Nice MRZ scanner

I actually had the same issue a few weeks ago and found a pretty convenient solution. You can try this MRZ scanner: https://ocrstudio.ai/mrz-scanner/ . It’s designed specifically to recognize and extract data from the Machine Readable Zone on passports and ID cards. You just upload a clear image of the document, and it processes the MRZ lines automatically, pulling out structured data like name, document number, nationality, birth date, and expiration date.

Andrew Zar... @andrew-zarudnyi 8 months ago Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a small internal project where we need to verify passport information from scanned images, and doing everything manually is honestly becoming a nightmare. Copying names, passport numbers, dates of birth and expiration line by line takes too much time, especially when you have dozens of documents per day. I’m specifically looking for something that can read the MRZ lines at the bottom of a passport automatically. Has anyone used a reliable online tool for this?
