رُوَّادُ الـمُسْتَقْبَلِ : Future leaders

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the name of ALLAH, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

رُوَّادُ الـمُسْتَقْبَلِ

Future leaders

   Praise be to ALLAH, who has made youth the pillar of civilization, through whom the features of glory and leadership are formulated, we praise Him who realized that building man is the key to architecture, and we bear witness that there is no god but ALLAH alone, and we bear witness that our master Muhammad, peace be upon him, His servant and messenger, grew up in the Lord of chastity and guidance, so in his youth he was a role model of glory and steadfastness, and in his old age he was a beacon of wisdom. May the prayers and peace of ALLAH be upon him, his family, his companions and those who were guided by his guidance and remained on the path. ALLAH says in Surah An Nisa:

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُكُمۡ أَن تُؤَدُّواْ ٱلۡأَمَـٰنَـٰتِ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهَا وَإِذَا حَكَمۡتُم بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ أَن تَحۡكُمُواْ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ نِعِمَّا يَعِظُكُم بِهِۦۤ‌ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ سَمِيعَۢا بَصِيرً۬ا

Verily! Allâh commands that you should render back the trusts to those, to whom they are due; and that when you judge between men, you judge with justice. Verily, how excellent is the teaching which He (Allâh) gives you! Truly, Allâh is Ever All¬Hearer, All¬Seer.

Surah An Nisa – 58

O servants of ALLAH: Fear ALLAH and Adopt piety and obey ALLAH, for piety is the pillar of prohibition, and the best of blessings for those who desire to give their souls solemnity, and their homeland to be prosperous, and for their nation a glory that does not wear out.

When societies look at their future, the first thing they see on the horizon is the energy of youth, understanding the renewed pulse, the unrelenting determination, and the vision that translates into reality. The stage of youth is not a passing time of age, but rather a field of real construction, a laboratory of great meanings such as hard work, responsibility, and ambition. The Qur'an outlined this stage when it described young people in Surah Al Kahf.

إِنَّہُمۡ فِتۡيَةٌ ءَامَنُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡ وَزِدۡنَـٰهُمۡ هُدً۬ى

Truly! they were young men who believed in their Lord (Allâh), and We increased them in guidance.

Surah Al Kahf – 13-Part

In this verse, ALLAH combined the strength of life, the purity of faith, and the growth of guidance, to make these young men immortal symbols for every generation of young people who believe, prove and make a difference. What is the most wonderful Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him in dealing with these energies? From the first day, the doors of leadership were opened to him, so the young people in the mosque, in the construction arena, and in the fields of education and knowledge, carried the revelation, formulated awareness, and established the pillars of the message, so Mus'ab bin Umayr, may ALLAH be pleased with him was sent as an ambassador, Zaid bin Thabit, may ALLAH be pleased with him became the writer of the revelation, Usama bin Zaid may ALLAH be pleased with him was entrusted with the leadership when he was seventeen, and Mu'adh bin Jabal, may ALLAH be pleased with him was the most knowledgeable of the people The awareness of the youth in the era of the Prophethood was the greatest witness that the revival begins with the living heart and the attentive mind. Today, our youth, you are an extension of this blessed chain of advancement, and you are the one who is mandated to add new lines of creativity, awareness and consolidation to the march of glory. So walk in the blessing of ALLAH, and know that if ALLAH loves a slave, He will use him and make him a mark on earth and in remembrance among people.

If these are the beacons of history, then today you have new tools and wider spaces to make an impact, so seize them, young people, you are the children of a stage that dates on transformations, and overflows with possibilities for those who have rolled up their sleeves and found them, as the windows of science and knowledge have been opened in the easiest way, and the prospects of achievement have become within reach for those who have the ambition and sharpen motivation. So set out with confidence and determination, and fill your life with benefit and inspiration, seek the help of ALLAH, take advantage of your talents, and be a pioneer in good deeds. You are living in the age of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies, and the era of global participation, so let you have a monument to be celebrated, a footprint to be praised, and a contribution that reflects your originality and awareness. And realize that starting into the future means a noble extension from originality to creativity. Constants to the horizons. Every knowledge you gain, every idea that bears fruit, and every initiative that matures is an opportunity to raise values, serve people, and achieve balanced progress. If identity is a shield that preserves values, it is also a wing with which a person flies when he builds himself and illuminates his reality. One of the signs of success is to make knowledge a ladder to action, from work a bridge to giving, and from giving a path to contentment. ALLAH says in Surah Al Tawba 

وَقُلِ ٱعۡمَلُواْ فَسَيَرَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمۡ

And say (O Muhammad SAW) "Do deeds! Allâh will see your deeds

Surah Al Tawba – 105-Part

So walk confidently, so that you will be part of a generation that knows what it wants, knows why it wants, knows how to get there, is steadfast, self-deprecating, deep-rooted, open-minded, is not afraid of change, and does not overdo the constants.

