بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

The wisdom of Allah, Almighty, is that difference and contradiction should be inherent, in order to make it a good competition for the building of the Earth in which Allah has inherited, and to make it stable and enjoyable for a while, where Allah has willed, He would have made the people one nation, and they would not be divided except for the mercy of your Lord, and humbled them, and the word of your Lord has been fulfilled for a hope. جَلَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ) Hood: (118).

 

Through this difference, individual differences, religious, intellectual and political differences were found between individuals and communities, and this was a natural phenomenon among humans, calling them to compete among themselves, which led to enmity, hatred and conflict, which tomorrow has been manifested as a phenomenon of human society throughout history, as he said Glory be to God 🙁 ...

" And We said, "Submit some of you to an enemy of others, and you will be in the earth dwellings and enjoyment for a while." AlBaqrah: (36).

 

And mercy from Allah Almighty to mankind has borrowed His wisdom, Glory be to Him, the one who sent the prophets and messengers to guide them to that which they are happy, and to guide them, and to prevent them from all their misery and misery, while Subhanah said:

(He said: "Let all of you be given an enemy, so if I have given you guidance from Me, then whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray nor misfortune, and whoever turns away from My remembrance, for he has a life of restlessness, and I will call him blind on the Day of Resurrection ..." Taha: (123-124).

 

Therefore, in this case, it is a duty for man to follow the guidance of God in his own behavior and behavior on the individual level, in all his social relations, in his family affairs, in his dealings and life arrangements, in order to achieve his safety, happiness, tranquility and peace of mind, and to save himself from the inherent natural competition from the states of indifference and hostility In the midst of intellectual and bloody conflicts, with colors of misery and misery, and since a person does not abandon living in a volatile and changing social reality that does not prove a case, his life will be full of events that require him to explain, be aware of, and to recognize the causes of their occurrence, who caused them, the purpose of their occurrence and how Dealing with it, declaring the situation from it, where its compass will go, what consequences will result from it, what will be built on it from attitudes and actions, and putting preventive and protective measures against its consequences and risks, in the light of this accurate understanding, and the correct interpretation of the ongoing regional and global political events, especially since the world has become similar to a small village, with The rapid and enormous development in means of communication, communication, and ease of communication, until relations between countries, communities, and peoples are entangled, and any event in any homeland is affected by all humans.

 

Therefore, this situation is more than necessary and a lawful duty to understand what is going on in political events that affect the life of the contemporary man, private and public, especially related to it regarding the general matter, which political analysis is necessary to understand them well, to interpret it correctly, to understand its effects and consequences on individuals, communities and countries.

In order to determine the positive attitude from it, and to timing it Its risks and disadvantages, especially that virtual networking sites have become an open stage for both those who have been and bear to practice the political mischief called political analysis by those who are hosted by space channels and media platforms as political experts and analysts, and as researchers and thinkers, to present their comments and analysis through these space channels and platforms as political analysis of current events.

 

Its reality is not related to political analysis, leave up reliable information about political events, and it does not come out to be verbal corruption aimed at serving ideological positions, and a constructive chat of love and hatred, and it lacks any correct methodology followed in genuine correct political analysis, and for the simplest rules and principles of correct political analysis, so it was It has negatively influenced political consciousness, and was a misleading public opinion.

 

So this case has laid down the true political analysis of utmost importance to judge local and international political phenomena and events, read them correctly, understand what is going on in the world of political events with depth and enlightenment to determine the position from it consciously and clearly, and thus direct the person in the right direction individually and collectively on how to deal with Current events in its surroundings to achieve legitimate goals, away from desirable projections and emotions, and the feedback of active actions, which can only be achieved by the careful study of the events to understand and interpret them in a correct interpretation.

 

In the light of analyzing all the factors influencing current events politically analyzing, knowing the influencers in them, and the distinction between the actors and the actors in them. The tools used by influential parties, groups, and popular leaders, knowing the interests and goals to be achieved from ongoing events, knowing their historical roots, their direct and indirect causes, and what will result from them, predicting their predictions and future, setting possible alternatives to face their harms and consequences, and avoiding their risks, in the light of correctly reading current events, and deepening understanding Reality of political events with integrity and objectivity, away from the wishes, moods, atmosphere, preconceptions, ideological opinions and inspiration of political culture, the experience and scientific knowledge of political reality, the interests linking the forces that make the events and influence the political reality, circulating and reliable news about the current, along with special information related to events, and having the skill and queen to connect all information.

