الوَطَنُ وَلاءٌ يُرَسَّخُ وَبـِنَاءٌ يـَسْـتَمِرُّ : The homeland loyalty firmly establishes continuous prosperity

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

الوَطَنُ وَلاءٌ يُرَسَّخُ وَبـِنَاءٌ يـَسْـتَمِرُّ

The homeland loyalty firmly establishes continuous prosperity.

Praise be to Allah Almighty who has showered upon us with the blessings of the homeland and granted us prosperity in it. I praise the Lord Dhul-Jalal, the Greatest. We bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is alone, and He has no partner. And we bear witness that our master Muhammad, may ALLAH bless him and grant him peace, is the servant of ALLAH and His Messenger. Peace and blessings be upon him, his family and companions - the translation of the first verse recited from Surah Ibrahim:

وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٲهِيمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدَ ءَامِنً۬ا وَٱجۡنُبۡنِى وَبَنِىَّ أَن نَّعۡبُدَ ٱلۡأَصۡنَامَ

And (remember) when Ibrâhim (Abraham) said: "O my Lord! Make this city (Makkah) one of peace and security, and keep me and my sons away from worshipping idols. 

Surah Ibrahim – 35

ALLAH says next in same Surah Ibrahim:

رَّبَّنَآ إِنِّىٓ أَسۡكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِى بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِى زَرۡعٍ عِندَ بَيۡتِكَ ٱلۡمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱجۡعَلۡ أَفۡـِٔدَةً۬ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَہۡوِىٓ إِلَيۡہِمۡ وَٱرۡزُقۡهُم مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٲتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُونَ

"O our Lord! I have made some of my offspring to dwell in an uncultivable valley by Your Sacred House (the Ka'bah at Makkah); in order, O our Lord, that they may perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), so fill some hearts among men with love towards them, and (O Allâh) provide them with fruits so that they may give thanks.

Surah Ibrahim – 37

O servants of Allah, fear Allah - be righteous and obey Allah. I admonish you and myself to fear Allah Ta'ala, for this is Allah's order for the future and the past. Allah Almighty says in Surah Nisa:

وَلَقَدۡ وَصَّيۡنَا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِڪُمۡ وَإِيَّاكُمۡ أَنِ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ‌ۚ 

And verily, We have recommended to the people of the Scripture before you, and to you (O Muslims) that you (all) fear Allâh. 

Surah An Nisa – 131-Part

The homeland is the great house that brings us all together, and our duty towards it is to preserve its gains, preserve its good things, and contribute to its renaissance and progress. The stability, security, and many blessings we see today did not come by chance, but were the result of strenuous efforts made over decades, by our fathers and grandfathers, and you are still making efforts shoulder to shoulder with the leadership of this country to build our brighter present and promising future.

Preserving the nation’s gains begins with a sense of responsibility toward everything that is a public property, such as roads, buildings, and facilities. All institutions belong to the nation and its people, and violating or neglecting them is considered a betrayal of trust. ALLAH Almighty says in Surah An Nisa: 

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُكُمۡ أَن تُؤَدُّواْ ٱلۡأَمَـٰنَـٰتِ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهَا

Verily! Allâh commands that you should render back the trusts to those, to whom they are due;

Surah An Nisa – 58-Part

Our true religion has taught us that public money is a trust, and tampering with or harming it, is a major sin, says the Prophet, peace be upon him. 

مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا

Whoever deceives us is not one of us.

Fraud here is not limited to the individuals, but rather extends to include the entire country for its accountability.

ALLAH ALMIGHT has expanded for us all the country’s bounties, and has expanded for us some of its wealth, and has entrusted upon us the matter of spending, management, and consuming well while frugal and extravagance, ALLAH Almighty says in Surah Al Isra:

وَلَا تَجۡعَلۡ يَدَكَ مَغۡلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبۡسُطۡهَا كُلَّ ٱلۡبَسۡطِ فَتَقۡعُدَ مَلُومً۬ا مَّحۡسُورًا

And let not your hand be tied (like a miser) to your neck, nor stretch it forth to its utmost reach (like a spendthrift), so that you become blameworthy and in severe poverty.

Surah Al Isra – 29

Glory be to the ALMIGHTY ALLAH who says in Surah Al Anaam:

وَلَا تُسۡرِفُوٓاْ‌ۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ

and waste not by extravagance. Verily, He likes not Al-Musrifûn (those who waste by extravagance),

Surah Al Anaam – 141-Part

Extravagance drains money and squanders wealth, and piety obliges everyone who lives on the soil of the country to be careful about property. Public affairs, should be more than his concern for his own money, for it is a great trust and a great responsibility on the shoulders of every good citizen. ALLAH says in Surah Aal E Imran

وَمَن يَغۡلُلۡ يَأۡتِ بِمَا غَلَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ‌ۚ

and whosoever deceives his companions as regards the booty, he shall bring forth on the Day of Resurrection that which he took (illegally).

Surah Aal E Imran – 161-Part

The duty of religion and common sense necessitates each of us to be a trustee of public facilities, avoiding all saboteurs and tampering with them.

