Pakistan India shall Liberate from Colonial Slavery for Durable Peace

Human societies flourish when they attain the aspiration for the near future and their dreams of the distant future are interesting and colorful. However, almost whole of the Humanity has been overwhelmed by Western civilization for the past hundred years; which was enforced through two world wars. Western nations under the leadership of USA have established a world order on the principles of democracy, freedom, liberty, capitalist economy and forced obedience; and it culminated in American domination after 9/11 (with us or against us). Thus the western agenda (covert and overt; both) has actually buried any possibility of nurturing an honourable self respecting society in third world or global south. Resultantly; all the global south; including India and Pakistan are suffering from chronic problems of lawlessness, poverty and many more.

Ever since the independence or partition of Indo Pakistan; both the countries have not been able to got rid of colonial hangover; but in fact fortified the intellectual slavery employed by British imperialism. The Imperial Raj developed and enforced a system of bonded labour (bonded mental methods) through a governance model comprising civil and military bureaucrats; legal system (not conforming to local culture and religious values); and a financial and trade model that bred corruption, nepotism and cartelism. The ruling elite of both India and Pakistan are not more than pawns in the game being played by USA and global deep state.

The British left India but controlled the region along with USA; through the deeply entrenched ruling class in politics, economics, business, education, science, culture, and finance. In the region ideology of extreme individualism was promoted, denying all forms of collective identity—ethnic, religious, national, gender—and even the very category of humanity and in fact under the banner of “freedom,” and "democracy" effectively an Orwellian-style dictatorship is being employed. Even a cursory look at the Sub Continent India, Pakistan and Bangladesh reveals the above said reality. Orwellian-style dictatorship has taken over each and every walk of life and pillars of state. Resultantly; the whole region is nothing but an extension of US $ monopoly serving the real master; Uncle Sam and real benefactors; deep state.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has rightly pointed this out: “Using the dollar monopoly, the United States consumes a trillion dollars more than it produces, as if it were obtaining these resources from other countries. This is exactly a modern colonial system.” Yes; the current world order under the United Nations is an extension of the last century colonial system of Western nations and USA is undeclared crown of this age.

Ever since the United States crowned the unipolar world order, humanity has been suffering from continuous war and bloodshed. The chain began in Afghanistan, and then through Iraq, Libya, and Somalia; it reached to inhumane Palestinian Gaza genocide. America has been a direct participant in such wars, along with its allies. The current crisis between India and Pakistan (four day escalation 2025) was nothing else but for reasons of enforcing US hegemony; which back fired because the horse, backed by USA, India was not good enough a bully to shunt Pakistan.

Can the colonial legacy be continued to follow; so as to achieve a peace in the world, which may provide equality, equity and democratic values to humanity at large? The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, wrote an article last year, indicating that the "Humanity must finally get rid of the legacy of the colonial system. The time of the metro policing is over." Some key points from his article are as follows:-

◾️ The United States has become a new metro police with global sanctions, violates the sovereignty of third countries, and seeks to destroy entire countries with secondary sanctions.

◾️ The West artificially creates an economic crisis, uses the Green Agenda to maintain the elite, and through the monopoly of IT corporations silences those whose opinions contradict its agenda.

◾️ The West uses the tools of “debt neocolonialism” to maintain influence in the Global South. The West will resist the collapse of neo-colonialism.

◾️ France will try to keep its hidden financial presence in Africa as much as possible, because it is very important for France particularly and West in general.

◾️ The need to create a new system of international relations; one that would be free from sanctions, exploitation and lies; now seems to be a matter of the near future.

◾️ More and more countries want to live in peace, without the legacy of colonialism and according to the principles of sovereign equality.

◾️ The new polycentric global order will be practical and diversified relations are the key to economic stability.

◾️ China has emerged as a key player alongside the United States in the formation of a new multipolar world order, comprising emerging global powers including India, Egypt, Iran, Brazil, Indonesia, and Nigeria, and existing global players, Russia, the European Union, and Japan.

◾️ There is a need to include all the territories and civilizations in the multidimensional world order. Now, complete liberation should be achieved from the now-defunct, dying, anti-Islamic world order, and Muslim countries should also be given a prominent position in it.

