The Clash of David and Goliath: Who Wins?

Based on the biblical account in Samuel 17, David (Daud AS) wins the clash against Goliath. Despite being a young shepherd facing a seasoned, giant warrior, David (Daud AS) defeats Goliath by utilizing a sling and a stone, followed by using the giant’s own sword to behead him. The same has also been narrated in Al Quran, the holy book of Islam.

In the clash between David and Goliath, the Goliath was equipped for close-quarters combat (heavy armor, sword, spear), and David engaged him from a distance. A shepherd's sling was a potent, accurate, and deadly weapon in those days, allowing David to bypass Goliath’s armor and strike him in the forehead. David was not weighed down by armor, which he declined, enabling him to move quickly and take the offensive, turning his small stature into a maneuverability advantage. David was driven by his faith in God / ALLAH and was angered by Goliath's arrogance.

On February 28, 2026, the Zionist Jews, the actual rulers of United States of America, together with their illegitimate child, the State of Israel, launched air strikes on several places and cities at the same time on the Islamic Republic of Iran. And in a single attack, Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several other Iranian political and military officials were martyred. In addition, more than hundreds of civilians were also killed. And the beginning of the barbarity was a Tomahawk missile attack on a primary school for girls in the city of Minab, Iran; as a result of which at least 170 people, mostly girl children, were killed. This was the modern day "Clash of David and Goliath" and world saw the David coming victorious again.

Iran responded with missile and drone attacks against Israel, American bases and American allies in the Middle East and disrupted global trade by closing the Strait of Hormuz. All this did not happen suddenly; rather, the Middle East crisis was initiated in 2023 AD; When the US and Israel spoiled matters with strategic planning and then in 2024, a missile attack was launched on Iran; and after a break, Israel and the US launched air strikes against Iran in the twelve-day war in June 2025. The Islamic Republic of Iran responded against such bullying with firm innovative steps. (David will always have to devise new tactics against the devilish Goliath).

The Iranian nation fought the anti-Islamic forces [US, Israel, allied nations] and their covert cohorts, hypocritical Muslim countries; because this is the lesson of Karbala. Iran is a changed country after the "Shi'an-e-Ali" revolution brought by Ruhollah Mousavi Khomeini in 1979. Iran has been a victim of all kinds of oppression and pressure for 47 years after this revolution. However, even in such environment of oppression and pressure, the process of building a nation has continued. In the spirit of which, the Battle of Karbala remained central. Those who make the lesson of the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) the goal of their lives, must also learn the lesson from the victory of Hazrat Ali Karamullah Wajjah Al-Karim (Mawla Ali Haider-e-Karar); then how could the lovers of Ali and the Shiites of Iran lag behind in a battle against oppressors? Every Muslim knows that whenever the battles of Khaybar and Karbala are faced; the believer will be victorious; this is the promise of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala which has never failed. The same was awarded to Banu Israel when David (Hazrat Daud AS) faced Goliath and the Goliath- a giant was defeated by a sling warrior David. In every battle between the David and Goliath; the righteous / believer David will always emerge victorious.

ALLAH Almighty has said in Al-Quran; “And do not be lazy nor grieve, you will be the ones who will be victorious if you are believers.” Surah Al-Imran (verse 139)

The United States has been very keen on regime change in developing countries; through this, slave puppet souls have been brought to power. There is no need to go into detail about it. Just listen to the recent statement of US President Donald Trump, after the assassination of the Iranian leadership in missile attacks, saying, "I think we will make a deal with Iran, but it is also possible that we will not. You see, we have changed the regime. The first regime has been abolished, they are all dead. The next regime has been largely abolished and the third regime has a completely different group of people, so I would consider it a regime change."

But the leadership of the Western nations, "created by the devil's hand", does not know that only ordinary "believers" - the commoners are remembered in the world. These extraordinary "believers" create a situation in ordinary circumstances that becomes part of history. Their thinking is extraordinarily positive and they become the practical construction of positive action in the face of grave hardship; that their references are remembered in history.

The term "Battle of Soul and Body" is a famous line from Allama Iqbal's Kalam (Advice of an Old Baloch to His Son), which depicts the conflict between spirituality / faith and materialism / Western civilization. It reflects the conflict between the atrocities of modern civilization, technological power (machines) and the human spirit, where the believer who believes in ALLAH stands firm in the face of materialism.

