Dynamic Heated Vinyasa Flow for Mind & Body Balance

Heated Vinyasa Flow is a high energy dynamic yoga practice, which integrates breath, movement and heat to improve both fitness and mindfulness. All levels are welcome to participate in Vinyasa Flow, as modifications will be provided to offer both beginner and experienced practitioners an opportunity to modify the pose in order to challenge themselves or be able to perform safely.