 

In some part and in fact, to reach a visual understanding and accurate interpretation of events, it helps to make use of them, mitigate their consequences and dangers, predict and conclude what the ongoing events will lead to, all of which makes true political analysis of great importance in understanding political events which are true, especially when political analysis is factual and close to the truth, it can be employed In building political trends, attitudes and actions in positive change and genuine reform in its light, avoiding the risks and destructive negative effects of errors in political analysis. From here was the true political analysis of the necessity of political interests and actions aimed at reform and change.

 

From here, the interest of Muslims in political analysis was very great in the emerging Islamic times, as it is in the writings of the Muslim political jurists in Bab Emirah, Sir, and Maghazi, as manifested in the writings by Al-Jwaini, Ghazali, Ibn Khaldoun and Az, Ibn Abdul Salam and Shatabi, and as he is known in the books of legitimate politics, based on bringing legitimate interests.

 

Protecting the corrupt, observing the purposes of the law, and activating many fundamental and jurisprudential rules in their positions such as the basic rule: "What is not obliged except by it is obligatory"; and the jurisprudent rule: "There is neither harm nor harm"; "And what he does not realize all will not leave its way." 

 

This is a response to the saying of the Almighty: (And if a matter of safety or fear comes to them, they scold it even if it is not possible for them, and do not worry) Return them to the Messenger and to the first of the commanders, for the knowledge of those whom they call upon, and if it were not for Allah's favor and mercy upon you, you would not have followed Satan except a little) Al'Nisa: (83)

أهمية التحليل السياسي الصحيح فرديا ومجتمعيا في العمل الجاد المخلص للتغيير والإصلاح

 

اقتضت حكمة الله تعالى أن يكون الاختلاف والتباين فطريا، ليكون ذلك باعثا على التنافس المفضي لعمارة الأرض التي استخلفه الله فيها، وجعلها له مستقرا ومتاعا إلى حين، حيث قال سبحانه: (وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ لَجَعَلَ النَّاسَ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَا يَزَالُونَ مُخْتَلِفِينَ إِلَّا مَنْ رَحِمَ رَبُّكَ وَلِذَلِكَ خَلَقَهُمْ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ) هود: (١١٨)، فبمقتضى هذا الاختلاف وُجِدَت الفروق الفردية والتباين الديني والفكري والسياسي بين الأفراد والمجتمعات، وكان ذلك ظاهرة طبيعية بين البشر، استدعتهم على التنافس فيما بينهم، مما أدى إلى حصول العداوة والبغضاء والصراع الذي غدا مظهرا من مظاهر الاجتماع البشري على مر التاريخ، بحسب قوله سبحانه:

 

(…وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِينٍ) البقرة: (٣٦)، ورحمة من الله تعالى بالبشر اقتضت حكمته سبحانه بعث الأنبياء والرسل لهدايتهم للتي هي أقوم في كل شأن من شؤونهم، وفي توجيه سلوكهم إلى ما فيه سعادتهم، وهداة بالهمم، وتجنيبهم كل ما فيه تعاستهم وشقائهم، حيث قال سبحانه: (قَالَ اهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ مِنِّي هُدًى فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى …) طه: (١٢٣-١٢٤).

 

