Is the real nature of Deep State still unclear?

Carl Schmitt divided the political power at two parts - potestas directa and protests indirecta. Obviously Deep State is protestas indirecta. But the power is the highest instance of decision making. A real sovereignty is where such decisions are taken.

The POTUS and political parties and media and oligarchies and public opinion are certainly controlled. By whom? What is this potestas indirecta that holds the real leverage over society?

Recognition of Palestine State: the split in International Deep State. Left globalists (both Macron guys, Starmer, Carney, Bernie Sanders, Blinken, Biden) are against Netanyahu Greater Israel. Right globalists (neocons, Lindsey Graham, M.Levin, Trump) are pro-Greater Israel.

The centre (Deep State) is divided over Palestine issue. MAGA as well. Some follow Trump by loyalist feelings and because Netanyahu is Nazi and racist. Some are against Israel because they don’t like Israel and Mossad control over US.

Both right wing globalists and left wing globalists are against Russia and in favour of Zelensky. Most MAGA is opposite to Zelensky and indifferent (other sympathetic) to Putin. Some are pro-Zelensky because he is Nazi and racist.

There reasons for confusion, fissure, split, division and twisted ideological turns is deep rooted and has it's history is as old as USA itself is. However, let's first consider "Pax Britannica", which means "British Peace" in Latin, refers to a period of relative peace and stability in Europe and the subjugation of third world (Asia and Africa), primarily from 1815 to 1914. During this time, the British Empire rose to become a global hegemon, and its dominance contributed to a lack of major conflicts among the great powers. The concept is analogous to Pax Romana, the peace established by the Roman Empire (The west's power grabbing travel across seas was always about glory in line with Roman Empire; loot and plunder of the resources, however, more intelligently than Romans). The main query shall be that who financed those expensive expeditions across the seas in those tough times when technology was in initial stage of spark and risks were very high and who were the main stay of humans resources. Little exploration about the establishment of Bank of England will pave way for deeper understanding.  

"Pax Americana" followed "Pax Britannica"; which refers to a period of relative peace and stability in the Western Hemisphere and later the world, primarily following World War II, attributed to the dominance and influence of the United States. The Pax Britannica ended with fading colonist empire and creation of nation states. "Pax Americana" signifies the American hegemony and its role in shaping the post-war international order, promoting free trade, democratic values, and international cooperation. (Such haughty principles and creation of the United Nations with its six principal organs: the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic and Social Council, the Trusteeship Council, the International Court of Justice, and the Secretariat; had a purpose). 

Th world at large was fooled and all the third world mostly, Asia including Muslim countries, Africa and South America were managed under a world order that vanished in thin air by infamous Twin Tower attacks on 9/11. That day the phoenix of US Vampire rose from the ashes of Twin Towers. The rise of US Vampire demolished all those values of free trade, democratic values, and international cooperation; (US howled "with us or against us"). However; the world is watching curiously the fall of vampire at the hands of Zionist Jewish Council (commonly called AIPAC) in a game of madness. But, this madness has a method. 

The twist in ideological madness is due to the two sections of Jews in USA; one is the real Jews; the genetic descendants of Hazrat Yaqoob / Jacob's (AS) who follow Talmud (Torah) and are actual Semites. The other sections are Zionist Jews, who actually are genetically non Jews (Ashkenazi Jews; white race from Caucus; NON Semites). One thing is common in both types; i.e. love of gold and wealth, however, the actual Semites fear the wrath of God (ALLAH) and they want to rule the world with monetary control. The Zionist are mostly atheist and they only believe in values as verbosity to save themselves from wrath of other humans; so that they can rule the world by occupying all resources of the world; and therefore, they kill fellow humans with impunity and no remorse. 

If the world wants peace, it must retake control and management of world order from Zionist Jews by all means, otherwise, they will destroy the world by all force and might at their disposal (USA, NATO, Israel, Hindutva Brigade); and we may be in world war-III soon.
