Rather, according to its twenty articles, it does not represent a solution to end the Arab-Israeli conflict, nor any just and convincing solution to the Palestinian issue. Rather, it is, in reality, a consecration of the Israeli occupation and a denial of Palestinian rights. It is tantamount to political suicide for the Palestinians, a political and military victory for the Israeli entity, and the dismantling and ending of any resistance to the Israeli occupation, both present and future.

It also imposes international, Arab and Islamic isolation on Hamas and its allies in the resistance, to force them to agree to the Trump plan. While it is an achievement of Netanyahu’s goals in declaring war on Gaza, a rescue for him internally and externally, an end to the international isolation of the Israeli entity, and a link in the chain of successive Zionist-Crusader links aimed at liquidating the Palestinian issue in the context of inaugurating a new Middle East in which the Zionist entity is a major component.

Its components, and ultimately its purpose is to impose new facts at the expense of the Palestinian cause, and for America to contain both parties to the conflict to form a common ground for calm and confidence-building, to prepare the regional and international atmosphere to launch a dialogue between the Israeli entity and the Palestinians to reach a political horizon that guarantees peaceful and prosperous coexistence, and to end the state of war and hostility between the Zionist entity and the Palestinians, and behind them the Arabs and Muslims, officially and popularly, and to reach, through direct political dialogue, an agreement on implementing the plan, to achieve a comprehensive settlement, and put an end to the recurring tension and violence, by imposing a new international and regional guardianship, exercised by an international body called the Peace Council under the personal supervision of Trump with the participation of Tony Blair, the former British Prime Minister, which will lead to the liquidation of the Palestinian cause according to the American vision, in the context of its current strategy to restructure the new Middle East.

 Therefore, military expert Muhammad al-Maghariba considered it in his interview with Al-Quds Press that Article 12 is a drop of deadly poison, and that it is the same bait that the Palestinians swallowed in the Nakba of 1948 AD, and here they are, after 78 years, none of them has been able to achieve the dream of return, as well as the Secretary-General The General Secretary of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziad al-Nakhalah, said: "What was announced is an American-Israeli agreement that fully reflects the Israeli position on the Gaza Strip and constitutes a recipe for continued aggression against the Palestinian people and a recipe for the region to explode.

Therefore, it is a plan that emphasizes providing security and stability for the Israeli entity, legitimizing its presence internationally and regionally, and accepting it as a natural component of the region. This is confirmed by the fact that the plan calls for the immediate disarmament of Hamas, the destruction of its military infrastructure, and the threat of sanctions if it refuses to agree to the plan. Meanwhile, it imposes no similar restrictions on Israel. In any case, as the Qatari Foreign Minister put it, "it is in its infancy and needs to be developed and clarified through negotiations."

 Therefore, this plan should not be approached based on human emotions and the pressure of need, but rather on alleviating suffering and limiting the scourge of war. Instead, it should respond to international and regional pressures and keep pace with international, Arab, and Islamic reactions that cheer, welcome, and applaud the plan and hope for a fair and just solution to the issue.

Palestinian, with the current political deadlock to limit the repercussions of the war and its woes, it is also not rationally, religiously, or chivalrously correct to deal with this plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause at the expense of the true religion, and thus at the expense of the Palestinian people, on the basis of selfish, immediate, material, and selfish sectarian bargaining.

Hamas will respond to the pressures and agree to the plan, as Dr. Essam El-Erian expects that Hamas will respond yes to what it controls and reject what is not within its authority. Rather, dealing with the plan and the position of accepting it must be from the perspective of the extent of the plan’s Islamic legitimacy and the extent to which it achieves the fulfillment of the rights of the Palestinian people to liberate historic Palestine.

In light of the legal texts that prohibit allegiance to Jews and Christians, and preventing the infidel colonizers from entering any Muslim country, and which require Muslims to confront all infidels as one, it is forbidden to agree to accept this Zionist-American plan, and it must not be approved and work must be done to implement it in response to the Almighty’s saying:

"This is a declaration for mankind, a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil)".