لذا والحالة هذه بات من الواجب على الإنسان اتباع هدى الله في سلوكه وتصرفاته الخاصة به على المستوى الفردي، وفي جميع علاقاته المجتمعية، وفي شؤونه الأسرية، وفي معاملاته وأنظمته الحياتية، وذلك تحقيقا لأمنه وسعادته واطمئنانه وراحة باله، وإنقاذ نفسه مما تَجُرُّه عليه صنوف التنافس الطبيعي الفطري من ويلات التباغض والعداوات في خضم الصراعات الفكرية والدموية، الباعثة على ألوان شتى من التعاسة والشقاء، وبما أن الإنسان لا ينفك عن العيش في واقع مجتمعي متقلب ومتغير لا يثبت على حال، سيكون عيشه مليئا بالأحداث التي تتطلب منه التفسير والوعي عليها والتعرف على أسباب حدوثها، ومَنْ أحدثها، والغاية من حدوثها، وكيف حدثت، وكيفية التعامل معها، وبيان الموقف منها، وإلى أين ستتجه بوصلتها، وما سينتج عنها من تداعيات، وما سينبني عليها من المواقف والأفعال، ووضع التدابير الوقائية والحمائية من تداعياتها ومخاطرها، على ضوء ذلك الفهم الدقيق، والتفسير الصحيح للأحداث السياسية الإقليمية والعالمية الجارية، خاصة وأن العالم قد أصبح أشبه ما يكون بالقرية الصغيرة، مع التطور السريع والهائل في وسائل المواصلات والاتصالات وسهولة التواصل، حتى باتت العلاقات بين الدول والمجتمعات والشعوب متشابكة، وأي حدث في أي موطن يتأثر به جميع البشر.

 

لذا والحالة هذه أضحى من الضروري والواجب شرعا فهم ما يجري من أحداث سياسية تكتنف حياة الإنسان المعاصر الخاصة والعامة، وخاصة المتعلق منها بالشأن العام الذي يعد التحليل السياسي ضروري في فهمها فهما مستنيرا، وتفسيرها تفسيرا صحيحا، ومعرفة آثارها وتداعياتها على الأفراد والمجتمعات والدول، وذلك لتحديد الموقف الإيجابي منها، وتوقي مخاطرها وأضرارها، سيّما وأن مواقع التواصل الافتراضي غدت مسرحا مفتوحا لكل من هب ودب لممارسة الأضاليل السياسيّة بمسمى التحليل السياسي مِنْ قِبَلِ مَنْ يُستضافون لقنوات فضائية ومنصات إعلامية تارة كخبراء ومحللين سياسيين، وتارة باسم باحثين ومفكرين، ليقدموا تعليقاتهم وتحليلاتهم عبر تلك الفضائيات والمنصات على أنها تحليلات سياسية للأحداث الجارية، وفي واقعها لا تمت للتحليل السياسي بصلة، وتخلوا عن المعلومات الصحيحة الموثوقة عن الأحداث السياسية، ولا تَخرج عن كونها سفسطة كلامية موجهة لخدمة مواقف أيديولوجية، ودردشة إنشائية رغائبية انفعالية مفعمة بمشاعر الحب والبغض، وتفتقر لأي منهجية صحيحة متبعة في التحاليل السياسية الحقيقية الصحيحة، ولأبسط قواعد وأصول التحليل السياسي الصحيح، ولذلك كان لها تأثيرا سلبيا على الوعي السياسي، وكانت مضللة للرأي العام الشعبي.

 

