A year ago, Zohran Kwame Mamdani (borne 1991) was a political unknown, a nobody; although he has served as a member of the New York State Assembly from the 36th district since 2021, representing the Queens neighborhood of Astoria. However, he catapulted to an unbelievable position with in a year as Mayor of New York City. Now, the 34-year-old democratic socialist is a New York’s first Muslim mayor with a profile that stretches far beyond the city, across America and indeed the world.

Zohran Mamdani; the one-time underdog, but turned main character; has had a meteoric rise. With a savvy social media presence and an electrifying grassroots campaign focused on economic justice that garnered not just New Yorker's but international attention and galvanized thousands of first-time voters – many of whom are young or people of color, or both – Mamdani has provided a blueprint for canvassing to progressives online; a social media strength again reflected after US Presidential Elections 2024 by MAGA Red Wave.

Zohran Kwame Mamdani is a member of the Democratic Party and the Democratic Socialists of America. He was an unlikely frontrunner in New York’s mayoral election. Zohran Mamdani promise to make life more affordable for working-class New Yorkers, combined with his outspoken criticism of Israel’s crimes against the Palestinian people, earned him a powerful coalition of opponents who poured millions into defeating him. 

Zohran Mamdani’s rise also exposed deep divisions within the Democratic Party, whose leadership either declined to endorse him or waited months before doing so. In the end, his campaign served as a litmus test for the growing distance between what voters want and what elected officials and their donors are willing to offer. 

The Democratic Party primary for the 2025 New York City mayoral election took place on June 24, 2025; which was ranked-choice voting. Voters ranked up to five candidates, and by First-choice results on election night; showed Zohran Mamdani had a large lead (56.4% against 43.6%) ahead of former governor Andrew Cuomo. The primary was the largest in New York City's history, almost reaching the same turnout as the 2021 mayoral general election.

Zohran Mamdani's campaign was Ingeniously posting slick, joyful, often hilarious but always on-message videos to TikTok and Instagram, he attracted thousands of enthusiastic young and first-time voters and volunteers to the Democratic party and ran an uplifting campaign. He stayed laser-focused on rent prices and people’s quality of life, childcare and groceries, and espoused policies like hiking taxes on New York City’s wealthiest, raising corporation tax and freezing stabilized apartment rental rates.

Zohran Mamdani faced an opposition campaign laced with Islamophobia and racism (dirty electioneering as witnessed in US Presidential Elections 2024 is becoming a norm is USA). Zohran Mamdani campaigned in Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Spanish, from mosques and on the night shift, reaching a diverse coalition of voters from a wide range of New York’s communities, including the South Asian diaspora. His embrace of his Muslim faith, his advocacy for Gaza and Palestinian rights, and his willingness to stand up for immigrants particularly struck a nerve.

New York City is also called Jew York City and any one who followed the campaign must affirm the adage. The world has lived in Pax Americana since WW-II and New York City is the financial capital of this world. The world has seen many millionaires and billionaires rising from New York City; however, the Zionist Jews are the real wheelers and dealers of the city and "they" say that New York is controlled by Zionist Jews. Therefore, some body who may have experienced the game played behind the curtains will be better able to predict the challenges coming next day for Zohran Mamdani.

"I, based on my decades of in-depth experience of dealing with the Zionist bastards of NYC, these are some of my predictions. May Allah protect Mamdani from the evil Zionist agenda. Ameen. 

1. Zionist Lobby Pressure

Pro-Israel groups like AIPAC and AJC will intensify lobbying efforts to block Mamdani's policies on BDS and Palestinian rights, funneling millions into allied council members to create gridlock in the city council.  

2. Federal Funding Threats from Trump Administration

President Trump's vowed retaliation, including slashing federal aid to NYC by up to $10 billion annually and deploying federal troops for "security audits," will strain the city's budget, forcing Mamdani into defensive legal battles that drain resources and public goodwill.

3. Rabbinic and Community Backlash Campaigns

Zionist rabbis and Zionist organizations will expand "safety threat" letters into nationwide boycotts of NYC events, accusing Mamdani of endangering Jewish lives through his "genocide" rhetoric on Israel, leading to synagogue-led protests that polarize neighborhoods and erode his multicultural coalition.

4. Smear Tactics Amplifying Antisemitism Charges

Zionist media outlets and super PACs, backed by figures like Andrew Cuomo, will flood airwaves with ads equating Mamdani's Israel criticism to "Jew-hating," and the pro Zionist NY AG's office will open investigations against Mamdani. 

5. Disruptive Protests by Zionist Extremists

Groups like Betar and far-right Jewish Defense League affiliates will stage frequent blockades at City Hall and Mamdani's events, echoing Upper West Side confrontations where he's been called a "Jew hater," escalating to daily disruptions that test police resources and heighten public fatigue

6. Legal and Ethical Probes from Pro-Israel Allies

Expect subpoena-heavy audits from state lawmakers, probing Mamdani's DSA ties for "Hamas sympathy" based on his October 7 statements, potentially leading to ethics violations suits that tie him up in court for years, funded by Zionist donors.

7. Media Amplification of Division

Outlets like the New York Post and Fox News will run hit pieces framing Mamdani's policies as "anti-Jewish”. 

8. Internal Party Sabotage by Centrist Democrats

Moderate Dems, pressured by Zionist donors, will withhold committee support for Mamdani's housing reforms, forcing compromises that dilute his agenda, while leaks from Cuomo allies portray him as a "threat to Jewish safety," fracturing the party's unity.

9. Heightened Personal Security Risks from Extremists

Mamdani's life will face credible danger from Zionist far-right fringes, including doxxing and stalking by groups invoking "self-defense" against perceived threats, similar to bomb threats at his polling sites blamed on Trump rhetoric, expect 24/7 NYPD protection but persistent harassment that isolates him socially.

10. Potential Assassination Plots by Radical Elements

In a worst-case escalation, isolated Zionist militants—emboldened by Trump's "jihadist" echoes and rabbinic warnings could attempt targeted violence, akin to historical attacks on Rabin critics, with a risk of a serious incident necessitating federal witness protection amid global anti-Zionist fervor.

11. And Wall Street will find every opportunity to destabilise defame and discredit Mamdani because the Zionists only attack by stabbing someone in the back. They do not have the balls to face someone who is against them and fight openly. 

12. And ugly faced Wall Street Zionists like Bill Ackman and others will start kissing Mamdani's arse in public while plotting a Machiavellian scheme against him behind the scenes.

Zohran Mamdani electoral victory is against a system that ganged against a commoner; a self professed democratic socialist and claiming improvement of life for the working class of a mega cosmopolitan city. POTUS Donald Trump campaigned only last year and got support from the working class despite being a "white supremist republican" candidate. He is behaving against the election's promises. Therefore the "Blue Wave" back thrust was certain and the all the effect can be gauged from the fact that challenger to Zohran Mamdani was none other than former governor Andrew Cuomo; a "democrat" supported even by republicans including POTUS Trump. 

Zohran Mamdani's political star has been born in a moment of raging white nativist fervor and growing authoritarianism in the second Trump era. But he held fast to his core messages of making New York life more affordable and dignified, and holding Israel accountable for its genocide. Now Mamdani, who grew up in the shadow of 9/11, will blaze the trail as the first Muslim and first South Asian mayor-elect in arguably the second most difficult job in the country. The task ahead of him may be great, but the iron is also hot.