So fear ALLAH, the servants of ALLAH, and let your faith be a motive, your identity a compass, and your ambition soaring in the sky of achievement, so proceed with ALLAH's blessing, and be a beacon of hope, and a title for a future worthy of this blessed land.

أقولُ مَا تَسْمَعُونَ، وَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ العَظِيمَ لِي وَلَكُمْ، فَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ، إِنَّهُ هُوَ الغَفُورُالرَّحِيمُ، وَادْعُوهُ يَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ، إِنَّهُ هُوَ البَرُّ الكَرِيمُ

I say what you hear, and I ask forgiveness from God Almighty for me and for you, so ask forgiveness from Him and He will forgive you, for He is the Forgiving and Merciful, and pray to Him and He will answer you, for He is The noble righteousness

   الحَمْدُ للَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ الطُّمُوحَ مِنْ صِفَاتِ المُؤْمِنِينَ، وَحَثَّ عَلَى العَمَلِ وَالسَّعْيِ بَيْنَ العَالَمِينَ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَلِيُّ الصَّالِحِينَ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، سَيِّدُ العَامِلِينَ الطَّامِحِينَ، صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ وَسَلامُهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَمَنْ تَبِعَهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّينِ

Praise be to Allah, who has made ambition one of the characteristics of the believers and has urged work and striving between the two worlds, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, the Guardian of the righteous, and I bear witness that Muhammad, peace be upon him, is His servant and Messenger, the Master of aspiring workers. May ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him, upon all his family and companions, and those who followed them with kindness until the Day of Judgment.

O, you who believe, know that one of the greatest blessings of ALLAH is for man to give him the ability, energy, and life, and to guide him to the path of beneficial work and effective effort. Your ages today are the treasures of opportunities, and their harvest depends on what you sow and plant from the hum, and you formulate it from goals. And what is the greatest guidance of the Prophet, peace be upon him, when he said: "Seize five before five: your youth before your age, your health before your roof, your wealth before your poverty, your leisure before your busyness, and your life before your death." Youth is a blessing, opportunities are seasons, and the true balance of difference lies in those who race against time in building, invest the moment in goodness, and plant an indestructible impact. ALLAH has promised success and guidance to those who strive diligently and sincerely, as He, Glory be to Him, says in Surah Al Ankaboot

وَٱلَّذِينَ جَـٰهَدُواْ فِينَا لَنَہۡدِيَنَّہُمۡ سُبُلَنَا‌ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَمَعَ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

As for those who strive hard in Us (Our Cause), We will surely guide them to Our Paths (i.e. Allâh's religion - Islâmic Monotheism). And verily, Allâh is with the Muhsinûn (good doers)."

Surah Al Ankboot – 69-Part

The Messenger of ALLAH (may peace be upon him) said: "The best of people are the most beneficial to the people."Let this be the criterion, and this is the goal: benefit and giving. So proceed on the paths of building with good intentions, and seek the help of Allah at every step, and do not underestimate any effort, no matter how small it may seem, for Allah does not waste the reward of those who do good, and "I love deeds to Allah, even if I do not do them", and be sure that the path that is built on the pleasure of Allah, nourished by values, and guided by nobility, is a path that does not disappoint its travelers.

So fear Allah, O you who aspire, and remember the words of your Prophetr: "If the Hour arises and one of you has a seed, if he is able not to stand up until he plants it, let him plant it."

هَذَا وَصَلُّوا وَسَلِّمُوا عَلَى إمَامِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ؛ مُحَمَّدٍ الهَادِي الأَمِينِ، فَقَدْ أَمَرَكُمْ رَبكُمْ بذَلكَ حينَ قَالَ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَتَهُ ۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

So pray and send peace upon the leader of the messengers, Muhammad, the guide and trustworthy. Your Lord has commanded you to do so when He said: “Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, send blessings upon him and salute him with a worthy salutation.” 

He says in Surah Al Ahzab: ALLAH and His kingdom send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, pray upon him and grant him peace.

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وسَلِّم عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ وسَلَّمتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، وَارْضَ اللَّهُمَّ عَنْ خُلَفَائِهِ الرَّاشِدِينَ، وَعَنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَعَنْ سَائِرِ الصَّحَابَةِ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَعَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ، وعَنْ جَمْعِنَا هَذَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

O ALLAH, bless and grant peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon the family of our Prophet Muhammad, as You prayed and peace upon our Prophet Abraham and upon the family of our Prophet Abraham, and bless our Prophet Muhammad and the family of our Prophet Muhammad, just as You blessed our Prophet Abraham and the family of our Prophet Abraham in the worlds. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. And be pleased, O Allah, with his Rightly-Guided Caliphs, and with his wives, the Mothers of the Believers, and with all the rest of the Companions, and with the believing men and women, and with this gathering of ours, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ جَمْعَنَا هَذَا جَمْعًا مَرْحُوْمًا، وَاجْعَلْ تَفَرُّقَنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ تَفَرُّقًا مَعْصُوْمًا وَلا تَدَعْ فِينَا وَلا مَعَنَا شَقِيًّا وَلا مَحْرُومًا

Oh ALLAH, make this gathering of us a merciful gathering, and make our separation after it an infallible separation, and do not leave among us or with us any wretched or deprived.

