منذ بداية الحرب الوحشية الاستئصالية على غزة التي أعقبت ما سمي بعملية طوفان الأقصى، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تهيئ الأجواء دوليا وإقليميا لترتيبات جديدة ليكون المشهد في المنطقة ما بعد ٧ أكتوبر ليس كما قبله على حد قول نتنياهو، ولذلك سعت الولايات المتحدة لتظل أجواء الحرب ضبابية، وأشبه ما تكون بلعبة شد الحبل بين طرفيها بحيث تظل أمريكا هي الممسكة بخيوطها كاملة تحركها في الإتجاه الذي تريد، خدمة لمصالحها السياسية الإستراتيجية الراهنة دوليا وإقليميا، وذلك للتحكم بإدارتها في خدمة المشاريع الإستراتيجية السياسية الاستعمارية الصهيوصليبية الراهنة برعاية أمريكية، ولذلك تزامن عقد مؤتمر طوكيو للدول السبع الصناعية الكبرى مع إعلان نتنياهو الحرب على غزة، والذي جرى فيه على هامش اجتماعات وزراء خارجية الدول السبع إبلاغ بلينكن وزير خارجية أمريكا لهم بما عرف بمبادئ طوكيو لإنهاء الحرب في غزة، بحيث تكون بمثابة خارطة طريق لإنهاء الصراع وتحقيق السلام والأمن الدائمين في المنطقة، وقد تضمنت تلك المبادئ اللاءات الخمس الآتية: "لا للتهجير القسري، ولا لتقليص الأراضي في غزة، ولا لاستخدام غزة منصة لأعمال العنف والإرهاب، ولا لحصار غزة، ولا لإعادة احتلال غزة". وللحيلولة دون خرق هذه المبادئ، حشدت أمريكا قوة الحلف الأطلسي على القرب من غزة، ووجهت الجهود الدبلوماسية المكثفة دوليا وإقليميًا في العاصمتين المصرية والقطرية لإجراء محادثات وساطة ماراثونية تهدف إلى التوصل لاتفاق بين المقاومة والإسرائليين، دونما التدخل المباشر لوقف الحرب، أو ممارسة الضغوط الجادة على أي طرف لوقف الحرب التي خلفت مئات الألوف من القتلى والجرحى، وتسببت بالمآسي الإنسانية المروعة، والأضرار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، والدمار الشامل في البنية التحتية لدى طرفي الصراع، مع تعزيز حالة اللايقين في حسم المعركة لأي منهما في الوصول لتحقيق الهدف المنشود من المعركة عسكريا؛ بل إن الظاهر على أمريكا هو غض الطرف عن استمرار الحرب، وعرقلة المساعي الدولية للوصول إلى إنجاح المساعي السياسية الهادفة إلى وقف الحرب، أو إحراز أي تقدم في السير نحو اتفاق لإنهاء وضع الاحتلال الإسرائلي خلال فترة زمنية محددة، أو التمكين للأمم المتحدة أو أي مؤسسة من مؤسساتها من ثني إسرائيل عن عدوانها الوحشي، أو اتخاذ قرارا ملزم بالاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة على حدود ١٩٦٧م، وظلت مستمرة في مد إسرائيل بالسلاح، وتوفير الغطاء السياسي الغربي والأمريكي لها في مواجهة الضغوط الشعبية دوليا وإقليميا لضرورة وقف الحرب، أو حملها على السير في خطوات سياسية لحل النزاع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي بالتفاوض الموصل إلى التوافق والاتفاق لإنجاح عملية سلمية حقيقية، ومع دخول هذه الحرب المأساوية على غزة شهرها العاشر وازدياد الضغوط الشعبية والرسمية دوليا وإقليميا لوقف هذه الحرب التي باتت عبثية، وقد شارفت على أن تصبح من الجانب الإسرائيلي حرب إبادة جماعية استئصالية للشعب الفلسطيني، وفتحها الباب لسيناريوهات قد لا تحمد عقباها لما سيترتب عليها من تداعيات ومآلات لم تكن بالحسبان، إن على المشهد الفلسطيني أو الإقليمي، ويخرج بها عن السيطرة عسكريا وسياسيا وأمنيا واقتصاديا، خاصة مع قرب الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للسنة الانتخابية،فتصبح كلاًّ من أمريكا وإسرائيل والغرب وعموم الأطراف الدولية والإقليمية المنخرطة والمعنية بالقضية الفلسطينية في مأزق سياسي وحضاري. 

