Surah Ash Sharah – 5-6

Surah Taha – 25-28

Praise be to Allah, the Generous, the Beneficent, Who has facilitated for His servants the paths to attain forgiveness and freedom from the Hellfire. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, without partner, and I bear witness that our Master and Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, is His servant and Messenger, the master of those who seek forgiveness, and the best of creation in worship of Allah, Lord of the Worlds. May ALLAH’s ’s prayers and peace be upon him, upon his family, his companions, and upon all who follow his approach until the Day of Judgment. This is the translation of the recited verse:

Verily, along with every hardship is relief, (5) Verily, along with hardship is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs) (6)

Surah Ash Sharah – 5-6

O servants of ALLAH: Fear ALLAH and Adopt piety and obey Allah, I advise you and myself to follow the path of the righteous. ALLAH says in Surah Al Anfaal

The believers are only those who, when Allâh is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Qur'ân) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone); (2)

Surah Al Anfal – 2

O believers: these are the blessed days of Ramadan, preparing for departure. Its sun is about to set and its days are about to end. Only one or two days remain for us, and the guest of honor will depart. However, one of the things that most warms the heart and delights the soul in this month of ours is the people’s eagerness to obey ALLAH. The young and the old turned to ALLAH, hoping for His mercy and competing for His forgiveness, out of fear and hope. ALLAH says in Surah Al Mumenoon.

And those who give that (their charity) which they give (and also do other good deeds) with their hearts full of fear (whether their alms and charities, have been accepted or not)[], because they are sure to return to their Lord (for reckoning). (60) It is these who hasten in the good deeds, and they are foremost in them [e.g. offering the compulsory Salât (prayers) in their (early) stated, fixed times and so on]. (61)

Surah Al Mumenoon – 60-61

They are the people of fasting, prayer, and charity. Seyyadah Aisha, may ALLAH be pleased with her, said: I asked the Messenger of ALLAH about this verse. Are they those who drink alcohol and steal? He said, "No, O daughter of the truthful one. Rather, they are those who fast, pray, and give charity, but they fear that it will not be accepted from them. Those are the ones who hasten to do good deeds and are the first to do them." While they devote themselves to acts of obedience throughout their month, they do not slacken. Rather, you will find them competing with themselves to attain the highest ranks. ALLAH says in Surah As Sajda

Their sides forsake their beds, to invoke their Lord in fear and hope, and they spend (in charity in Allâh's Cause) out of what We have bestowed on them[] (16)

Surah Sajda – 16

O, servants of ALLAH: It is no wonder that the perfection of blessings is for the servant to be grateful to ALLAH for honoring him with goodness in Ramadan, turning to Him and striving to attain the goodness that comes before Him. ALLAH Almighty says in Surah Al Baqara:

(He wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify Allâh [i.e. to say Takbîr (Allâhu-Akbar; Allâh is the Most Great) for having guided you so that you may be grateful to Him.

Surah Al Baqara – 185-Part

and among the forms of gratitude is the frequent remembrance of ALLAH Almighty, glorifying Him, praising Him, and seeking forgiveness. There is no doubt that among the most beautiful things with which a servant can conclude his righteous deeds is frequent seeking of forgiveness. It is an invitation to acceptance, and that is the path to the hoped-for success. Our Lord, the Exalted and Majestic, has encouraged us to do so after the righteous deeds, when ALLAH says in Surah Al Muzzamil:

and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give Zakât, and lend to Allâh a goodly loan, And whatever good you send before you for yourselves, (i.e. Nawâfil non-obligatory acts of worship: prayers, charity, fasting, Hajj and 'Umrah), you will certainly find it with Allâh, better and greater in reward. And seek Forgiveness of Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Merciful[] (20)

Surah Al Muzammil – 20-Part

What highlights the greatness of seeking forgiveness is that ALLAH Almighty commanded His Prophet to do so after establishing the meaning of faith. ALLAH, glory be to Him, says in Surah Muhammad:

So know (O Muhammad SAW) that Lâ ilâha ill-allâh (none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh)[], and ask forgiveness for your sin, and also for (the sin of) believing men and believing women. And Allâh knows well your moving about, and your place of rest (in your homes). (19)

Surah Muhammad – 19

It is fitting for the wise and intelligent person to occupy his last hours of Ramadan with frequent seeking of forgiveness and remembrance of Allah, the Forgiving. He should say, for example, as the Prophet said in the master of seeking forgiveness:

O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me, and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and Your promise as best I am able. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for no one forgives sins except You.

O, servants of ALLAH, fear ALLAH. It is in Surah Al Anfaal

They ask you (O Muhammad SAW) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger." So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), if you are believers. (1) The believers are only those who, when Allâh is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Qur'ân) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone); (2) Who perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and spend out of that We have provided them. (3) It is they who are the believers in truth. For them are grades of dignity with their Lord, and Forgiveness and a generous provision (Paradise). (4) As your Lord caused you (O Muhammad SAW) to go out from your home with the truth, and verily, a party among the believers disliked it; (5) Disputing with you concerning the truth after it was made manifest, as if they were being driven to death, while they were looking (at it). (6)

Surah An Anfal – 1-6

I say what you hear, and I ask forgiveness from God Almighty for me and for you, so ask forgiveness from Him and He will forgive you, for He is the Forgiving and Merciful, and pray to Him and He will answer you, for He is The noble righteousness

Praise be to ALLAH, Lord of the worlds. I bear witness that there is no god but ALLAH alone, without partner, the true, manifest King. I bear witness that our master and our prophet Muhammad is the servant of ALLAH and His trustworthy Messenger. May ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him, upon his family and good companions, and whoever follows their path until the Day of Judgment.