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الإِسْلامَ وَاهْدِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَى الْحَقِّ، وَاجْمعْ كَلِمَتَهُمْ عَلَى الخَيْرِ، وَاكْسِرْ شَوْكَةَ الظَّالِمِينَ، وَاكْتُبِ السَّلامَ وَالأَمْنَ لِعِبادِكَ أَجْمَعِينَ

Oh ALLAH, honor Islam, guide Muslims to the truth, unite their words in goodness, break the power of the oppressors, and grant peace and security to your servants. All of them. 

اللَّهُمَّ كُنْ عَوْنًا لإِخْوَانِنَا فِي أَرْضِ الأَقْصَى المُبَارَكِ، وَكُنْ مَعَهُمْ وَثَبِّـتْهُمْ وَارْبِطْ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَصَبِّرْهُمْ، وَاخْذُلْ عَدُوَّكَ وَعَدُوَّهُمْ، وَاجْعَلِ الدَّائِرَةَ عَلَيْهِ يَا ذَا الجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ

O Allah, be a helper to our brothers in the blessed land of Al-Aqsa, be with them, strengthen them, strengthen their hearts, and grant them patience. Disappoint Your enemy and their enemy, and turn the tables on him, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ الثَّباتَ فِي الأَمْرِ، وَالعَزِيمَةَ عَلَى الرُّشْدِ، ونَسْأَلُكَ شُكْرَ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَحُسْنَ عِبَادَتِكَ، ونَسْأَلُكَ قُلُوبًا سَلِيمةً وأَلْسِنةً صَادِقةً، ونَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا تَعْلَمُ، وَنعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا تَعْلَمُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا تَعْلَمُ

O Allah, we ask You for steadfastness in our affairs and determination to do what is right. We ask You for gratitude for Your blessings and proper worship of You. We ask You for sound hearts and truthful tongues. We ask You for the best of what You know and seek refuge in You from the worst of what You know. We seek Your forgiveness for what You know.

اللَّهُمَّ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ يَا ذَا الجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ بِكَ نَستَجِيرُ وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ نَستَغِيثُ أَلاَّ تَكِلَنَا إِلَى أَنفُسِنَا طَرفَةَ عَينٍ، وَلاَ أَدنَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَأَصلِحْ لَنَا شَأْنَنَا كُلَّهُ يَا مُصلِحَ شَأْنِ الصَّالِحِينَ

Oh ALLAH, O Ever-Living, O Ever-Living, O Possessor of Majesty and Honour, there is no god but You, Glory be to You, by You we seek refuge and by Your mercy we seek help, that you will not leave us to Our souls are within the blink of an eye, and nothing is closer than that. And rectify for us all our affairs, O Reconciliator, the affairs of the righteous.

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا احْفَظْ أَوْطَانَنَا وَأَعِزَّ سُلْطَانَنَا وَأَيِّدْهُ بِالْحَقِّ وَأَيِّدْ بِهِ الْحَقَّ يَا رَبَّ العَالَمِينَ، اللَّهُمَّ أَسْبِغْ عَلَيْهِ نِعمَتَكَ، وَأَيِّدْهُ بِنُورِ حِكْمَتِكَ، وَسَدِّدْهُ بِتَوفِيقِكَ، وَاحفَظْهُ بِعَينِ رعَايَتِكَ

Oh ALLAH, our Lord, protect our countries, honor our authority, support it with the truth, and support it with the truth, O Lord of the worlds. Oh God, bestow your blessing upon him, Support it with the light of your wisdom, guide it with your blessings, and protect it with your care.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ بَرَكَاتِ السَّمَاء وَأَخْرِجْ لَنَا مِنْ خَيْرَاتِ الأَرْضِ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا في ثِمَارِنَا وَزُرُوعِنَا وكُلِّ أَرزَاقِنَا يَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ

O ALLAH, send down upon us from the blessings of the sky and bring forth for us from the goodness of the earth, and bless for us our fruits and our crops and all our provisions, O Possessor of Majesty and Generosity.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا في الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالمُؤْمِنَات، المُسْلِمِينَ وَالمُسْلِمَات، الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ، إِنَّكَ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبُ الدُّعَاءِ

O ALLAH, forgive the believing men and women, the Muslim men and women, the living and the dead among them. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the Near, the Answerer of supplications.

عِبَادَ الله

 إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَـٰنِ وَإِيتَآىِٕ ذِى ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَيَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنڪَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡىِ‌ۚ يَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

O servants of ALLAH - Indeed, ALLAH commands justice and good deeds, and bestows favor on relatives, and forbids indecency. And the denier and the transgressor admonish you that you may remember.

Surah An Nahl-90
