The first step in your health assessment is the completion of a series of comprehensive diagnostic and baseline tests, including but not limited to: an ECG, pulmonary function test (PFT), and a detailed medical history assessment. Following these tests, you will receive additional diagnostic testing through the use of advanced ultrasound imaging technologies by our qualified diagnostic team, which will provide you with an extremely detailed image of INTERNAL your body's functions.
Once your testing has been completed, you will meet with a dedicated physician who will provide you with a thorough assessment of your results and create a customized medical action plan for you based on his/her assessment of your comprehensive medical and physical history, your physical exam, and the results from your baseline tests. Your physician will also work with you to implement a fitness evaluation with a qualified trainer on our team and provide you with customized nutrient education through a virtual meeting with our registered dietician.