وبناء على ذلك جاء إعلان بايدن بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٦/٣١م عن بنود تفصيلية لوقف القتال في قطاع غزة داعيا الطرفين إلى قبولها، وأتبعت الإدارة الإمريكية ذلك بضغوط مكثفة على كلٍّ من أطراف الحرب والوسطاء للموافقة على البنود المعلنة بدون تأخير أو مزيد من الشروط، وذلك بإصدار بيان من الدول الصناعية السبع الكبرى يدعو إلى قبول المقترح الأمريكي، وإلى ممارسة الضغط على المقاومة للقبول بتلك البنود، وبتقديم مشروع قرار في مجلس الأمن لدعم المقترح، فهذه المبادرة الأمريكية التي أتت بعد دخول الحرب شهرها العاشر وهي تراوح مكانها، وقد نتج عنها وقوع أعداد كبيرة من القتلى في الجانبين، حيث أسفرت عن قتل أكثر من "١٤٩٣" إسرائيلي بينهم "٧٠٠"من الجنود والضباط، و"٨١٤" من المدنيين و "٧٤" من أجهزة الاستخبارات، و"٧٢٠٩"جرحى من الجنود ٩٥٪ ؜من جنود الاحتياط، بالإضافة إلى نحو "٨٧٠٠" معاق، وتلقي حوالي "١٠,٠٠٠" جندي من أفراد الجيش علاجا نفسيا بالإضافة إلى انتحار عدد من الضباط والجنود وإلى جانب ذلك إخلاء عدد من المستوطنات ونزوح أكثر من "٢٠٠,٠٠٠" مستوطن و"١٠٠,٠٠٠" من البلدات الحدودية مع لبنان… واحتجاز ما يزيد عن "٢٥٧" منهم "١٢٤" تمت إعادتهم بموجب صفقة تبادل الأسرى، في حين لا يزال "١٣٣" في غزة، وأن "٣٦" منهم في عداد القتلى بسبب القصف والغارات الإسرائيلية، هذا إلى جانب ما كبدته الحرب من الأضرار العسكرية والسياسية والاقتصادية الفادحة، وكذلك في الجانب الفلسطيني أسفرت الحرب عن مقتل أكثر من "٣٨٤٤٣" ألف شهيد و"٨٨٤٨١" مصابا منذ ٧ أكتوبر من بينهم أكثر من "١٣٠٠"طفلة و"٩٠٠٠" امرأة بالإضافة إلى "٧٠٠٠" في عداد المفقودين، إلى جانب ما خلفته الحرب من تدمير كل المؤسسات والمرافق الصحية والمدارس والجامعات ودور العبادة، وما أحدثته من دمار شامل للمساكن، يعد من أشد أنواع الدمار في التاريخ الحديث، هذا إلى جانب ما نجم عنها من تدمير وانهيار للبنية التحتية، وما أحدثته من أزمات إنسانية، حيث أصبحت الرعاية الصحية في حالة انهيار، مع حدوث نقص في الغذاء والمياه النظيفة، مما دفع الأمم المتحدة إلى التحذير من مجاعة محتملة، وكذلك نقص في الدواء وفي الوقود، وانقطاع للتيار الكهربائي والاتصالات.

