Emergency Arab Islamic Summit; Verbatim Harangue Verbosity 

Commentary on the final statement of the current emergency Arab Islamic summit in Doha

The emergency Arab Islamic summit was held on Monday, September 15, 2025, in the capital of Qatar, Doha, at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, in which the Israeli attack that targeted the leaders of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas last Tuesday was discussed.

The summit discussed a draft Arab Islamic statement regarding the attack. The Qatari Foreign Ministry said that holding the summit at this time reflects Arab Islamic solidarity with Qatar in confronting Israeli aggression and rejecting Israel's state terrorism against the Palestinian people.

The Arab and Islamic people and their religious, intellectual and political elites hoped that the outcome of this conference would be something like this:-.

1- To issue a statement to activate the joint Arab Islamic defense, in accordance with the current circumstances, to prevent it from practicing a war of genocide in its brutal aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank;

2- Or the weakest belief is to issue a statement prohibiting the severance of political, economic, commercial and cultural relations with the racist, aggressive Zionist state, and to pressure those who have ties with it and those who normalize relations with it not to do so.

3- Or a strong joint position will be taken to launch an international media and political campaign to put pressure on the Zionist state entity, which is barbaric and violates international laws, principles and human values, and to demand international measures to force the Zionist entity to stop the aggression on Gaza. And will oblige it to comply with international law and UN resolutions regarding the end of the Israeli occupation of Palestine and the granting of the Palestinian people their right to self-determination in their historic Palestinian land.

But the fact is that the decisions of the conference were disappointing to these hopes and were devoid of any practical mechanism and were in line with American tendencies to end the Palestinian issue, as is clear from the provisions of the final statement of the conference, which was approved by the participants of the conference on Monday evening, September 15, 2025.

It consists of twenty-five constructive clauses that have no practical content to counter Israel’s brutal aggression, as it has been formulated in a media, diplomatic, conciliatory and balanced verbal form in order to maintain the unity of the [slavery] position in accordance with current American policies.

Therefore, it lacks any procedural or administrative commitments or obligations commensurate with the gravity of the current acute regional crisis resulting from the criminal Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, and in terms of the concrete stance that is needed to limit its barbaric aggression.

Such as boycotting the aggressor Zionist entity culturally, economically, politically and diplomatically, or punishing it militarily, politically, economically and commercially, or taking serious diplomatic measures against it, such as closing its embassy and canceling agreements concluded with it, etc.

But most of them contained provisions that are consistent with the current US strategy to end the Palestinian issue; and which have since paved the way for diplomatic channels with Israel; And international forums (the United Nations, the Human Rights Council, the International Court of Justice) are intended to strengthen the legal position of pressuring Israel and subordinating it to the American will in the context of the new American restructuring of the Middle East.

Thus, this final statement of the current Doha Conference did not bring anything new, except what was familiar from the lamentations, condemnations and appeals to the United Nations at previous summits. This is only because the Arab League, at its foundation, was a colonial instrument, as it was established on 5/29/1941 on the basis of a speech by the British Foreign Secretary, Anthony Eden.

In light of which, an Arab committee of British agents was formed that led to the Alexandria Protocol and then to the League Charter of 19/3/1945. Thus, this charter was the birth of the Arab League, from which the responsibility for managing the Palestinian file was transferred to it.

Its charter stated that Palestine would be represented in the League by delegations to participate in the work of the Arab League until it achieved genuine independence. Britain therefore entrusted the Palestinian issue to the Arab League in order to absolve itself of its heinous crime of planting a Zionist presence in Palestine.

And its presence and patronage of the Zionist project in the region, following the rise of public anger and hostility against Britain in the Arab world, and at that time in the service of British colonial interests, enabled the concentration of the Israeli presence in Palestine.

After World War II, the entry of the United States into the region and the expansion of British colonial influenceWith the efforts to eliminate it, the Arab League, with its institutions, institutions, committees and agreements, became an American colonial tool. The United States began to organize Arab and Islamic League summits in the sixties and seventies of the last century and has implemented American policies to eliminate the Palestinian issue to this day.

In order to achieve its goals and maintain its interests and international hegemony, and in this context, the Arab League held a summit in 1964 in which the establishment of the Palestine Liberation Organization with all its political components was approved as a comprehensive framework for the Palestinian people.

