In the name of ALLAH, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Zakat and Waqf are a great treasure and a great reward.
Praise be to ALLAH, who has bestowed upon His servants, the blessing of wealth and made fulfilling His rights a means to attaining success in the hereafter. I bear witness that there is no god but ALLAH alone, without partner, and I bear witness that our Master and Prophet Muhammad, Peace be upon him, is the servant and Messenger of ALLAH, the best of those who purify themselves and the best of those who spend. May the prayers and peace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH be upon him, his family, his companions, and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment. This is the translation of the recited verse from Surah At Tawbah:
As-Sadaqât (here it means Zakât) are only for the Fuqarâ'[] (poor), and Al-Masâkin[] (the poor) and those employed to collect (the funds); and to attract the hearts of those who have been inclined (towards Islâm); and to free the captives; and for those in debt; and for Allâh's Cause (i.e. for Mujâhidûn - those fighting in the holy battle), and for the wayfarer (a traveller who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by Allâh. And Allâh is All-Knower, All-Wise. (60)
Surah Al Tawba – 60
O servants of Allah, fear Allah - be pious and obey Allah and cooperate one anothrr in pursuing His pleasure. ALLAH says in Surah Al Maeda:
Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment.
Surah Al Maeda – 2-Part
O Muslims: It is from the generosity of ALLAH Almighty to His servants that He has filled their lives with abundant goodness, His blessings and His great kindness. ALLAH says in Surah Ibrahim:
And He gave you of all that you asked for, and if you count the Blessings of Allâh, never will you be able to count them. Verily! man is indeed an extreme wrong-doer, - a disbeliever (an extreme ingrate, denies Allâh's Blessings by disbelief, and by worshipping others besides Allâh, and by disobeying Allâh and His Prophet Muhammad SAW).
Surah Ibrahim – 34
Among these great blessings is that He has provided His servants with the blessing of wealth, opened for them the doors of striving to seek lawful sustenance, and thus protected their faces from the humiliation of begging. In the hadith: It is better for one of you to carry a bundle of firewood on his back than to ask someone who either gives him something or refuses him something. Therefore, it is only fitting for a Muslim, whom Allah Almighty has bestowed with this honor, to be grateful for his Lord's blessings by praising Him in words and deeds. Our Lord, may His glory be glorified, has prescribed for us the ability to be grateful to Him, opening the doors of goodness for us, and commanding us to compete in acts of benevolence and righteousness. It is not surprising that the one who obeys his Lord’s command has his wealth protected and his wealth is decreed to be increased. ALLAH Almighty says:
And (remember) when your Lord proclaimed: "If you give thanks (by accepting Faith and worshipping none but Allâh), I will give you more (of My Blessings), but if you are thankless (i.e. disbelievers), verily! My Punishment is indeed severe."
Surah Ibrahim – 7
O you who hasten to do good deeds: ALLAH has praised in His Book the believers who give their dues to their wealth, making this one of their characteristics that qualify them for happiness in their Lord’s Paradise. He, glory be to Him, says in Surah Al Mumunoon:
ٰSuccessful indeed are the believers. (1) Those who offer their Salât (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. (2) And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that Allâh has forbidden). (3) And those who pay the Zakât. (4)
Surah Al Mumenoon – 1-4
Then he says after a number of few verses:
These are indeed the inheritors. (10) Who shall inherit the Firdaus (Paradise). They shall dwell therein forever.
Surah Al Mumenoon – 10-11
They did not attain this great praise, nor did they attain this noble status, except for their response and hastening to the command of God. They made for themselves a place in the caravan of those who travel towards ALLAH and respond to His command, as He, the Majestic and Glorious, says in Surah Al Noor:
And perform As¬Salât (Iqâmat¬as¬Salât), and give Zakât and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) that you may receive mercy (from Allâh). (56)
Surah Al Noor – 56
So pay the zakat of your wealth with a good heart, satisfied with what He has called you to, and expose yourselves to His mercy, attaining righteousness by spending from what you love. Our Lord, whose status is great, says in Surah Aal E Imran:
By no means shall you attain Al-Birr (piety, righteousness - here it means Allâh's Reward, i.e. Paradise), unless you spend (in Allâh's Cause) of that which you love; and whatever of good you spend, Allâh knows it well. (92)
Surah Aal E Imran – 92
O servants of ALLAH: the people of insight see that the ALMIGHTY did not ask of us except a little, in addition to the great blessings that He bestowed upon us, and in return He made the reward for the action a great reward. This reward will return to you - O you who fulfill the right of your Lord - in your wealth, for God Almighty is Rich and Praiseworthy. He, glory be to Him, says, reminding us of those who neglect the right of zakat in Surah Al Hadeed:
In order that you may not grieve at the things that you fail to get, nor rejoice over that which has been given to you. And Allâh likes not prideful boasters. (23) Those who are misers and enjoin upon people miserliness (Allâh is not in need of their charity). And whosoever turns away (from Faith — Allâh's Monotheism), then Allâh is Rich (Free of all needs), Worthy of all praise. (24)
Surah Al Hadeed – 23-24
Part of the facilitation of zakat is that Allah, the Almighty, has made it not exceed a quarter of a tenth of wealth, and it can only be paid once a year, and it can only be taken if its conditions and rulings are met. The noble Companions understood this, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) directed them to these rulings. Seyyidina Ali ibn Abi Talib, may ALLAH be pleased with him,, narrating the Prophet's ruling on zakat, said: If you have two hundred dirhams and a year has passed, then five dirhams are due on it, and you do not have to pay anything - meaning on the gold - until you have twenty dinars. If you have twenty dinars and a year has passed, then half a dinar is due on it, and there is no zakat on wealth until a year has passed.
