4. Fee Payment: As per license type and product category.
5. Approval & Certificate Download: On successful verification, you can access your Legal Metrology Certificate download option from the portal.

Under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, all pre-packaged goods must carry the following declarations:

• Name and address of manufacturer/packer/importer
• Common or generic name of the commodity
• Net quantity (weight/volume/number)
• Month and year of manufacture/packaging/import
• MRP (inclusive of all taxes)
• Customer care contact details