US General Dean Kaine, standing on the podium with his President Donald Trump; his voice cracking a little, and he said like a bad punch line that "Every Iranian, who had a small gun, was shooting at us." Imagine that.

In some areas of the United States, guns are worshipped. They have a lot of firearms; children grow up playing with them. Blackhawks are buzzing over the hills like it's just another video game mission. What do they do when that's what they're taught? And what do the ignorant, old Iranians do there?

Those non-military boys with an old hunting rifle for wild boars shot US plane. They look up, where the plane is shooting; they recognize it as their enemy, and begin to attack the most modern army on earth. A father and his young daughter are circling a downed helicopter; and cheering. No military training. No orders from Tehran; just pure “This is my sky, hell; get out of there.”

The greatest gun-loving nation on the planet appears with its trillion-dollar toys… and suddenly starts crying because the locals finally use regular guns. The Americans themselves always say that “guns are for use; to defend their land against invaders.”

Poor General Dan Cain! All that training, all that singing of the Statue of Liberty and the anthems of the Republic, all those John Wayne movies, becomes a dream come true; When one sees an individual, and that too a poor Iranian; actually defending his home with a rifle. It becomes a national tragedy for him and his army. The same America that sells AR-15s like candy at Walmart; is suddenly surprised; when the brown men with small guns do not say "thank you" for the freedom brought by the Hellfire missile; but the brave fight back.

It is almost poetic. They love guns; until the wrong people [ordinary "believing people"] start loving them. And if this gun starts to spew flames in the hands of the wrong people [ordinary "believing people"], the Western emissaries of the devil call it terrorism. An American can laugh or cry; it is your choice; but remembers that you started this joke; the Iranians are forced to defend themselves. Because, to this day, not a single war has taken place on American soil.

The history of the United States is marked by war; more than 93 percent of the United States’ approximately 248-year history (approximately 232 years) has been spent in various wars, military interventions, and conflicts. Since independence in 1776, the country has been involved in continuous military activities, including Vietnam, the Afghan War, and conflicts in the Middle East, to emerge as a world power. And latest announcement of a ceasefire with Iran may not be the last. But the context in which it has been announced should be viewed carefully.

US President Donald Trump has said that "If we had not stopped Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, Israel would have been finished today. When I terminated the Iran nuclear deal, everyone criticized it. I terminated the deal because Iran was acquiring nuclear weapons. Trump said that hopefully we don't have to bomb power plants and bridges. We think Iran is negotiating in good faith. Reopening the Strait of Hormuz is a top priority. If the Strait of Hormuz is not opened by Wednesday, we will attack Iranian power plants. The deadline for Iran is tomorrow. After 8 am tomorrow, bridges, infrastructure and power plants will not be saved. I will take Iran back to the Stone Age. There should be an agreement by Tuesday that is acceptable to me."

US President Donald Trump said in a statement on Truth Social on Tuesday that “an entire civilization will end tonight and never rise again. I don’t want it to happen, but it is very likely that it will happen.” He added that “we will find out tonight. This will be one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the world.”

This statement makes it clear that the US president wanted to use nuclear weapons. And it is also clear that the US has failed to achieve its war goals with its ally Israel and that Iran has not only been victorious in a defensive war, but has also been victorious in some other cases. And because of this complacency, the above statement has been made. Because only a fool could think so. So let’s see why the US finally came to peace?

China made the most aggressive public statement about Western allies in modern history; “China publicly said that using nuclear weapons would mean the end of Israel as a country.”

US President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social “Based on my conversation with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, where they requested that I stop the destructive force being sent against Iran tonight,” “On the condition that Iran agrees to fully, promptly, and safely open the Strait of Hormuz, I will agree to suspend bombing and attacks on Iran for two weeks. This will be a bilateral ceasefire.”

“This is because all military objectives have already been achieved and exceeded,” the US President wrote. “We are very close to a final agreement on long-term peace with Iran and peace in the Middle East.” We have received a ten-point proposal from Iran and we believe that it provides a workable basis for negotiations. Almost all the controversial points of the past have been agreed upon between the United States and Iran. A period of two weeks will be required to finalize and complete this agreement.

The US President's statement "representing the countries of the Middle East" justifies Iran's attack on neighboring countries. In every clash between the David and Goliath, the righteous believer David will always win.
