Ranked Battles: This mode focuses entirely on competitive trophy pushing. Players participate in weekly tournaments featuring 100 players in the same league tier. The new League System now has 34 total leagues, including 33 regular divisions and the top-tier Legend League. Each Town Hall has a League Floor—a minimum level you can’t drop below once reached. For example, Town Hall 17 players can’t fall below the Electro Titan League, ensuring fair matchmaking and steady progress for everyone.
Additionally, League Decay is introduced for inactive players. Missing a single week won’t hurt your rank, but repeated inactivity will cause you to drop leagues until you hit your floor. This ensures the system rewards active players while still being fair to returning ones.
One of the most talked-about features of the Clash of Clans October 2025 Update is the new Magic Shield, which replaces both the old Shield and Village Guard systems.

- When 30% or more of your loot is stolen, you automatically get an 8-hour Magic Shield.