In order to keep the card of the Palestinian issue in the hands of the United States, it worked to organize the Khartoum Conference after the 1967 war, the result of which was: no peace, no negotiations, and no recognition of Israel. From 26 to 30 October 1974, a summit was held in Rabat, Morocco, at which the Arab League recognized the PLO as the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people at home and abroad.

Saeb Erekat, Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, emphasized that the organization is the incubator of the national project and the political and moral home of the Palestinian people wherever they are.

It is its authority, its sole legitimate representative, and the guardian of the Palestinian identity. On 9 September 1976, an Arab summit was held in Tunis, at which it was decided to recognize the PLO as a full member of the Arab League.

Thus, the Arab League continued to play its colonial role in achieving Zionist American colonial goals, and since 1990 the Arab League has played a major and direct role in implementing the decisions of the United States of America in many countries with treaties and agreements with the Zionist entity.

It laid the groundwork for normalization at the Beirut Conference in March 2002 by demanding the normalization of Arab relations with the Zionist entity in exchange for withdrawal from the borders of June 4, 1967.

It also provided the political cover for the American aggression against Iraq at the 2003 conference held in Sharm el-Sheikh, where the final statement of the conference stressed the need to respect the sovereignty of the Iraqi people over their own territory. The same applies to the aggression against Libya and Syria, and the same is true of the continuity of Arab summits held over 77 years, which amounts to thirty-four regular summits and thirty-four extraordinary summits.

In addition to the four economic development summits, they brought a total of 72 conferences that were of no benefit to the nation, and prove their inability to resolve irreconcilable conflicts between Arab or Islamic countries, and their backwardness and decline did not change at all, and they also seem to be unable to stop Israeli aggression and its domination in the region.

The only result of this was to pressure the Palestinian side to make more concessions and continue direct and indirect negotiations, which could potentially invite Israel to become a leading member of a new and expanded Arab League, as part of the new Middle East reorganization of the United States.

Thus the Palestinian cause will be lost and the Arab summit before it will have nothing but condemnation and condemnation and appeal to international institutions to pressure Israel and force it to implement international resolutions. Therefore, to condition this League and its active states to liberate the country from the Zionist crusader influence led by the United States or to revive it with a true renaissance is like getting water from a mirage.

The path to the liberation and true renaissance of the country and its people lies in holding firmly to the rope of Allah Almighty in a true and correct Islamic political entity that will gather the scattered parts of the nation, unite it and restore its lost Islamic identity.

Allah Almighty says:-.:

O you who believe! Fear Allah as He is rightly feared and do not die except while you are Muslims.

And hold fast to the rope of Allah all together and do not be divided, and remember the favor of Allah upon you, when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together, and by His favor you became brothers, and you were on the brink of the pit of fire, then He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His signs that you may be guided. (Al-Imran: 102-103)

All this complete circus that is being shown to us and we who consider it a high-profile demonstration of international affairs and expect that it will yield some noteworthy or significant result; then this may be a matter of our lack of knowledge and understanding; But the reality is completely different. The reality is that if the intelligence of most of the people in this picture is to be ascertained, it may be okay only for the amassing wealth; but it may be a little more than zero in relation to the religion of Islam and world history. Their psychological analysis will indicate the slavery of Western civilization and shamelessness to the point of arrogance and bigotry.

The problem is that the Muslim Ummah's common people; who are sitting in their homes waiting for the Imam Mahdi or are immersed in a life filled with the blessings of God and perhaps are oblivious to accountability before the glory of the Day of Judgment. We may not even know that we are all "From the banks of the Nile to the lands of Kashgar"; the believers under the Kalima Tayyaba are one nation and will be accountable to Allah Subhanahu Taala on the Day of Judgment as individuals as well as as a nation of the Messenger of Allah Muhammad ﷺ (PBUH).

Our ruling elites are subordinate to the Western masters and we are happy living under their tyrannical rule. They have no respect for the greatness of the Ummah of the Messenger of Allah Muhmmad ﷺ in their hearts. And they are also geared upon focusing strength of the Ummah upon creation of wealth and amassing worldly material gains and the sorrowful tragedy is that the commoners are following them blindly. It is necessary that we Muslims as common men make the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the torch of guidance and create a path of unity among ourselves. The Muslims shall form their own destiny and charter own future.

