The first match of the three-match ODI series between the Sri Lanka National Cricket Team and the West Indies National Cricket Team will be held on 3 June 2026, at the historic Sabina Park in Kingston. Both teams will be looking to get off to a good start in the series with this match, which starts at 9:30 PM Bangladesh time.
The hosts West Indies will be looking to start the series with a win, taking advantage of their conditions. On the other hand, Sri Lanka will also look to continue their recent consistent performances and move ahead against the Caribbeans. Both teams have several experienced and match-winning cricketers in their squads, which makes the match even more competitive.
Kingston’s Sabina Park is generally known as a supportive wicket for both batters and bowlers. As a result, cricket fans are expecting a great battle between bat and ball in the match. Being the first match of the series, both teams are likely to play attacking cricket from the start.
