My Experience with Qatar Airways Booking & Customer Service
Wanted to share my most recent experiences of flying with Qatar Airways – in particular, how the booking went and the customer service side. I hope it’s useful for someone who plans to fly soon or fly this airline.
Qatar Airways booking, if I’m being honest was super smooth. The website itself is clean and I was able to search flights throughout any given dates in order to find an optimal ticket price. I also appreciated being able to select seats and add extras (such as meals or additional luggage) at this time as well. They also offered several payment plans so it was quick and secure!
After a few weeks, I had to slightly modify my return flight. I navigated toward “manage booking,” which was fairly simple. There’s the convenience factor: It’s easy to change or update details or even cancel your flight without going through a lot of hassle.
What has impressed me most, however, is Qatar Airways customer service. I gave them a call to confirm some baggage stuff and honestly the rep was a really professional guy who tried to do what he could. No long holds, and they resolved my question in five minutes. Can’t say that for every airline!
If you’re looking to reach them and you can’t, just have Qatar Airways phone number saved or stored in your phone. It’s always better to speak directly when you need quick help rather than waiting on email replies.
All together, like, I’m happy with the whole thing. Qatar Airways is certainly making a name for itself. Very cozy atmosphere and the services were out of this world. If you travel for work, or any other purpose, I’d give them a try.
