Has anyone here actually bought land in Alirajpur lately?

I’ve been eyeing some Plot for sale in Alirajpur near the highway and those new residential patches, but man, prices keep inching up. Is now the sweet spot to buy, or should I just wait and see? Also, what’s the deal with the roads and water—are they sorted or still a mess? Would be awesome to hear from anyone who’s already jumped in, whether you’re a local or just investing from afar.