"If ye have received a blow, the (disbelieving) people have received a blow the like thereof. These are (only) the vicissitudes which We cause to follow one another for mankind, to the end that Allah may know those who believe and may choose witnesses from among you; and Allah loveth not wrong-doers."

"And that Allah may prove those who believe, and may blight the disbelievers." (Al Imran: 138-141)

أعلن ترامب مساء الإثنين٢٠٢٥/٩/٢٩م تفاصيل خطة جديدة لإنهاء الحرب المستمرة في قطاع غزة منذ ما يقرب من عامين، مؤكداً على أن هذه الخطة تسعى إلى وقف دائم للحرب، وإعادة الاستقرار للمنطقة، قائلا في مؤتمر صحفي إن هذه الخطة تهدف إلى منح سكان غزة السلام والازدهار دون أن يجبر أحداً على مغادرة منزله، داعيا الأطراف المعنية إلى التعاطي معها بمسؤولية وواقعية، وقد أعلنت المقاومة الإسلامية "حماس" أنها ستقوم بدراسة الخطة بمسؤولية، مشددة على أنّ أولوياّتها رفع الحصار ووقف العدوان وضمان حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني، وقد وقعت إسرائيل على الخطة، وأهم ما تضمنته الخطة الآتي: 

* تعليق العمليات العسكرية في غزة بما فيها القصف الجوي، للمدة "٧٢"ساعة وتبدأ إسرائيل قبول الخطة. 

* إطلاق سراح جميع الأسرى الأحياء، وتسليم رفات القتلى خلال فترة التهدئة، بما في ذلك تبادل رفات أسير إسرائيلي مقابل رفات "١٥" شهيد فلسطيني من غزة.

* انسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي تدريجيّاً وفق جدول زمني مرتبط بعملية نزع السلاح، يتم الاتفاق على ذلك مع الضامنين وواشنطن.

* إفراج إسرائيل عن "٢٥٠" سجينا محكوما بالمؤبد و"١٧٠٠" معتقل من سكان غزة ممن اعتقلوا بعد ٧ أكتوبر/تشرين الأول سنة ٢٠٢٣م.

* إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية فوراً إلى قطاع غزة، وذلك عند القبول بالاتفاق.

* توفير ممر آمن لأعضاء حركة حماس الراغبين في مغادرة القطاع طوعا.

* إطلاق حوار سياسي مباشر بين إسرائيل والفلسطينيين بهدف التوصل إلى تسوية تضمن التعايش والسلام دون ضم غزة أو فرض التهجير.

وقد وجد ترحيب إقليمي ودولي بهذه الخطة الترامبيّة الرامية لتصفية القضية الفلسطينية وفق الرؤية الأمريكية الراهنة، فعلى الصعيد الإقليمي عبرت الدول المصنعة استعماريا القائمة في بلاد المسلمين من العرب وغير العرب المُشارِكة في لقاء نيويورك مع ترامب عن ثقتها في قدرة الرئيس الأمريكي ترامب على إيجاد طريق للسلام، ورحبت بجهوده الصادقة لإنهاء الحرب، وقد صدر بيان مشترك لوزراء خارجية كلٍّ من الأردن والإمارات العربية المتحدة وإندونيسيا وباكستان وتركيا والسعودية وقطر ومصر، يرحبون فيه بهذه الخطة ويؤكدون على ثقتهم بقدرة ترامب على إيجاد طريق للسلام، وعلى أهمية الشراكة مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في ترسيخ السلام في المنطقة، ويرحبون في هذا السياق بإعلان الرئيس ترامب عن مقترحه الذي يتضمن إنهاء الحرب وإعادة إعمار غزة، ومنع تهجير الشعب الفلسطيني، ودفع عجلة السلام الشامل، وإعلانه لعدم السماح بضم الضفة، مؤكدين استعدادهم التام للتعاون بشكل إيجابي وبنّاء مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والأطراف المعنية لإتمام الاتفاق، وضمان تنفيذه، بما يضمن السلام والأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة، ومؤكِّدين أيضاً على التزامهم المشترك بالعمل مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لإنهاء الحرب في قطاع غزة، من خلال اتفاق شامل يضمن إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية الكافية إلى القطاع دون قيود، وعدم تهجير الفلسطينيّين، وإطلاق سراح الرهائن، وإنشاء آليّة أمنيّة تضمن أمن جميع الأطراف، والانسحاب الإسرائيلي الكامل، وتكريس مسار السلام العادل على أساس حل الدولتين، يتم بموجبه توحيد غزة بشكل كامل مع الضفة الغربية في دولة فلسطينية وفقا للقانون الدولي باعتبار ذلك مفتاحا لتحقيق الاستقرار والأمن الإقليميّين.