Know - may ALLAH have mercy on us and you - that the true religion has prescribed for you deeds with which you can conclude your month of fasting, as a demonstration of harmony, a manifestation of unity, and an observance of social solidarity. It has commanded the able-bodied among Muslims to pay Zakat al-Fitr after sunset in Ramadan, as a purification for themselves and to feed their needy brothers. On the authority of Seyyedina Ibn Abbas, may ALLAH be pleased with them both, he said: “The Messenger of ALLAH, may ALLAH bless him and grant him peace, imposed Zakat al-Fitr as a purification for the fasting person from idle talk and obscene speech, and as food for the poor.” This Zakat has a specific time limit that ends with the performance of the Eid prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr. In the hadith: Whoever pays it before the prayer, it is an accepted zakat, and whoever pays it after the prayer, it is a charity. It is obligatory upon whoever has food in excess of his needs and the needs of his dependents at the time of its performance. So the Muslim pays it on his behalf and on behalf of all those he is responsible for supporting from the majority of the staple food of the people of the country. Seyyedina Abdullah ibn Umar, may ALLAH be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of ALLAH, may ALLAH bless him and grant him peace, imposed Zakat al-Fitr as a sa’ of dates or a sa’ of barley on the slave and the free, the male and the female, the young and the old among the Muslims. He ordered that it be paid before the people go out to pray.

Among these deeds, O servants of Allah, is the Eid prayer, which is a ritual that Allah the Most High made a symbol of unity and an image to show glorification of Allah the Almighty. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) preserved it, and he even commanded the women and the women of the chambers to witness it. Seyyadah Atiyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded us to bring out the women of the chambers on the day of Eid. It was said: What about if they are in their specific days? He said: Thry can witness goodness and the supplication of the Muslims by remaining outside the Eid praying placr. So fear Allah, O servants of Allah, and be steadfast in performing the Eid prayer in congregation and do not be lazy about it. ALLAH says in Surah Al Hajj

Thus it is [what has been mentioned in the above said Verses (27, 28, 29, 30, 31) is an obligation that mankind owes to Allâh]. and whosoever honours the Symbols of Allâh, then it is truly from the piety of the hearts. (32)

Surah Al Hajj – 32

Say: "O 'Ibâdî (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allâh, verily Allâh forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Surah Az Zumr – 53

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

So pray and send peace upon the leader of the messengers, Muhammad, the guide and trustworthy. Your Lord has commanded you to do so when He said: “Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, send blessings upon him and salute him with a worthy salutation.”

He says in Surah Al Ahzab: ALLAH and His kingdom send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, pray upon him and grant him peace.

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

O ALLAH, bless and grant peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon the family of our Prophet Muhammad, as You prayed and peace upon our Prophet Abraham and upon the family of our Prophet Abraham, and bless our Prophet Muhammad and the family of our Prophet Muhammad, just as You blessed our Prophet Abraham and the family of our Prophet Abraham in the worlds. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. And be pleased, O Allah, with his Rightly-Guided Caliphs, and with his wives, the Mothers of the Believers, and with all the rest of the Companions, and with the believing men and women, and with this gathering of ours, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

Oh ALLAH, make this gathering of us a merciful gathering, and make our separation after it an infallible separation, and do not leave among us or with us any wretched or deprived.

Oh ALLAH, honor Islam, guide Muslims to the truth, unite their words in goodness, break the power of the oppressors, and grant peace and security to your servants. All of them.

Oh ALLAH, O Ever-Living, O Ever-Living, O Possessor of Majesty and Honour, there is no god but You, Glory be to You, by You we seek refuge and by Your mercy we seek help, that you will not leave us to Our souls are within the blink of an eye, and nothing is closer than that. And rectify for us all our affairs, O Reconciliator, the affairs of the righteous.

Oh ALLAH, our Lord, protect our countries, honor our authority, support it with the truth, and support it with the truth, O Lord of the worlds. Oh God, bestow your blessing upon him, Support it with the light of your wisdom, guide it with your blessings, and protect it with your care.

O ALLAH, send down upon us from the blessings of the sky and bring forth for us from the goodness of the earth, and bless for us our fruits and our crops and all our provisions, O Possessor of Majesty and Generosity.

Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

O Allah, forgive the believing men and women, the Muslim men and women, the living and the dead among them. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the Near, the Answerer of supplications..

Servants of God - Indeed, God commands justice and good deeds, and bestows favor on relatives, and forbids indecency. And the denier and the transgressor admonish you that you may remember.

Surah An Nahl-90
