Creating and updating the roster is one of your primary responsibilities as a manager Retro Bowl. Free agents, rookie drafts, and trades are all options for players looking to improve their roster. Building a great roster is only half the battle; you also need to strike a balance between the personality and performance of your athletes, who all have different degrees of motivation and statistics. Some players, like a top quarterback, may want a greater contract, while others, like a crucial receiver, may get angry if they don't get enough playing time. Every season is made more realistic and strategic by the fact that you are responsible for more than just the players. You also supervise the facilities, the coaching staff, and even the media.