تعليق على البيان الختامي لمؤتمر القمة العربية الإسلامية الطارئة الراهنة في الدوحة



انعقدت في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة اليوم الإثنين بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/9/١٥م القمة العربية الإسلامية الطارئة بدعوة من أمير قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني لبحث الهجوم الإسرائيلي الذي استهدف قادة المقاومة الفلسطينية حماس يوم الثلاثاء الماضي، وستناقش القمة مشروع بيان عربي إسلامي بشأن الهجوم، وقالت الخارجية القطرية انعقاد القمة في هذا التوقيت يعكس التضامن العربي الإسلامي مع قطر في مواجهة العدوان الإسرائيلي، ورفضه لإرهاب الدولة الذي تمارسه إسرائيل بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، وكان من المؤمل لدى الشعوب العربية والإسلامية، والنخب الدينية والفكرية والسياسية فيها أن يسفر هذا المؤتمر عن:

1- إصدار بيان تفعيل الدفاع العربي الإسلامي المشترك، اتساقا مع الظرف الراهن الذي يقتضي التلويح بمواجهة الكيان الصهيوني لصده عمّا يمارسه من حرب إبادة جماعية في عدوانه الهمجي ضد الشعب الفلسطيني في غزة والضفة الغربية؛

2- أو أضعف الإيمان أن يصدر بيانا ملزما بقطع العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية والتجارية والثقافية مع الكيان الصهيوني العنصري العدواني، والضغط على المتحالفين معه والمطبعين للتوقف عن ذلك؛

3- أو تبني موقف حازم مشترك للقيام بحملة إعلامية وسياسية دولية ضاغطة لإدانة الكيان الصهيوني الغاشم المستهتر بالقوانين والأعراف الدولية والقيم الإنسانية، والمطالبة لاتخاذ إجراءات دولية تجبر الكيان الصهيوني بوقف العدوان على غزة، وإلزامه بالانصياع للقوانين الدولية وقرارات الأمم المتحدة بخصوص إنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لفلسطين، وإعطاء الشعب الفلسطيني حقوقه في تقرير مصيره على أرضه الفلسطينية التاريخية.

ولكن الواقع أن قرارات المؤتمر كانت مخيبة لتلك الآمال ومفرغة من أي مضمون إجرائي عملي ومتسقة مع التوجهات الأمريكية في تصفية القضية الفلسطينية، وذلك مما يتضح بحسب بنود البيان الختامي للمؤتمر، والذي صادق عليه المؤتمرون مساء الإثنين ٢٠٢٥/9/١٥م، والمكون من خمسة وعشرين بندا إنشائيا مفرغة من أي مضمون عملي في مواجهة العدوان الإسرائيلي الغاشم، حيث صيغت صياغة لفظية إعلامية دبلوماسية توفيقية توازنية للمحافظة على وحدة الموقف المتماهي مع السياسات الأمريكية الراهنة، ولذلك غيب فيها أي التزامات أو إلزامات إجرائية عملية تنفيذية منسجمة مع خطورة الأزمة الإقليمية الحالية الحادة من جراء العدوان الإسرائيلي الإجرامي على الشعب الفلسطيني، وما يتطلبه من مواقف حازمة تحد من عدوانه الغاشم، كمقاطعة الكيان الصهيوني العدواني ثقافيا واقتصاديا وسياسيا ودبلوماسيا، أو معاقبته عسكريا وسياسيا واقتصاديا وتجاريا، أو اتخاذ خطوات دبلوماسية جدية بحقه، كإغلاق سفاراته وإلغاء المعاهدات والاتفاقيات المبرمة معه ونحو ذلك، ولكنها في معظمها جاءت بنودا تمهد السبيل للمسارات الدبلوماسية اللاحقة المتسقة مع الإستراتيجية الأمريكية الراهنة في تصفية القضية الفلسطينية، وتوفر الأرضية الملائمة لاستثمارها أمريكيًّا في المحافل الدولية "الأمم المتحدة، ومجلس حقوق الإنسان"، ومحكمة العدل الدولية لتعزيز الموقف القانوني في الضغط على إسرائيل وتطويعها للإرادة الأمريكية في سياقات الهيكلة الأمريكية للشرق الأوسط الجديد.