لذا والحالة هذه فقد أضحى التحليل السياسي الحقيقي الصحيح ذو أهمية قصوى للحكم على الظواهر والأحداث السياسية المحلية والدولية، وقراءتها بشكل صحيح، وفهم ما يدور في العالم من أحداث سياسية بعمق واستنارة لتحديد الموقف منها عن وعي وبينة، ومن ثم توجيه الإنسان الوجهة الصحيحة فرديا ومجتمعيا في كيفية التعامل مع الأحداث الجارية في محيطه لبلوغ الأهداف المشروعة، بعيداً عن الإسقاطات الرغائبية والعواطف، وردود الأفعال الانفعالية، وذلك مما لا يمكن تحققه إلا بالدراسة الدقيقة الواعية للأحداث لفهمها وتفسيرها تفسيرا صحيحا، على ضوء تحليل جميع العوامل المؤثرة في الأحداث الجارية المراد تحليلها سياسيًّا، ومعرفة التفاعلات المؤثرة فيها، والتمييز بين الفاعلين فيها وبين الأدوات المستخدمة فيها من الأحزاب والجماعات والقيادات الشعبية الضاغطة المؤثرة، ومعرفة المصالح والأهداف المراد تحقيقها من الأحداث الجارية، ومعرفة جذورها التاريخية، وأسبابها المباشرة وغير المباشرة، وما سينتج عنها آنيا، وتوقع مآلاتها راهنا ومستقبلا، ووضع البدائل الممكنة لمواجهة أضرارها وتداعياتها، وتوقي مخاطرها، على ضوء القراءة الصحيحة للأحداث الجارية، والتعمق في فهم واقع الأحداث السياسية بنزاهة وموضوعية، بعيداً عن الأماني والمزاجية والأهواء والآراء الأيديولوجية المسبقة والإلمام بالثقافة السياسية، والخبرة والمعرفة العلمية بالواقع السياسي، والمصالح التي تربط بين القوى الصانعة للأحداث والمؤثرة بالواقع السياسي، وتقصي الأخبار المتداولة والموثوقة حول الأحدث الجارية، إلى جانب المعلومات الخاصة المتعلقة بالأحداث، وامتلاك المهارة والملكة بربط المعلومات كلها ببعضها وبالواقع، للوصول إلى فهم متبصر وتفسير دقيق للأحداث، يساعد على الإفادة منها، ودرء تداعياتها وأخطارها، والتنبؤ والاستنتاج لما ستؤول إليه الأحداث الجارية، وذلك كله يجعل التحليل السياسي الحقيقي الصحيح ذو أهمية كبيرة في فهم الأحداث السياسية فهما صحيحا، خاصة عندما يكون التحليل السياسي واقعيا وقريبا من الحقيقة، يمكن توظيفه في بناء التوجهات والمواقف والأعمال السياسية في التغيير الإيجابي والإصلاح الحقيقي على ضوئه، وتجنب المخاطر والآثار السلبية المدمرة المترتبة على الأخطاء في التحليل السياسي. ومن هنا كان التحليل السياسي الحقيقي الصحيح من ضروريات الاهتمامات والأعمال السياسية الهادفة للإصلاح والتغيير.

 

ومن هنا فقد كان اهتمام المسلمين بالتحليل السياسي كبيرا للغاية في العصور الإسلامية الزاهرة، كما هو بين في كتابات فقهاء المسلمين السياسية في باب الإمارة والسير والمغازي، وكما يتجلى في كتابات الجويني والغزالي وابن خلدون والعز ابن عبد السلام والشاطبي، وفيما عرف بكتب السياسة الشرعية، القائمة على جلب المصالح الشرعية ودرء المفاسد، ومراعاة مقاصد الشريعة، وتفعيل العديد من القواعد الأصولية والفقهية في مواضعها كالقاعدة الأصولية: "ما لا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب"؛ والقاعدة الفقهية: "لا ضرر ولا ضراء"؛ "وما لا يدرك كله لا يترك جله" وذلك استجابة لقوله سبحانه: (وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنْبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لَاتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا) النساء: (٨٣) صدق الله العظيم.

تبدیلی اور اصلاح کے لیے سنجیدہ اور مخلصانہ کام میں انفرادی اور سماجی طور پر درست سیاسی تجزیہ کی اہمیت

 

خداتعالیٰ کی حکمت کا تقاضا تھا کہ فرق اور تضاد فطری ہو، تاکہ یہ مسابقت کی ترغیب ہو جو اس زمین کی تعمیر نو کا باعث بنے جس میں خدا نے اسے جانشین مقرر کیا، اور اسے اس کے لیے جگہ اور لطف اندوزی کا مقام بنایا۔ تھوڑی دیر، جیسا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا: (اور اگر آپ کا رب چاہتا تو انسانوں کو ایک ہی امت بنا سکتا تھا، اور وہ اختلاف کرنے سے باز نہیں آتے، سوائے ان کے جنہوں نے اسے دیکھا آپ کا رب آپ کی حفاظت کرے اور اس کے لیے اس نے پیدا کیا۔ ان سے اور آپ کے رب کا یہ فرمان مکمل ہو چکا ہے کہ میں جہنم کو جنوں اور انسانوں سے بھر دوں گا (ہود:118)

اس فرق کی وجہ سے افراد اور معاشروں کے درمیان انفرادی اختلافات اور مذہبی، فکری اور سیاسی اختلافات موجود تھے اور یہ انسانوں کے درمیان ایک فطری عمل تھا، جس نے انہیں ایک دوسرے سے مقابلہ کرنے کا نام دیا، جس سے دشمنی، نفرت اور تصادم نے جنم لیا۔ جو پوری تاریخ میں انسانی معاشرے کا مظہر بن گیا، اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد کے مطابق:
