وَقْتُ الأَولادِ بَيْنَ الاستِغْلالِ وَالإِهْمَالِ : Children's time between exploitation and neglect

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the name of ALLAH, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

وَقْتُ الأَولادِ بَيْنَ الاستِغْلالِ وَالإِهْمَالِ

Children's time between exploitation and neglect.

Praise be to God who encouraged us to make use of our time, and made it a means to attain Paradise. I bear witness that there is no god but ALLAH alone, without any partner. I bear witness that our Master and Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, is the servant of God and His Messenger, who is keen on his time and who is all the reason to be beneficial to his nation. May ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family and companions, and those who follow him in goodness until the Day of Judgment. Translation of the verse recited from Surah At Tahreem is:

 أَمَّا بَعْدُ، فاعوذ باللہ من الشیطان الرجیم- بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم 

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ قُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡ وَأَهۡلِيكُمۡ نَارً۬ا وَقُودُهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلۡحِجَارَةُ عَلَيۡہَا مَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ۬ شِدَادٌ۬ لَّا يَعۡصُونَ ٱللَّهَ مَآ أَمَرَهُمۡ وَيَفۡعَلُونَ مَا يُؤۡمَرُونَ 

O you who believe! Ward off from yourselves and your families against a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who disobey not, (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allâh, but do that which they are commanded.

Surah At Tahreem – 6

O people of Allah, fear Allah - adopt piety and obey Allah as for what follows, fear ALLAH as you fear those who know, and make the most of time at all times. For it is the promise between you and your ALLAH, and it is the way of your salvation.

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَلۡتَنظُرۡ نَفۡسٌ۬ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ لِغَدٍ۬‌ۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

O you who believe! Fear Allâh and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the tomorrow, and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is All-Aware of what you do.

Surah Al Hashr – 18

O believers, you should know - may ALLAH occupy your time in obedience to Him - that time has value, and that benefiting from it has a great advantage, and for its bounty ALLAH swore by it in a number of The verses, such as his saying. ALLAH Almighty says in Surah Al-Fajr:

وَٱلۡفَجۡرِ (١) وَلَيَالٍ عَشۡرٍ۬

By the dawn; (1) By the ten nights (i.e. the first ten days of the month of Dhul-Hîjjah).

Surah Al Fajr – 1-2

يقول الله تعالى في سُوۡرَةُ اللیْل

ALLAH Almighty says in Surah Al-Lail:

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَىٰ (١) وَٱلنَّہَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ

By the night as it envelops; (1) By the day as it appears in brightness;

Surah Al Lail – 1-2

يقول الله تعالى في سُوۡرَةُ العَصر

ALLAH Almighty says in Surah Al-Asr:

وَٱلۡعَصۡرِ (١) إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ لَفِى خُسۡرٍ

By Al-'Asr (the time). (1) Verily, man is in loss.

Surah Al Asr – 1-2

And in the Sunnah of the Beloved and Chosen One, it came from the Prophet peace be upon him; Two blessings that many people are fooled by; are Health and leisure. And because what goes away from life does not come back; Wise people were as keen on it as they were on their lives. If they benefited from it, they rejoiced, and if it went away without taking advantage of it, they were sad. Since the Sunnah of the Prophet peace be upon him did not recommend taking advantage of it in vain, And he did not encourage him in vain, but because exploiting the time in good and peaceful manner leads to Paradise, and avoiding that is heartbreak, that is certainly a, heartbreak. It was stated in the hadith:

اغْتَنِمْ خَمْسًا قَبْلَ خَمْسٍ: شَبَابَكَ قَبْلَ هَرَمِكَ، وَصِحَّتَكَ قَبْلَ سَقَمِكَ، وَغِنَاكَ قَبْلَ فَقْرِكَ، وَفَرَاغَكَ قَبْلَ شُغُلِكَ، وَحَيَاتَكَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِكَ

Take advantage of five things before five things: your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, and your free time before your work. And your life before your death.

Because of the importance of time, Seyyedina Abdullah Ibn Masoud (RA) said:

"I have never regretted or been so ashamed of anything as the passing of a day on which the sun has gone down, which has shortened my life but not increased my practice.

People who are keen on time: There know many ways and methods to make use of time. One of the first things a Muslim should learn and teach his children is to offer prayer. It was reported from the Prophet peace be upon him: Command your children to pray when they are seven years old. And the glorious Book of ALLAH, about which the Prophet peace be upon him said: Teach your children the Qur’an; The first thing that should be learned of ALLAH’s knowledge is: If a child - male or female - is raised according to the Book of ALLAH, he will grow up righteous towards his parents, following the commands of his Lord, avoiding His prohibitions, And in wisdom: Let the child use his time in useful ways, and let him use it for what is beneficial, including beneficial reading and knowledge in various fields. Reading nourishes the soul, develops the mind, and opens the mind. Let him make the first thing he reads what will benefit him in his religion. So it is whoever ALLAH desires good for, He will make him understand the religion.

Then let him recite and read after that whatever he wants of what is beneficial. Likewise, young people should take advantage of their time by learning skills. Such as swimming, archery, using the computer, safe online shopping, and learning the principles of science. Such as agriculture, economics, and others. What educators should be careful about is to instill voluntary community work in their children. ALLAH says in Surah Al Baqara

وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيۡرً۬ا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ

And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allâh is All-Recogniser, All-Knower.

Surah Al Baqara – 158-Part

So that they have a role in society, in helping the needy, educating people, sponsoring orphans, spreading love, and participating in work Clubs and scientific centers.

أقولُ مَا تَسْمَعُونَ، وَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ العَظِيمَ لِي وَلَكُمْ، فَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ، إِنَّهُ هُوَ الغَفُورُالرَّحِيمُ، وَادْعُوهُ يَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ، إِنَّهُ هُوَ البَرُّ الكَرِيمُ

I say what you hear, and I ask forgiveness from ALLAH Almighty for me and for you, so ask forgiveness from Him and He will forgive you, for He is the Forgiving and Merciful, and pray to Him and He will answer you, for He is The noble righteousness.

 الحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي حَبَّبَ إِلى عِبَادِهِ الطَّاعَاتِ، وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيْهِمْ ضَيَاعَ الأَوْقَاتِ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيـكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ سَيِّدَنَا وَنَبِيَّنَا مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ، صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ وَسَلامُهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ.

Praise be to ALLAH, who loves obedience to His servants, and hates for them the wasting of time, and I bear witness that there is no god but ALLAH alone, with no partner, and I bear witness Our Master and Prophet Muhammad is the servant of ALLAH and His Messenger, may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him and all his family and companions.

O believers, fear ALLAH and Know that not using time has adverse effects, consequences and harms. This is because if time is not used it is often useless. Not taking advantage of time also leads to the child being empty headed. Emptiness is the occurrence of wrong thoughts, such as Satan whispering to him about his beliefs and behavior, and the empty heads often fall into prohibited things, such as keeping company with corrupt and bad people, or committing legal violations; such as drinking alcohol, or hurting passers-by with bad words, or disturbing the neighbors with noise, or preoccupying the community with their many problems. O’ believers, the Prophet, may peace be upon him, said:

المُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ المُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ

A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand Muslims are safe.

Therefore, family and societal responsibility has multiplied in our present era due to the many challenges facing educators and those facing Growing up; Global openness has imposed multiple dimensions on us - fathers and children - To preserve our values and identity from dissolving in ideas that negatively affect us, we had to direct the compass towards exploiting times and protecting generations from falling into evil.

So fear ALLAH - O servants of ALLAH - and be careful of the times, for making use of them is the path to Paradise and the path to reaching the summit.

O servants of ALLAH, please remember this ALLAH's blessing always:

قُلۡ يَـٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسۡرَفُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ لَا تَقۡنَطُواْ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ ٱللَّهِ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغۡفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا‌ۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ هُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

کہہ دو اے میرے بندو جنہوں نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا ہے الله کی رحمت سے مایوس نہ ہو بے شک 

الله سب گناہ بخش دے گا بے شک وہ بخشنے والا رحم والا ہے

Say: "O 'Ibâdî (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allâh, verily Allâh forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Surah Az Zumr – 53

هَذَا وَصَلُّوا وَسَلِّمُوا عَلَى إمَامِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ؛ مُحَمَّدٍ الهَادِي الأَمِينِ، فَقَدْ أَمَرَكُمْ رَبكُمْ بذَلكَ حينَ قَالَ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَتَهُ ۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

This is what they prayed and greeted the Imam of the Messengers. Muhammad is the guiding and trustworthy. Your Lord has commanded you to do that when He said:

Indeed, God and His kingdom send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, pray upon him and grant him peace.

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وسَلِّم عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ وسَلَّمتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، وَارْضَ اللَّهُمَّ عَنْ خُلَفَائِهِ الرَّاشِدِينَ، وَعَنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَعَنْ سَائِرِ الصَّحَابَةِ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَعَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ، وعَنْ جَمْعِنَا هَذَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

O God, bless and grant peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon the family of our Prophet Muhammad, as You prayed and peace upon our Prophet Abraham and upon the family of our Prophet Abraham, and bless our Prophet Muhammad and the family of our Prophet Muhammad, just as You blessed our Prophet Abraham and the family of our Prophet Abraham in the worlds. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. And be pleased, O God, with his rightly-guided caliphs, with his wives, the mothers of the believers, with all the Companions, with all the believing men and women, By your mercy, O Most Merciful of the Merciful, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ جَمْعَنَا هَذَا جَمْعًا مَرْحُوْمًا، وَاجْعَلْ تَفَرُّقَنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ تَفَرُّقًا مَعْصُوْمًا وَلا تَدَعْ فِينَا وَلا مَعَنَا شَقِيًّا وَلا مَحْرُومًا

Oh God, make this gathering of us a merciful gathering, and make our separation after it an infallible separation, and do not leave among us or with us any wretched or deprived.

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الإِسْلامَ وَاهْدِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَى الْحَقِّ، وَاجْمعْ كَلِمَتَهُمْ عَلَى الخَيْرِ، وَاكْسِرْ شَوْكَةَ الظَّالِمِينَ، وَاكْتُبِ السَّلامَ وَالأَمْنَ لِعِبادِكَ أَجْمَعِينَ

Oh God, honor Islam, guide Muslims to the truth, unite their words in goodness, break the power of the oppressors, and grant peace and security to your servants. All of them. 

اللَّهُمَّ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ يَا ذَا الجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ بِكَ نَستَجِيرُ وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ نَستَغِيثُ أَلاَّ تَكِلَنَا إِلَى أَنفُسِنَا طَرفَةَ عَينٍ، وَلاَ أَدنَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَأَصلِحْ لَنَا شَأْنَنَا كُلَّهُ يَا مُصلِحَ شَأْنِ الصَّالِحِينَ

Oh God, O Ever-Living, O Ever-Living, O Possessor of Majesty and Honour, there is no god but You, Glory be to You, by You we seek refuge and by Your mercy we seek help, that you will not leave us to Our souls are within the blink of an eye, and nothing is closer than that. And rectify for us all our affairs, O Reconciliator, the affairs of the righteous.

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا احْفَظْ أَوْطَانَنَا وَأَعِزَّ سُلْطَانَنَا وَأَيِّدْهُ بِالْحَقِّ وَأَيِّدْ بِهِ الْحَقَّ يَا رَبَّ العَالَمِينَ، اللَّهُمَّ أَسْبِغْ عَلَيْهِ نِعمَتَكَ، وَأَيِّدْهُ بِنُورِ حِكْمَتِكَ، وَسَدِّدْهُ بِتَوفِيقِكَ، وَاحفَظْهُ بِعَينِ رعَايَتِكَ

Oh God, our Lord, protect our countries, honor our authority, support it with the truth, and support it with the truth, O Lord of the worlds. Oh God, bestow your blessing upon him, Support it with the light of your wisdom, guide it with your blessings, and protect it with your care.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ بَرَكَاتِ السَّمَاء وَأَخْرِجْ لَنَا مِنْ خَيْرَاتِ الأَرْضِ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا في ثِمَارِنَا وَزُرُوعِنَا وكُلِّ أَرزَاقِنَا يَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ

ا

May God bless you and grant you peace of mind. Blessings be upon you. May God bless you and grant you peace. Or Hamara, Sara Rizk, Jalal, or Izzat, Malik.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا في الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Oh God, my Lord, my heart, this world is my curse, and my hereafter is my curse, this world is a terrible torment.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالمُؤْمِنَات، المُسْلِمِينَ وَالمُسْلِمَات، الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ، إِنَّكَ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبُ الدُّعَاءِ

Oh God! A believer is a Muslim, he is dead or his body is dead, he is dead or he is dead, he is dead or he is dead, he is close to you, his supplication is a religious answer or else he is dead.

 إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَـٰنِ وَإِيتَآىِٕ ذِى ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَيَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنڪَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡىِ‌ۚ يَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

Servants of God - Indeed, God commands justice and good deeds, and bestows favor on relatives, and forbids indecency. And the denier and the transgressor admonish you that you may remember.

Surah An Nahl-90
