The more you play, the more you start to second-guess everything. Your foot hits the platforms and they collapse. Spikes are locked in place mid-air. Controls reverse mid-run. How Level Devil functions You will perish in Level Devil. Lots. That’s the design. The first few levels have simple traps like pits and spikes. You will fail instantly if you move too fast or think the ground will still be there. A few trials in and you will start to get a feel for the game's sense of humour, and try to guess what will move next. For getting trolled again simply because Level Devil wants you to think you're secure. Later stages introduce new tricks that are difficult to guess. The control abruptly go left and right, and your jump takes you flying higher then you wanted to. The Platforms shift when you step on them. If you hurry, you perish. If you test the ground first, you could live a little longer than last time.