Conclusion

The better future of humanity lays in the creation of a multidimensional, all-encompassing system that may result in the equal respect and dignity for all civilizations, regions, and nations on this planet Earth. India, Pakistan and other countries of the region must shun colonial era intellectual slavery and embrace national ideology based upon culture and identity emerging from their own core values of history and religion. It will be better for the region if these neighbours compete in human development, human dignity and national emancipation.

भारत-पाकिस्तान की आज़ादी या विभाजन के बाद से ही दोनों देश औपनिवेशिक हैंगओवर से छुटकारा नहीं पा सके हैं; बल्कि वास्तव में ब्रिटिश साम्राज्यवाद द्वारा अपनाई गई बौद्धिक गुलामी को और मज़बूत किया है। शाही राज ने सिविल और सैन्य नौकरशाहों वाले शासन मॉडल के माध्यम से बंधुआ मज़दूरी (बंधुआ मानसिक पद्धति) की एक प्रणाली विकसित की और लागू की; कानूनी प्रणाली (स्थानीय संस्कृति और धार्मिक मूल्यों के अनुरूप नहीं); और एक वित्तीय और व्यापार मॉडल जिसने भ्रष्टाचार, भाई-भतीजावाद और कार्टेलिज्म को जन्म दिया। भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों के शासक अभिजात वर्ग अमेरिका और वैश्विक डीप स्टेट द्वारा खेले जा रहे खेल में मोहरे से ज़्यादा कुछ नहीं हैं।

अंग्रेज भारत छोड़कर चले गए, लेकिन अमेरिका के साथ-साथ इस क्षेत्र पर भी नियंत्रण कर लिया; राजनीति, अर्थशास्त्र, व्यापार, शिक्षा, विज्ञान, संस्कृति और वित्त में गहरी पैठ रखने वाले शासक वर्ग के माध्यम से। इस क्षेत्र में चरम व्यक्तिवाद की विचारधारा को बढ़ावा दिया गया, जिसमें सभी प्रकार की सामूहिक पहचान- जातीय, धार्मिक, राष्ट्रीय, लिंग- और यहां तक ​​कि मानवता की श्रेणी को भी नकार दिया गया और वास्तव में "स्वतंत्रता" और "लोकतंत्र" के बैनर तले प्रभावी रूप से ऑरवेलियन शैली की तानाशाही का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। उपमहाद्वीप भारत, पाकिस्तान और बांग्लादेश पर एक सरसरी नज़र डालने पर भी उपरोक्त वास्तविकता का पता चलता है। ऑरवेलियन शैली की तानाशाही ने जीवन के हर क्षेत्र और राज्य के स्तंभों पर कब्ज़ा कर लिया है। नतीजतन; पूरा क्षेत्र कुछ और नहीं बल्कि अमेरिकी डॉलर के एकाधिकार का विस्तार है जो असली मालिक; अंकल सैम और असली लाभार्थियों; डीप स्टेट की सेवा कर रहा है।

रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन ने सही ही कहा है: "डॉलर के एकाधिकार का उपयोग करके, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका अपने उत्पादन से एक ट्रिलियन डॉलर अधिक खर्च करता है, मानो वह इन संसाधनों को अन्य देशों से प्राप्त कर रहा हो। यह वास्तव में एक आधुनिक औपनिवेशिक व्यवस्था है।" जी हाँ; संयुक्त राष्ट्र के तहत वर्तमान विश्व व्यवस्था पश्चिमी देशों की पिछली सदी की औपनिवेशिक व्यवस्था का ही विस्तार है और अमेरिका इस युग का अघोषित मुकुट है।

जब से अमेरिका ने एकध्रुवीय विश्व व्यवस्था की नींव रखी है, मानवता निरंतर युद्ध और रक्तपात से पीड़ित है। यह सिलसिला अफगानिस्तान से शुरू हुआ और फिर इराक, लीबिया और सोमालिया से होते हुए अमानवीय फिलिस्तीनी गाजा नरसंहार तक पहुंच गया। अमेरिका अपने सहयोगियों के साथ ऐसे युद्धों में प्रत्यक्ष भागीदार रहा है। भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच मौजूदा संकट (चार दिवसीय वृद्धि 2025) कुछ और नहीं बल्कि अमेरिकी आधिपत्य को लागू करने के कारणों से था; जो उलटा पड़ गया क्योंकि अमेरिका द्वारा समर्थित घोड़ा, भारत पाकिस्तान को पीछे धकेलने के लिए पर्याप्त रूप से अच्छा नहीं था।

