Dream Gone Sour “بے قدر آزادی”

There was a recorded discussion in the Bangbox Online studio that took place on December 24, 2022. The guests were Cmdr. M Asif Raza(R) & Pir Nisar Qasim. The main focus of the discussion was basically to discuss the story of Pakistan very interesting; it was the dream of Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Can we make it an Islamic state? Can this dream come true? People sacrificed to get the country Pakistan. What is the reason for the problems we are in today?

Part 1

Freedom and Muslims cannot coexist without one another, according to Cmdr. M. Asif Raza (R) and Pir Nisar Qasim, because Islam is the teaching that unites us and accords everyone equal rights. He quotes a hadith that says, "The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emancipated the slaves of the Arabs, those who used to be tormented on the hot rocks, Muhammad gave them freedom and a way to live." Islam taught man to be the most honorable creature by following Islamic principles, which is the first lesson of freedom it teaches us. Before Pakistan was established, Muslims reigned for more than 750 years. The Mughals, Ghaznavi, Khilji’s, and Lodi’s were all Muslim rulers who did not suddenly recognize that they were on the wrong path. you'll forfeit your independence. We have arrived at this point in history where our rulers will be powerless and we will no longer enjoy our freedom. Islam taught us not to be masters and discourages the system of slavery, which is the asset of the Muslim on which he bases his existence. Freedom is in the character of a Muslim, and his/her teachings prevent him/her from being a slave. This was not surprising because Muslims were under authority for 750 years, or perhaps there was a sentiment among these people that we are slaves who do not want to be, whether we were slaves in 1857 and dreamed of independence in 1947. Sir Syed Ahmed Khan demonstrated the first step and explained it to us. They believed that we should take some concrete actions because we lacked in the area of education and that moving Muslims in that direction would be a significant step. Pakistan would not have been established if they had not taken this action. Allama Iqbal gave awareness to the people. Talking about the formation of Pakistan, there was one thing here the British had made us slaves, but the Hindus were trying to make us slaves as well. Allah gave us a great leader like Quaid e Azam who realized very early that Hindus and Muslims cannot live together. Muslims started their movement for independence. Muslims cannot live as slaves. All the big powers of the world are planning a conspiracy against the Muslims, Quaid-e-Azam's Congress policy was that Muslims are not well-wishers, these serfs should use us to get freedom from the British or we will not get something. In 14 points, the Quaid-e-Azeem did not participate or the Round table Conference was held or Allama Iqbal's 1930 sermon discussed in Allahabad. After that, the movement started so that the Muslim-majority areas can be called their own country, Pakistan was not suddenly created, but it was achieved after many historical struggles and sacrifices. We are the lucky generation who were born in a free country. You cannot estimate the fate of these generations, they can take their children to the hospital, they can educate them, can make them become a good citizen. Muslims never compromise their freedom. After this, we reached Allahabad, and there, Allama Iqbal provided us with the idea of a separate state for Muslims. Finally, after the Lahore resolution in 1940, and elections in 1945-46 Pakistan came into being on 14 August 1947 thanks to the struggles of Quaid e Azam and the other leader the sacrifices of the Muslim people of the subcontinent.