وكذلك على المستوى الإسرائيلي حظيت خطة ترامب للسلام بدعم من نتنياهو حيث قال: "أدعم خطتك لإنهاء الحرب في غزة والتي تحقق أهدافنا الحربية، والتي ستعيد جميع رهائننا إلى إسرائيل، وستفكك قدرات حماس العسكرية، وستنهي حكمها السياسي، وستضمن ألا تشكل غزة تهديدا لإسرائيل مرة أخرى"، كما وأنّ السلطة رحبت بخطة ترامب للسلام، حيث قالت السلطة في بيانها الذي نقلته وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية: "ترحب دولة فلسطين بجهود ترامب الصادقة والحثيثة لإنهاء الحرب على غزة، وتؤكد ثقتها بقدرته على إيجاد طريق نحو السلام"، وقال حسين الشيخ نائب رئيس السلطة: "إن السلطة الفلسطينية ترحب بجهود الرئيس الأمريكي ترامب لإنهاء الحرب، وتثق بقدرته على إيجاد طريق نحو السلام، وكذلك الحال على المستوى العالمي رحبت معظم دول العالم بهذه الخطة وأكدت على دعمها والمساهمة في تنفيذها، كما يتضح من موقف الرئيس الفرنسي ماكرون حيث رحب بالمبادرة الأمريكية التي أعلنها ترامب ودعا إسرائيل إلى التعامل معها بجدية، وليس أمام حماس أي خيار سوى الإفراج عن جميع الرهائن واتباع هذه الخطة، مؤكداً استعداد بلاده للمساهمة في تنفيذها، وأيضا رئيس الوزراء البريطاني ستارمر رحب بالخطة قائلا: "ندعو جميع الأطراف إلى التكاتف والعمل مع الإدارة الأمريكية لإتمام هذه الاتفاقية وتجسيدها على أرض الواقع، وعلى حماس الموافقة على الخطة وإنهاء المعاناة، وذلك بإلقاء سلاحها، وإطلاق سراح جميع الأسرى المتبقين، معبراً عن دعمه بالكامل للخطة، وكذلك أشاد رئيس الوزراء البريطاني الأسبق توني بلير بالخطة واصفاً إيّاها بالشُّجاعة والذكية، ويمكن إذا تم الاتفاق عليها أن تنهي الحرب، وتدخل الإغاثة الفورية للقطاع، وتمنح فرصة أكثر إشراقا وأفضل لسكانه، مع ضمان الأمن المطلق لإسرائيل والإفراج عن جميع الرهائن، كما أن رئيسة الوزراء الإيطالية جورجا ميلوني وصفت الخطة بأنها نقطة تحول قد تفتح الباب أمام وقف دائم للقتال، وكذلك الحكومة النرويجية رحبت بخطة ترامب وأعلنت موقفا داعما للخطة، معتبرة أن نجاحها يتوقف على استجابة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، كما وأن مسؤولة خارجية الإتحاد الأوروبي كابا كالاس قالت بأن الخطة: توفر فرصة فورية لإنهاء الحرب والإتحاد الأوروبي مستعد لإنجاحها، وقعت إسرائيل على الخطة، ويجب على حماس قبولها الآن وبدون تأخير ، بدءاً بالإفراج الفوري عن الرهائن، كما وأن المتحدثة باسم الأمم المتحدة قالت نحن مستمرون في التواصل مع مختلف الأطراف بشأن جهود السلام، وبالفعل نُرحِّب بجميع جهود الوساطة، وبالطبع نحن على استعداد لدعم أي خطة سلام بكل ما يمكننا القيام به، بما في ذلك المساعدات الإنسانية، كما أن الرئيس التركي أردوغان أثنى على الخطة قائلا: "أثمن جهود الرئيس الأمريكي ترامب وقيادته لوقف إراقة الدماء في غزة، وتحقيق وقف إطلاق النار، وستواصل تركيا مساهمتها في هذه العملية بهدف إرساء سلام عادل ودائم تقبله كل الأطراف"، وكذلك المتحدث باسم الكرملين ديمتري بيسكوف رحب بالخطة بقوله: "روسيا تدعم وترحب دائما بأي جهود يبذلها ترامب لإنهاء المأساة، ونود بالطبع تنفيذ الخطة، وأن نسهم في نهاية سِلمِيَّة للأحداث في الشرق الأوسط"، وكذلك الحال فإن ألمانيا رحبت بالخطة حيث قال المستشار الألماني: "نرحب بخطة السلام في غزة والتي قدمها الرئيس ترامب أمس، فهي أفضل خطة لإنهاء الحرب، وحقيقة أن إسرائيل تدعم هذه الخطة، فهي خطوة مهمة إلى الأمام، يتعين على حماس الآن الموافقة على الخطة وتمهيد الطريق للسلام"، وكذلك الحال بالنسبة لإسبانيا حيث إن رئيس وزرائها بيدور سانتشيس قال: "ترحب إسبانيا بمقترح السلام الذي تدعمه الولايات المتحدة في غزة، ويجب أن نضع حدّاً لهذه المعاناة الكبيرة جداً، حان الوقت لوقف العنف، وإطلاق سراح جميع الرهائن على الفور، والسماح بوصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى السكان المدنيّين، وحل الدولتين، بحيث تعيش إسرائيل والفلسطينيّين جنبا إلى جنب في سلام وأمن هو الحل الوحيد الممكن".