This is a mercy and compassion for the ummah.
Allâh intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you.
Surah Al Baqara – 184-Part
The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs has taken care of the issue of zakat, and has formed zakat committees in all governorates. These committees play an important role in searching for those who are entitled to it and registering them in an electronic portal according to a precise and well-established system. Through this electronic system, it has facilitated the zakat calculation service, allowing zakat payers to know the amount they are obligated to pay. It also facilitates the payment of zakat, charity, and expiation with ease and speed, ensuring that they reach those who deserve them.
O servants of Allah، fear ALLAH, and cooperate in righteousness and piety. Cooperate with the zakat committees, and utilize modern technologies for what benefits you and helps you in worshipping Allah properly. Compete in righteous deeds, and be grateful for the blessings Allah has bestowed upon you by hastening to pay zakat, endowments, and charity.
I say what you hear, and I ask forgiveness from God Almighty for me and for you, so ask forgiveness from Him and He will forgive you, for He is the Forgiving and Merciful, and pray to Him and He will answer you, for He is The noble righteousness

Praise be to ALLAH, who has endeared obedience to His servants and made wasting time hateful to them. I bear witness that there is no god but ALLAH alone, with no partner for Him, and I bear witness that our master and prophet Muhammad, Peace be upon him is the servant and messenger of ALLAH. May ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him, upon his family and good companions, and whoever follows their path until the Day of Judgment.
O servants of ALLAH, Know - may ALLAH have mercy on you - that Ramadan is an opportunity to cultivate goodness and do good deeds, and a way to train oneself to spend and be generous. You have a good example in the Messenger of Allah, may ALLAH bless him and grant him peace. Seyysina Abdullah ibn Abbas, may ALLAH be pleased with them narrated that: The Messenger of ALLAH was the most generous of people, and he was most generous in Ramadan when he met Gabriel. Gabriel used to meet him every night in Ramadan and review the Qur’an with him. So when Gabriel met the Messenger of ALLAH, he was more generous with goodness than the blowing wind. Whoever does not have a share of zakat in Ramadan due to not meeting its conditions, will have the opportunity to compete in good deeds through the gates of charity, and a light that illuminates the servant’s path to Paradise. Our Lord, the Creator of the earth and the heavens, says in Surah Al Rad:
And those who remain patient, seeking their Lord's Countenance, perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and spend out of that which We have bestowed on them, secretly and openly, and defend evil with good, for such there is a good end; (22)
Surah Al Rad – 22
Among the doors of goodness that are open to a person are the charities whose reward continues, and among these is the endowment; it is an ongoing act of worship whose reward does not cease even if its doer dies. Al-Mustafa says: When a person dies, his deeds cease except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him. The people of Oman have been concerned with endowments since ancient times, leaving no door of goodness untouched, responding to Allah Almighty when He calls them to that which revives their deeds:
Who is he that will lend to Allâh a goodly loan so that He may multiply it to him many times? And it is Allâh that decreases or increases (your provisions), and unto Him you shall return. (245
Surah Al Baqara – 245
O servants of Allah, fear ALLAH and make the most of your time in Ramadan in a way that will bring you continuous rewards. Indeed, making the most of it leads to the pleasure of your Lord and is a sign of winning His Paradise on the Day of Resurrection.
Surah Al Ahzaab – 56
This is what they prayed and greeted the Imam of the Messengers. Muhammad is the guiding and trustworthy. Your Lord has commanded you to do that when He said Indeed, ALLAH and His kingdom send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, pray upon him and grant him peace.
Surah Al Ahzaab – 56
O God, bless and grant peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon the family of our Prophet Muhammad, as You prayed and peace upon our Prophet Abraham and upon the family of our Prophet Abraham, and bless our Prophet Muhammad and the family of our Prophet Muhammad, just as You blessed our Prophet Abraham and the family of our Prophet Abraham in the worlds. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. And be pleased, O God, with his rightly-guided caliphs, with his wives, the mothers of the believers, with all the Companions, with all the believing men and women, By your mercy, O Most Merciful of the Merciful, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.
Oh God, make this gathering of us a merciful gathering, and make our separation after it an infallible separation, and do not leave among us or with us any wretched or deprived.
Oh God, honor Islam, guide Muslims to the truth, unite their words in goodness, break the power of the oppressors, and grant peace and security to your servants. All of them.
Oh God, O Ever-Living, O Ever-Living, O Possessor of Majesty and Honour, there is no god but You, Glory be to You, by You we seek refuge and by Your mercy we seek help, that you will not leave us to Our souls are within the blink of an eye, and nothing is closer than that. And rectify for us all our affairs, O Reconciliator, the affairs of the righteous.
Oh God, our Lord, protect our countries, honor our authority, support it with the truth, and support it with the truth, O Lord of the worlds. Oh God, bestow your blessing upon him, support it with the light of your wisdom, guide it with your blessings, and protect it with your care.
May ALLAH bless you and grant you peace of mind. Blessings be upon you. May God bless you and grant you peace. Or Hamara, Sara Rizk, Jalal, or Izzat, Malik.
Oh ALLAH, my Lord, my heart, this world is my curse, and my hereafter is my curse, this world is a terrible torment.
Oh God! A believer is a Muslim, he is dead or his body is dead, he is dead or he is dead, he is dead or he is dead, he is close to you, his supplication is a religious answer or else he is dead.
Servants of God - Indeed, God commands justice and good deeds, and bestows favor on relatives, and forbids indecency. And the denier and the transgressor admonish you that you may remember.
Surah An Nahl-90