وبذلك لم يأت هذا البيان الختامي لمؤتمر الدوحة الراهن بجديد، غير ما هو مألوف في القمم السابقة من الندب والاستنكار ومناشدة الأمم المتحدة، وما ذلك إلا لكون الجامعة العربية في أساس نشأتها أداة استعمارية حيث تم انشاؤها بناء على خطاب انتوني إيدن وزير خارجية بريطانيا في ١٩٤١/٥/٢٩م، الذي تشكلت على ضوئه لجنة عربية من عملاء بريطانيا توصلت لصياغة بروتوكول الإسكندرية ومن ثم ميثاق الجامعة ١٩٤٥/٣/١٩م، وكان بذلك الميثاق ميلاد الجامعة العربية، لإحالة مسؤولية إدارة الملف الفلسطيني إليها، حيث نص ميثاقها على أن يمثل فلسطين في الجامعة وفود للمشاركة في أعمال الجامعة العربية لحين حصولها على الاستقلال الفعلي، ولذلك عهدت بريطانيا بالقضية الفلسطينية للجامعة العربية، وذلك لتتحلل من جريمتها النكراء بزرع الكيان الصهيوني في فلسطين، ورعايتها لذلك الكيان وللمشروع الصهيوني في المنطقة، في أعقاب ازدياد الغضب الشعبي والعداء لبريطانيا في العالم العربي، وليتسنى تركيز الوجود الإسرائيلي في فلسطين، خدمة للمصالح الاستعمارية البريطانية في حينه.

ومع دخول أمريكا المنطقة في أعقاب الحرب العالمية الثانية، والعمل على تصفية النفوذ الاستعمارية البريطاني غدت الجامعة العربية بمؤسساتها وهيئاتها ولجانها واتفاقاتها أداة استعمارية أمريكية، وراحت أمريكا توظف مؤتمرات قمم الجامعة العربية والإسلامية في حقبة ستينيات وسبعينيات القرن المنصرم وإلى يومنا هذا لتنفيذ السياسات الأمريكية في تصفية القضية الفلسطينية، وفي تحقيق أغراضها وحفظ مصالحها وهيمنتها الدولية، وفي هذا السياق عقدت الجامعة العربية مؤتمر قمة سنة ١٩٦٤م تم فيه المصادقة على تأسيس منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية كإطار جامع للشعب الفلسطيني بمختلف مكوناته السياسية،ولإبقاء أوراق القضية الفلسطينية بيد أمريكا عملت على عقدت مؤتمر الخرطوم بعد حرب ١٩٦٧م الذي أسفر عن اللّاءات الثلاث لا صلح ولا مفاوضات ولا اعتراف بإسرائيل، وفي الفترة من ٢٦-٣٠/ أكتوبر ١٩٧٤/١٠م عقد مؤتمر قمة في الرباط بالمغرب جرى فيه اعتراف الجامعة العربية بمنظمة التحرير ممثلا شرعيا ووحيدا للشعب الفلسطيني في الداخل وفي الشتات، مؤكدا حينئذ صائب عريقات أمين سر اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية. أن المنظمة هي حاضنة المشروع الوطني، والبيت السياسي والمعنوي للشعب الفلسطيني في جميع أماكن وجوده، وهي مرجعيته والممثل الشرعي والوحيد له، وحافظة الهوية الفلسطينية، وفي ١٩٧٦/٩/٩م عقد مؤتمر قمة عربية في تونس وتقرر فيه الاعتراف بمنظمة التحرير عضوا كامل العضوية في الجامعة العربية.