क्या औपनिवेशिक विरासत को जारी रखा जा सकता है; ताकि दुनिया में शांति स्थापित हो सके, जो मानवता को समानता, समता और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्य प्रदान कर सके? रूसी सुरक्षा परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष दिमित्री मेदवेदेव ने पिछले साल एक लेख लिखा था, जिसमें संकेत दिया गया था कि "मानवता को अंततः औपनिवेशिक व्यवस्था की विरासत से छुटकारा पाना होगा। मेट्रो पुलिसिंग का समय खत्म हो गया है।" उनके लेख के कुछ मुख्य बिंदु इस प्रकार हैं: -

◾️ संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका वैश्विक प्रतिबंधों के साथ एक नई मेट्रो पुलिस बन गया है, तीसरे देशों की संप्रभुता का उल्लंघन करता है, और द्वितीयक प्रतिबंधों के साथ पूरे देशों को नष्ट करना चाहता है।

◾️ पश्चिम कृत्रिम रूप से आर्थिक संकट पैदा करता है, अभिजात वर्ग को बनाए रखने के लिए ग्रीन एजेंडा का उपयोग करता है, और आईटी निगमों के एकाधिकार के माध्यम से उन लोगों को चुप करा देता है जिनकी राय उसके एजेंडे के विपरीत होती है।

◾️ पश्चिम वैश्विक दक्षिण में प्रभाव बनाए रखने के लिए "ऋण नवउपनिवेशवाद" के औजारों का उपयोग करता है। पश्चिम नव-उपनिवेशवाद के पतन का विरोध करेगा।

◾️ फ्रांस अफ्रीका में अपनी छिपी हुई वित्तीय उपस्थिति को यथासंभव बनाए रखने की कोशिश करेगा, क्योंकि यह विशेष रूप से फ्रांस और सामान्य रूप से पश्चिम के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।

◾️ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संबंधों की एक नई प्रणाली बनाने की आवश्यकता; जो प्रतिबंधों, शोषण और झूठ से मुक्त होगी; अब निकट भविष्य की बात लगती है।

◾️ अधिक से अधिक देश शांति से, उपनिवेशवाद की विरासत के बिना और संप्रभु समानता के सिद्धांतों के अनुसार रहना चाहते हैं।

◾️ नई बहुकेन्द्रित वैश्विक व्यवस्था व्यावहारिक होगी और विविधतापूर्ण संबंध आर्थिक स्थिरता की कुंजी हैं।

◾️ चीन एक नई बहुध्रुवीय विश्व व्यवस्था के निर्माण में संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के साथ एक प्रमुख खिलाड़ी के रूप में उभरा है, जिसमें भारत, मिस्र, ईरान, ब्राजील, इंडोनेशिया और नाइजीरिया जैसी उभरती वैश्विक शक्तियाँ और मौजूदा वैश्विक खिलाड़ी, रूस, यूरोपीय संघ और जापान शामिल हैं।

◾️ बहुआयामी विश्व व्यवस्था में सभी क्षेत्रों और सभ्यताओं को शामिल करने की आवश्यकता है। अब, अब समाप्त हो चुकी, मर रही, इस्लाम विरोधी विश्व व्यवस्था से पूरी तरह मुक्ति मिलनी चाहिए और मुस्लिम देशों को भी इसमें प्रमुख स्थान दिया जाना चाहिए।

निष्कर्ष

मानवता का बेहतर भविष्य एक बहुआयामी, सर्वव्यापी व्यवस्था के निर्माण में निहित है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप इस ग्रह पृथ्वी पर सभी सभ्यताओं, क्षेत्रों और राष्ट्रों के लिए समान सम्मान और सम्मान हो सकता है। भारत, पाकिस्तान और क्षेत्र के अन्य देशों को औपनिवेशिक युग की बौद्धिक गुलामी को त्यागना चाहिए और इतिहास और धर्म के अपने मूल मूल्यों से उभरने वाली संस्कृति और पहचान पर आधारित राष्ट्रीय विचारधारा को अपनाना चाहिए। यह क्षेत्र के लिए बेहतर होगा यदि ये पड़ोसी मानव विकास, मानव गरिमा और राष्ट्रीय मुक्ति में प्रतिस्पर्धा करें।
