Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Chennai Super Kings, 11th Match Scorecard IPL 2026

The 11th match of the Indian Premier League 2026 saw a high-scoring thriller between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings, where RCB showed great dominance and took an easy win. Batting first, Royal Challengers Bangalore posted a huge total of 250/3 in 20 overs. Philip Salt (46) and Virat Kohli (28) gave the team a stable start at the beginning of the innings. Then Devdutt Padikkal's excellent 50 runs took the innings further. However, the real turning point of the match took place in the last overs.

Team captain Rajat Patidar played a brilliant innings, scoring an unbeaten 48 off just 19 balls. Tim David, on the other hand, stormed through the death overs, scoring an unbeaten 70 off just 25 balls at a strike rate of 280. They quickly put on a 99-run stand, which gave RCB one of the biggest scores of the season.

In reply, Chennai Super Kings started aggressively but lost wickets quickly and came under pressure. Sarfaraz Khan (50) and Prashant Veer (43) then tried to build the innings with a counter-attack. Later, Jamie Overton (37 off 16 balls) continued to fight for some time.

However, as the required run rate kept increasing, CSK could not get back into the match. RCB bowlers maintained great control at crucial times. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was the best performer with 3 wickets, while Krunal Pandya and Abhinandan Singh broke the CSK batting line-up with 2 wickets each.

In the end, Chennai Super Kings were all out for 207 runs in 19.4 overs and lost by 43 runs.
