Creamy Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
This is my go-to comfort food, which is simple, flavorful, and can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti or fettuccine
- 300g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- Salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
How to Make It:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink (about 2–3 minutes per side).
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Toss in the pasta and coat evenly with the sauce.
- Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley on top.
