Palestine is an Islamic Land

The Palestine-Israel Conflict is almost a hundred years old, although it intensified with establishment of Zionist Jewish State in 1948. It is impossible for a common man in the streets of the Muslim world to not get effected by this crisis. The Gaza Jihad started on 7th October 2023 has severely affected the sentiments of the Muslims. This write up is to summarize the situation after ICJ Ruling on July 19, 2024 in favour of Palestine as a country for the readers of Bangbox Online.

ICJ completely tears apart US / Allies-like UK and Israel's claims based on lies and cooked up fantasies. 

ICJ testifies Palestinian demand for right of return, rejects Israel's claims of sovereignty, asserts Israel as an apartheid state, and insists Israel is clearly in breach of international law. Finally, after three quarter of a century, "winds are changing". ICJ rules “The sustained abuse by Israel of its position as an occupying power, through annexation and an assertion of permanent control over the occupied Palestinian territory and continued frustration of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, violates fundamental principles of international law and renders Israel’s presence in the occupied Palestinian territory unlawful."

The ICJ also ruled that the illegal Israeli occupation violates the UN Charter of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law. The court also unequivocally declared that All Settlements must be dismantled and settlers must be evacuated from the Palestinian Territories. The World Court rejected all Israeli, US & Western Allies objections and ruled that the Israeli occupation of Gaza & the West Bank, including East Jerusalem (and all settlements), is entirely unlawful. It declared that Israel is committing racial segregation / apartheid in the Occupied Palestine Territory. 

ICJ judgement says that Israel's 75+ years of occupation is UNLAWFUL, nothing concerning it should be considered as legal by member states & UN agencies alike and Israel must dismantle it at once, together with its illegal settlement enterprise, the apartheid that has sustained it and also offer reparations to the Palestinians.

The International Court of Justice ruled that Israel's settlement policy in occupied Palestinian territories is in breach of international law. The ICJ has ordered Israel to pay "full reparations", restitution & compensation to all Palestinians for its all "wrongful acts" under the occupation since 1967. Also orders Israel to evacuate EVERY SINGLE ONE of its settlements in the occupied territories. The Truth always prevail in the end; no matter how much lies have been told and how much fantastic fables have been narrated.  

The supreme judicial organ of the UN has confirmed what the Palestinians, few sane liberated Israelis, serious legal scholarship & the human rights community worldwide have steadily denounced through out the last several decades. It was a blatant manipulation of world conscience in the name of Semitic race and prosecution under taken by Christian Western world in which non an iota of Muslims were involved. However the UN Body ruling is Non binding but it does carry moral and ethical value for UNO member countries, so how will the concerned countries take this ruling? 

Amnesty International says "We welcome this decision from the International Court of Justice. Israel must end its occupation of Palestine to stop fuelling apartheid and systematic violations of international law.

Will Israel, US & Western Allies follow and submit to ICJ verdict?

In the past 9 months, since Yom Kipper Hamas dare devil attack from barricaded Gaza into Israel, any careful watcher will notice that at every judicial pronouncement (ICJ provisional measures, OTP request for arrest (OTP) Office of the Prosecutor is an independent organ of the International Court of Justice.) or political support from other nations (Students support in various countries) in favour of the rights of the Palestinians; Israel has escalated its violence against the Palestinians, through both its IDF and armed settlers (civilian gangsters). 

Israel's Far-right Minister Ben-Gvir reportedly said "ICJ ruling is 'anti-Semitic,' the time for annexation is now". The influential Israeli newspaper Haaretz opines that ICJ's Decision on the Occupation Goes Beyond Israel's Worst Fears. Its adds that Israel's fundamental arguments about its long-term occupation of the West Bank and Gaza are undermined in the ICJ's advisory opinion, which essentially arms countries, institutions and corporations with justification to penalize Israel. Ignoring it shouldn't be an option. It further says that " However predictable, however strong the "Yeah, but there's nothing new here," however nonbinding, the International Court of Justice's ruling on Israel's occupation or administration in the West Bank and East Jerusalem is an unpleasant and dangerous statement". 

One may derive only one conclusion from the Israeli's actions since 1948, that she hardly cares for world order as "for a good Jew, God's chosen, golem's have no rights". The Zionist Jewish state known as Democratic Israel has an elected body called as Knesset which has promptly rejected the ICJ ruling in the same way it did with OTP request for arrest an earlier ruling in 2004 about Apartheid wall. Who has authorized an occupier Israel to challenge world's international order?

Is anyone in the US, UK, EU Administrations interested in International Law?