فعلى ضوء ذلك فإن هذا الإعلان من قِبَل بايدن لم يكن في هذا الوقت تغيرا في موقف أمريكا من الحرب، ولا سعيا جادا من أمريكا لوقف الحرب، أو الضغط الفعلي على إسرائيل لإنهاء الاحتلال والاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة كما يتوهم المتوهمون الحالمون من التيارات الدينية الرغائبية، المغفل منها أو المستغفل، أو كما يروج له السياسيون العملاء الانتهازيون أدعياء الوطنية ومستغفليهم، وإنما اقتضتها المصالح الإستراتيجية السياسية الأمريكية، مع ارتفاع الأصوات دوليا وإقليميًا بضرورة تحمل أمريكا لمسؤوليتها في حمل إسرائيل على وقف الحرب التي بات استمرارها حماقة كبرى، لفشل أطرافها في الوصول لأهدافهم منها، وذلك باتخاذها كورقة انتخابية لصالح الديمقراطيين، الذين يخدم وجودهم في الحكم الإبقاء على الهيمنة الدولية لأمريكا عالميا، ويحافظ على الأمن القومي الأمريكي داخليا وخارجيا، ويُمَكِّن لأمريكا التحكم في الأعمال العسكرية القائمة بين إسرائيل والمقاومة، للإبقاء على الحرب مدة مفتوحة دون غالب أو مغلوب على قاعدة إخفاء النار تحت الرماد، لاستنزاف جميع الأطراف اليمينية المتطرفة من الجانبين وتدميرها، وتفريغ الأعمال العسكرية والسياسية من مضامينها، بالحيلولة بينها وبين بلوغ أهدافها المعلنة، وبالتالي التحكم في كل الأطراف المتحاربة، مع الحيلولة دون تحقيق أي طرف لأي انتصار حقيقي على خصمه، والتحكم في مستوى حجم دعم بسببها خسارة كبيرة بشريا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا، لم تهيئ لها ولم تعتد إسرائيل على تكبدها من قبل، هذا إلى جانب ما تسعى إليه أمريكا في نهاية المطاف من تنشيط منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية للقيام بدورها المناط إطار حل الدولتين المزعوم، فبذلك غدت لعبة شد الحبل التي باتت تديرها أمريكا في الحرب الدائرة رحاها على غزة بين كلٍّ من الكيان الصهيوني وفصائل المقامة الفلسطينية ممثلة في حماس، والجهاد الإسلامي، والجبهة الشعبية، وجهاد بيت المقدس التابع لفتح، لا تحقق أي مصلحة للأمة في إنهاء المشروع الاستعماري الصهيوني الاستيطاني الإحلالي في فلسطين، ولا تحقيق أي مصلحة للشعب الفلسطيني في الحد من معاناته، أو التقدم خطوة واحدة على طريق التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني، ولم تف بحق شيء من تلك التضحيات الجسام، أو المعاناة التي عاشها أهل غزة خاصة وفلسطين عامة بسبب تلك الحرب؛ التي كان بالإمكان أن تكون نتائجها لمصلحة الإسلام والمسلمين، إن في تغيير الواقع البئيس الذي تعيشه الأمة، أو في تحرير فلسطين كلها وتطهير البلاد والعباد من دنس اليهود ورجسهم، ولكنها في نهاية المطاف كانت تضحيات في خدمة المشاريع الاستعمارية الصهيوصليبية بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وتخدم الإستراتيجية السياسية الأمريكية الراهنة دوليا وإقليميا، بسب العمالة والخيانة والغفلة السياسية، والعمى الفكري والسياسي الإسلامي، وانعدام البصيرة الدعوية الإسلامية، والأمل بالله تعالى أن يبرم للأمة إبرام رشد يعيد للأمة رشدها، ويردها إلى صوابها، ويهديها إلى الصراط المستقيم، الذي يعز فيه وبه الإسلام وأهله ويذل بمقتضاه الكفر والكافرين، والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون، والله بعزته مذهب كيد الكافرين حيث قال سبحانه: (… أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُوا أَقْسَمْتُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ زَوَالٍ وَسَكَنْتُمْ فِي مَسَاكِنِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ الْأَمْثَالَ وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَالُ فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِ رُسُلَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ)صدق الله العظيم.
