You are not an order-taker, who is always ready to take orders while they are responsibility or not. Never burden yourself more than you need. Learn to say “No”. But, at all you have to say polite while refusing.

 Pick any healthy hobby:

Try to adopt any mind-relaxing hobby that can help to boost up your mental health. Such as painting, book reading, reciting darood pak etc….

 Exercise:

Different physical exercises acts as stress-reliever. Therefore, try to add any physical activity in your life.

To show care to a new mom, you can gift her a self-care basket containing gifts such as pregnancy guide, novel, religious book on how to raise your kid, skin care products or massage machine etc. Doing this, will realize her that she has importance in her partner’s life. Let her express her feelings openly. So, that she can make herself relax and chilled.

A woman life is really critical as compared to man. Because she has many responsibilities to perform without any limitation of time. Whether it is day or night, she has to perform her duty. Due to all these reason she often neglects herself. This selflessness can lead her to both mental and physical health. Therefore, she should follow some self-care hacks which could make her life easy to some extent. She should take healthy meal, unbroken sleep for 6 to 7 hours. Develop a habit to exercise on daily basis. Try to stay positive. Neglect and forget the negative aspects of your life. When you feel much exhausted, take deep breath or perform yoga. Be socialize. Do not perform all the household chores by yourself, instead divide your responsibilities to other family members like your elder son or daughter…. We often burdened women with such responsibilities which are mutual duty of parents. Consequently, they hurt themselves. On the other hand, partners should also care for their better halves. They should encourage them to do self-care other than performing house hold tasks.