US House speaker, Mike Johnson threatened the USA Senators who may try to interrupt "his boss", Netanyahu during his planned address; "Anyone who ‘gets out of hand’ during Netanyahu’s speech will be arrested". So, Senators in the US Senate will now give a big round of applause to the "boss" from Tel Aviv; after all these democratic elected men have support of AIPAC. 

In the same spirit; UK newly elected Prime Minister, Keir Starmer when asked whether Israeli crime in Gaza is unacceptable for him, like chemicals, white phosphorus, bombing safe routes, attacking civilians? He didn't have a single ‘red line’ and also opposed arrest warrants saying Palestinians can not accuse Israelis of war crimes. He doesn't miss a beat in defending Israel and doesn't want a ceasefire when a genocide is happening on his watch.

 

Let's apply international law, starting with stopping the #genocide the unlawful occupier is committing, imposing sanctions on it & ensuring immediate #protection of the Palestinians under its rule. one must urge the Israelis of good conscience (if there is nay left between them) and the international community to increase their presence around vulnerable Palestinian communities in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. One must urge the international community to escalate their diplomacy to stop the genocide in Gaza, Now! 

What the ICJ ruling means for Palestinians?

Palestinian Permanent Observer of Palestine to the United Nations, Ambassador, Dr. Riyad Mansour said "Today's ICJ ruling is truly historic. For many years, legal scholars and NGOs have accused Israel of the crime of apartheid. People were attacked for saying this and even cancelled. Today the accusation comes from the international court itself: Israel is an apartheid regime. Our people deserve much more than that. Our people want to put an end to this occupation. What happened today is a significant step in the direction of ending occupation and attaining the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, including the right to self-determination, statehood, and the right of the refugees to return. 

Hamas-Israel War would be the first genocide in the history of Mankind; which has been broadcasted live to bedrooms and denied vehemently by Zionist. All wars are brutal, but Gaza is not just a brutal war, it's simple plain genocide. It's time for sanctions & suspension of diplomatic, economic and political relations with #Apartheid_Israel. The patience, bravery and determination of the people of Gaza has finally forced the world to acknowledge the wrong that has been done to them. It's just a matter of time before justice is delivered, and the Palestinians shall be free. 

Canadian Minister reportedly said "Today, the ICJ's opinion reaffirmed that the occupation of Palestinian territories constitutes a clear violation of international law. Canada must take immediate and concrete action to enforce this ruling. Actions to stop Netanyahu's expansion of illegal settlements on Palestinian territories and the historic violence. One critical action that Canada must adopt without delay is the full recognition of Palestinian statehood, following the recent examples set by the governments of Spain, Norway, and Ireland. Everyone has the right to live in peace and security, free from fear and violence".

Now the invincibility of IDF has been shattered by big occurrences; as it can't be enforced by brutal force. Check this footage, and that is indeed the US embassy in Tel Aviv; where a Yemeni's drone flew around 2000km, past all Israeli defences, the Royal Navy, US Navy, and more. This is a new era. And the image of Israeli or Western military superiority is gone.  

ICJ has found Israel responsible for apartheid. The court has placed responsibility with all states and the United Nations to end violations of international law in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The world shall recall that the South Africa was banned from the Olympics from 1964 to 1988 due to its racial segregation policy. Today, the ICJ - the World's highest court - determined Israel was practicing racial segregation & apartheid, and denying Palestinians the right to self-determination. Is it Not Time to #BanIsraelFromOlympics. Like Rhodesia, Apartheid South Africa and Nazi Germany, Israel has no right to exist and it belongs in the dustbin of history.

A Realistic Solution for the Conflict

NO one should talk about the two-state illusion. The only solution to this intractable conflict is the complete dismantlement of Apartheid and Zionist racist structures in Palestine, and the restoration of the inalienable Palestinian rights including the right of return. After ICJ ruling, Jerusalem is 100% Palestinian Land. Jerusalem has been the heart of Palestine and will always will be part of Palestine. 

Jerusalem is a holy land of Islam and all Torah believing Jews know that the land belongs to the Sons of Jacob, the Israelis; if they follow Torah; or it belongs to the followers of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH); the preacher of Religion Islam, which was also the religion of Prophet Abraham (AS); who is the Imam of Abrahamic Religion of which Judaism is also a branch. Therefore, the Palestine belongs to Islam and Palestinian Muslims are the rightful claimant of the Holy Land since the Jews were displaced by Roman Empire as punishment from God as stated in Torah; but Jews may also cohabit the land today, only under flag of Islam.
