The Economic Dilemma of Gold

Gold and Silver has been used for centuries to represent power, beauty, purity, and accomplishment. Its limited supply and permanence make it a hedge against inflation and economic instability, and a stable asset for investment portfolios. The gold and silver has historically been used as currency to serve as a medium of exchange and continues to be valued in financial markets. A significant portion of both the metals are used to make jewelry, including wedding rings and decorative items etc. The gold has always been a relied upon reserve by common humans for assurance usages in contingent times. The paper currency has been employed very recently and is never considered to be an assurance in troubled times.

Gold is a 'noble' metal, meaning that it does not rust or lose its shine and is considered important because of its historical significance as a symbol of power and beauty, its use in jewelry, and its value as an investment and store of value due to its scarcity and durability. It also has many practical industrial uses, such as in electronics and dentistry, thanks to its properties like conductivity and resistance to corrosion. However, over the centuries, Gold has played important role to the economy of people and countries; because it acts as a store of value, a hedge against inflation, and a stable asset during times of economic or political uncertainty.

Historically, gold and silver has served as a form of currency and was the foundation of the gold / silver standard, which provided stability in monetary systems and facilitated international trade. However, over last century when US Dollar has been used a standard currency for international trade; gold has become an eminent metal and countries are maintaining gold reserves. Gold reserves are crucial for a nation's financial stability, serving as a hedge against economic uncertainty, a strategic asset for international finance, and a tool to maintain market confidence. While currencies are no longer backed by gold, central banks continue to accumulate it for several key purposes.

Gold stands as a symbol of enduring wealth, a foundation for financial systems, and a vital component in various industries. Gold has an important economic role as a means of exchange should currency collapse. Gold is a store of value and thus an investment opportunity for individuals. One of the main things that happens when the world runs out of gold is the destabilization of the global financial system; and creating ripples for all kinds of businesses and trades. Although today's paper money is no longer entirely gold-based, many central banks still hold gold as foreign exchange reserves and a guarantee of confidence in the currency and economy; and if a country doesn't have stable economic outlook, gold becomes most sought out metal for even common man.

Why Gold Price is Rising Alarmingly?

This opinion has been taken from Dr Ehsan Samara Face Book Page:-

This is one of the games the Feds is playing to take over the world's gold, where the crazy price hike is driving most especially countries in debt to sell off their gold, and in the colony that buys up the Federal Bank's financial houses, or some central banks in major industrial countries to strengthen its currency, or countries that want to strengthen their balance of payments.

United States of America, at the right time, will work to reduce raising the interest rate so that the price of gold goes down, and with the interest rate goes down, and so by raising the dollar price, gold goes down, the price of gold will go up in the stock market, and those who bought quantities of gold will compete to sell what they have.

Therefore, most of the gold in the world has been seized by the Federal Bank of America, and here America is working to fulfill its plan, which has been working for since the beginning of the century; (was 9/11 a staged drama for some motives); to turn the dollar into a digital currency. CIA-run some digital currencies, to control the wealth of peoples and countries, and to get rid of burden, she owes it and covers the cost of global fires/ wars; she runs around the world, and the expenses of her bases spread around the globe. Concluding Remarks

No single entity controls the gold market; instead, it is influenced by a combination of major players and market forces. Key participants include central banks, commercial banks, and governments, who use their purchasing power and large holdings to influence the market. The United States owns the most gold in the world, holding approximately 8,133.5 metric tons. Following the U.S. are Germany and Italy, with 3,352.65 tons and 2,451.84 tons, respectively. These reserves are held by their central banks.

The world in crisis looks for economic stability and gold reserves provides satisfaction to policy makers. However, we are living in world under the shadow of US $ and they are not equivalent to US Gold Reserves. The total amount of US $ in circulation is far more than gold reserves of the whole world and if all the gold is purchased at current gold prices; then many hands will have dollars and nothing to buy. Therefore, if US dollar stands for stability of world economy then gold prices must go up or the world will have to find an other way of trading free of US $. However, Anti-Christ / Dajjal forces are working for establishing Zionist Jews Pax Judaica- golden age.