فعلى ضوء هذه المعطيات الآنف ذكرها يتضح بأن هذه الخطة الصهيوأمريكية المسمّاة بخطة ترامب لوقف الحرب على غزة ليست كما يروج لها بأنها مفتاحاً للسلام والأمن الإقليميّين في الشرق الأوسط، وإنما هي بحسب ما تضمنته في بنودها العشرين لا تمثل حلاًّ لإنهاء الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، ولا أي حلٍّ عادل مقنع للقضية الفلسطينية، وإنمّا هي في الحقيقة تكريساً للاحتلال الإسرائيلي، وتنكراً للحقوق الفلسطينية، وهي بمثابة انتحار سياسيّ للفلسطينيين، وانتصار سياسيّ وعسكريّ للكيان الإسرائيلي وتفكيك وإنهاء لأيّ مقاومة للاحتلال الإسرائيلي راهناً ومستقبلاً، وفرض عزلة دولية وعربية وإسلامية على حماس وحلفائها في المقاومة، لإلجائهم بالموافقة على الخطة الترامبيّة، بينما هي تحقيقا لأهداف نتنياهو في إعلانه الحرب على غزة، وإنقاذاً له داخليا وخارجيا، وفكّاً لعزلة الكيان الإسرائيلي الدولية، وحلقة في سلسلة الحلقات الصهيوصليبية المتتالية الرامية لتصفية القضية الفلسطينية في سياقات تدشين شرق أوسط جديد يكون الكيان الصهيوني مكونا رئيساً من مكوناته، وفي المحصلة الغرض منها فرض وقائع جديدة على حساب القضية الفلسطينية، واحتواء أمريكا لطرفيّ الصراع لتشكيل أرضية مشتركة للتهدئة وبناء الثقة، لتهيئة الأجواء الإقليمية والدولية لإطلاق حوار بين الكيان الإسرائيلي والفلسطينيّين للتوصل إلى أفق سياسي يضمن تعايشا سلميّاً مزدهراً، وإنهاء حالة الحرب والعداء بين الكيان الصهيوني والفلسطينيّين، ومن ورائهم العرب والمسلمين رسميًّا وشعبيًّا، والوصول بالحوار السياسي المباشر إلى اتفاق على تنفيذ الخطة، لتحقيق تسوية شاملة، وتضع حداً للتوتر والعنف المتكرر، بفرض وصاية دولية وإقليمية جديدة، تمارسها هيئة دولية باسم مجلس السلام تحت إشراف ترامب شخصيّاً بمشاركة توني بلير رئيس حكومة بريطانيا الأسبق، مما سيؤول إلى تصفية القضية الفلسطينية وفق الرؤية الأمريكية، في سياق إستراتيجيتها الراهنة لإعادة هيكلة الشرق الأوسط الجديد، ولذلك اعتبرها الخبير العسكري محمد المغاربة في حديثه للقدس برس أن البند "١٢" قطرة من السم الزعاف، وأن ذلك نفس الطعم الذي ابتلعه الفلسطينيون في نكبة عام ١٩٤٨م، وها هم بعد "٧٨" عاماً لم يتمكن أحد منهم من تحقيق حلم العودة، وكذلك الأمين العام لحركة الجهاد الإسلامي في فلسطين زياد النخالة قال: "إن ما أعلن هو اتفاق أمريكي إسرائيلي يعكس الموقف الإسرائيلي بالكامل بشأن قطاع غزة ويشكل وصفة لاستمرار العدوان على الشعب الفلسطيني، ويمثل وصفة لتفجير المنطقة، وعليه فهي خطة يغلب عليها توفير الأمن والاستقرار للكيان الإسرائيلي، وشرعنة وجوده دوليّاً وإقليميّاً، وقبوله مكوناً طبيعيّاً في المنطقة، ويتأكد ذلك أن الخطة تدعو إلى نزع سلاح حماس بشكل فوري، وتدمير بنيتها العسكرية، والتهديد لها بعقوبات في حال رفضها الموافقة على الخطة، في حين لا تفرض على إسرائيل أي قيود مماثلة، وعلى كلٍّ هي على حدّ قول وزير خارجية قطر: "بأنها في بدايتها وتحتاج إلى تطوير وتوضيح من خلال التفاوض". 

وطوعاً لذلك كله؛ ينبغي عدم التعامل مع هذه الخطة بميزان العواطف الإنسانية وضغط الحاجة، لرفع المعاناة والحد من ويلات الحرب، والاستجابة للضغوط الدولية والإقليمية، ومجاراة ردود الأفعال الدولية والعربية والإسلامية المهلِّلة والمُرحِّبة والمُصفِّقة للخطة والمُؤمِّلة منها حلاًّ منصفا وعادلا للقضية الفلسطينية، مع حالة انسداد السبل السياسية الراهنة للحد من تداعيات الحرب وويلاتها، وكذلك لا يصح عقلا وشرعا ومروءة التعامل مع هذه الخطة التصفوية للقضية الفلسطينية على حساب الدين الحق، ومن ثم على حساب الشعب الفلسطيني، بميزان المساومة المصلحية الفئوية المادية الإغاثية الآنية الأنانية، فتستجيب حماس للضغوط وتوافق على الخطة، كما يتوقع د. عصام العريان بأن حماس ستجيب بنعم على ما تتحكم به، وترفض ما ليس من صلاحياتها، وإنما يجب أن يكون التعامل مع الخطة والموقف من قبولها من زاوية مدى مشروعية الخِطّة إسلاميّاً، ومدى ما تحققه من الوفاء بحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني في تحرير فلسطين التاريخية. وفي ضوء النصوص الشرعية التي تحرم موالاة اليهود والنصارى، وعدم تمكين الكفار المستعمرين من أي بلد من بلاد المسلمين، والتي توجب على المسلمين أن يواجهوا الكفار كافة وصفّاً واحداً، يحرم الموافقة على قبول هده الخطة الصهيوأمريكية، ويجب عدم إمضائها والعمل على تنفيذها استجابة لقوله سبحانه: (هَذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ إِنْ يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ الْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِثْلُهُ وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنْكُمْ شُهَدَاءَ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ وَلِيُمَحِّصَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَمْحَقَ الْكَافِرِينَ) آل عمران: (١٣٨-١٤١) صدق الله العظيم.
