" Let us take a closer look at what constitutes a unipolar Western-centric world order. It is not only the politico-military domination of the United States and its vassal states, especially NATO. It is also the implementation of an ideological project. This ideological project corresponds to progressive democracy. The meaning of progressive democracy is that there should be more and more democracy and that the vertical model of society should be replaced by a horizontal one - in the extreme case, a networked, rhizomatic model."

Before we go on to read more, lets have some explanation about "Thomas Hobbes" (5 April 1588 – 4 December 1679); who was an English philosopher, best known for his 1651 book Leviathan, in which he expounds an influential formulation of social contract theory. Hobbes argues that the only way to escape the state of nature is to create a social contract. People create a contract by coming together in peace, agreeing to a set of laws, and creating a “sovereign”. The contract is made among the people to protect themselves from one another.

Moreover, the "natural state" generally refers to something existing in its original, unaltered condition, free from artificial or human influence. It can refer to the physical world, like a forest untouched by development, or to a philosophical concept of human existence before societal structures. Leviathan is a metaphor for the ideal government. According to Hobbes, his "Leviathan" represents a formidable political entity. Now, let's continue with Dugin write up as follows:-

"The founder of Western political science, Thomas Hobbes, imagined the history of society as follows. In the first phase, people live in a state of nature. Here 'man is wolf to man' (homo homini lupus est). It is an aggressive initial social chaos, based on selfishness, cruelty and power. Hence the principle of war of all against all. According to Hobbes, this is the nature of man, because man is inherently evil. Evil, but also intelligent.

Man's intelligence told him that if he continued to remain in his natural state, sooner or later people would kill each other. It was therefore decided to create a terrible man-made idol, Leviathan, who would impose the rules and laws and make sure everyone followed them. In this way, mankind solved the problem of wolf coexistence. Leviathan is a super-wolf, certainly stronger and crueller than any man. Leviathan is a state.

The tradition of political realism - first and foremost in international relations - stops here. There is only the natural state and the Leviathan. If you don't want one, you get the other."

The Leviathan is a prominent figure in Jewish mythology and is described in the Book of Job (chapter 41) as a powerful sea creature. It's also mentioned in other Jewish texts like the Talmud and Kabbalah. There is no direct mention of the name "Leviathan" or a creature matching its description in the Quran itself. The Quran does refer to various animals and mythical beings. For example, the "Beast of the Earth" (Dabbat al-Ard) is mentioned as a creature that will appear at the end of times.

Thomas Hobbes lived during 1588 – 1679; which as per current stated history of modern times was the period at the end of "Dark Ages" and the beginning of "Renaissance"; and he used a "religious" term for the explanation of a political concept; which forms the basis of current world orders being enforced by Western Civilization. Thomas Hobbes conceptualized the existence of humans during "Dark Ages" as living in a natural state like a jungle and he proposed them to live an honourable life in "Leviathan"- a "religious connotation". Interestingly; the west continued in the struggle for achieving "Leviathan" with democratic credential sans "Bible and Church". It turned into a Godless Monolith World. 

The last century has unmasked the true face of the "Deity" end results achieved by the long struggle of Europe and America in the way of democracy; (govt of people, by the people, for the people). The struggle comprised two world wars and a long cold war with many conflicts across the globe. The final outcome of the efforts was Unipolar World, emergence of USA as an Empire more brutal than Mongols and brazenly cunning and dictatorial than Nazi's Hitler. In the words of Dugin "mankind solved the problem of wolf coexistence. Leviathan is a super-wolf, certainly stronger and crueller than any man."

The West created a Frankenstein to fight a monster; because it left divine guidance of Bible and Torah as "non gratum". The west has no choice because, they knew the books have been tempered and only divine guidance as a whole truth available to mankind is "Quran" and they never wanted to accept the holiness of Islamic Religion. Therefore they are perforce following a Godless state and which will never be any thing else but a "Leviathan" Super- Wolf.