وهكذا ظلت الجامعة العربية قائمة بدورها الاستعماري في تحقيق الأغراض الاستعمارية الصهيوأمريكية، ومنذ١٩٩٠م غدت الجامعة العربية تلعب دورا رئيسا ومباشرا في تنفيذ قرارات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في العديد من الدول التي تربطها معاهدات واتفاقيات مع الكيان الصهيوني، حيث قد أرست أساسا للتطبع في مؤتمر بيروت في مارس٢٠٠٢م بدعوتها لتطبيع العلاقات العربية مع الكيان الصهيوني مقابل الانسحاب إلى حدود الرابع من حزيران لعام ١٩٦٧م، وكذلك وفرت الغطاء السياسي للعدوان الأمريكي على العراق في مؤتمر ٢٠٠٣م الذي عقد في شرم الشيخ حيث شدد البيان الختامي في المؤتمر على ضرورة احترام سيادة الشعب العراقي على أراضيه، وكذلك الحال بالنسبة للعدوان على ليبيا وعلى سوريا وهكذا الحال على مدار ٧٧ عاما من استمرارية عقد مؤتمرات القمة العربية البالغة الأربعة وثلاثين مؤتمر قمة عادية وأربعة وثلاثين غير عادية، بالإضافة إلى أربع قمم اقتصادية تنموية ليصبح عددها الإجمالي اثنين وسبعين مؤتمراً لم تجدي نفعا للأمة، وأثبتت عجزها في حل الخلافات المستحكمة بين الأقطار العربية أو الإسلامية، ولم تغير من تخلفها وانحطاطها شيئا، وكذلك بدت عاجزة عن كبح جماح إسرائيل وتغولها في المنطقة واستئسادها، ولم يصدر عنها سوى الضغوط على الجانب الفلسطيني لتقديم المزيد من التنازلات، والاستمرار في المفاوضات المباشرة وغير المباشرة، التي لا يستبعد أن توصل إلى دعوة إسرائيل لتصبح عضوا قياديا في جامعة عربية جديدة وموسعة في سياقات هيكلة أمريكا للشرق الأوسط الجديد.

وبذلك سيتم تصفية القضية الفلسطينية، وقبل ذلك لا يتوقع أن يصدر عن مؤتمرات القمم العربية سوى الإدانة والتنديد ومناشدة المؤسسات الأممية للضغط على إسرائيل وحملها على تنفيذ القرارات الدولية، ولذلك المراهنة على تلك الجامعة ودولها الوظيفية لتحرير البلاد من النفوذ الصهيوصليبي بقيادة أمريكا أو نهضتها النهضة الصحيحة كالمراهنة على الحصول على الماء من السراب، وسبيل التحرير للبلاد والعباد والنهضة الصحيحة ينحصر في الاعتصام بحبل الله تعالى في كيان سياسي إسلامي حقيقي صحيح يجمع شتات الأمة ويوحدها ويعيدها لهويتها الإسلامية المضاعة، استجابة لقوله سبحانه (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنْتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا وَكُنْتُمْ عَلَى شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِنَ النَّارِ فَأَنْقَذَكُمْ مِنْهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ( آل عمران: (102-103) صدق الله العظيم.

كل هذه الضجة التي تُعرض علينا، ونحن الذين نعتبرها استعراضًا رفيع المستوى للشؤون الدولية، ونتوقع أن تُسفر عن نتائج ملحوظة أو جديرة بالاهتمام؛ قد يكون ذلك نتيجةً لقلة معرفتنا وتهاوننا؛ لكن الواقع مختلف تمامًا. والحقيقة هي أنه إذا أردنا تحديد ذكاء أغلب الناس في هذه الصورة، فمن المحتمل أن يكون صحيحاً فقط من حيث تركيز الثروة؛ ولكنه سيكون أكثر من الصفر قليلاً من حيث الدين الإسلامي والتاريخ العالمي. إن تحليلهم النفسي سوف يكشف عن عبودية الحضارة الغربية ووقاحةها، إلى حد الوقاحة والوقاحة.

المشكلة في الأمة الإسلامية، التي إما تجلس في بيوتها تنتظر المهدي، أو غارقة في حياةٍ عامرةٍ بنعم الله، وربما غافلة عن الحساب أمام عظمة يوم القيامة. قد لا ندرك أننا جميعًا "نعيش من ضفاف النيل إلى صحراء كاشغر". إن المؤمنين بالكلمة الطيبة أمة واحدة، وهم مسؤولون أمام الله تعالى يوم القيامة أفراداً وأمة رسول الله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم.

نخبنا الحاكمة خاضعةٌ للغرب، وعلينا التخلص منها. فهم لا يُكنّون أي احترامٍ أو تقديرٍ لأمة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. وقد قرروا أيضًا تركيزَ الأمة على استغلال الثروة، والأمرُ العظيم أن عوام المسلمين يتبعونهم أيضًا. من الضروري لنا، نحن المسلمين العاديين، أن نجعل من القرآن الكريم وسنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم منارةً، وأن نهيئَ طريقًا للوحدة فيما بيننا.