Change and development are two indispensable needs for any nation. They are the wings of success. The laws of ALLAH Almighty on earth are established and will last long. The manifestations of life in the universe and its renewal except through what ALLAH Almighty brings about in it of change and development, have many aspects, and take its time, and it proceeds according to what was destined for it by its Lord, by His divine plan. ALLAH Almighty says regarding this in Surah Al Ahzab:

سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِى ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلُۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ قَدَرً۬ا مَّقۡدُورًا

That has been Allâh's Way with those who have passed away of (the Prophets of) old. And the Command of Allâh is a decree determined. 

Surah Al Ahzab – 38-Part

Change and development are important matters in the development of the nation and its capabilities, and are necessary for the well-being and stability of the citizens, in accordance with fixed principles. Solid foundations and strong rules make change a long-term, far-reaching matter that extends beyond this generation to the next. It includes all aspects of human life, so that people can enjoy what pleases them, and feel the impact of change in their souls, Rushing into matters that require patience is not praiseworthy, and rushing to eat the fruit before it is ripe spoils its taste. In fact, haste is forbidden. In general, this meaning was indicated by the saying of the Messenger peace be upon him.

The servant’s supplication will be answered as long as he does not pray for sin or for severing family ties, unless he is in a hurry. It was said: O Messenger of God: What is the rush? He said: He says, “I have prayed, and I have prayed, but I did not see my being answered.” Then he becomes saddened at that, and abandons the supplication.

Preserving the nation’s gains is not limited to protecting them from tampering, but also includes investing and developing them. Time, effort, and knowledge are the greatest gains that we can offer to our country, so let us always strive to develop ourselves with knowledge. beneficial and righteous deeds, and let us be active elements that contribute to achieving the nation’s vision and goals. One hand in building it, sustaining its resources, and renaissance, and to instill in the souls of our children the values of loyalty and belonging, and urge them to be Good individuals loyal to their country and nation.

هَذَا وَصَلُّوا وَسَلِّمُوا عَلَى إمَامِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ؛ مُحَمَّدٍ الهَادِي الأَمِينِ، فَقَدْ أَمَرَكُمْ رَبكُمْ بذَلكَ حينَ قَالَ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَتَهُ ۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

This is what they prayed and greeted the Imam of the Messengers. Muhammad is the guiding and trustworthy. Your Lord has commanded you to do that when He said.

Indeed, God and His kingdom send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, pray upon him and grant him peace.

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وسَلِّم عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ وسَلَّمتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، وَارْضَ اللَّهُمَّ عَنْ خُلَفَائِهِ الرَّاشِدِينَ، وَعَنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَعَنْ سَائِرِ الصَّحَابَةِ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَعَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ، وعَنْ جَمْعِنَا هَذَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

O God, bless and grant peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon the family of our Prophet Muhammad, as You prayed and peace upon our Prophet Abraham and upon the family of our Prophet Abraham, and bless our Prophet Muhammad and the family of our Prophet Muhammad, just as You blessed our Prophet Abraham and the family of our Prophet Abraham in the worlds. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. And be pleased, O God, with his rightly-guided caliphs, with his wives, the mothers of the believers, with all the Companions, with all the believing men and women, By your mercy, O Most Merciful of the Merciful, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ جَمْعَنَا هَذَا جَمْعًا مَرْحُوْمًا، وَاجْعَلْ تَفَرُّقَنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ تَفَرُّقًا مَعْصُوْمًا وَلا تَدَعْ فِينَا وَلا مَعَنَا شَقِيًّا وَلا مَحْرُومًا

Oh God, make this gathering of us a merciful gathering, and make our separation after it an infallible separation, and do not leave among us or with us any wretched or deprived.

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الإِسْلامَ وَاهْدِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَى الْحَقِّ، وَاجْمعْ كَلِمَتَهُمْ عَلَى الخَيْرِ، وَاكْسِرْ شَوْكَةَ الظَّالِمِينَ، وَاكْتُبِ السَّلامَ وَالأَمْنَ لِعِبادِكَ أَجْمَعِينَ

Oh God, honor Islam, guide Muslims to the truth, unite their words in goodness, break the power of the oppressors, and grant peace and security to your servants. All of them. 

اللَّهُمَّ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ يَا ذَا الجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ بِكَ نَستَجِيرُ وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ نَستَغِيثُ أَلاَّ تَكِلَنَا إِلَى أَنفُسِنَا طَرفَةَ عَينٍ، وَلاَ أَدنَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَأَصلِحْ لَنَا شَأْنَنَا كُلَّهُ يَا مُصلِحَ شَأْنِ الصَّالِحِينَ

Oh God, O Ever-Living, O Ever-Living, O Possessor of Majesty and Honour, there is no god but You, Glory be to You, by You we seek refuge and by Your mercy we seek help, that you will not leave us to Our souls are within the blink of an eye, and nothing is closer than that. And rectify for us all our affairs, O Reconciliator, the affairs of the righteous.

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا احْفَظْ أَوْطَانَنَا وَأَعِزَّ سُلْطَانَنَا وَأَيِّدْهُ بِالْحَقِّ وَأَيِّدْ بِهِ الْحَقَّ يَا رَبَّ العَالَمِينَ، اللَّهُمَّ أَسْبِغْ عَلَيْهِ نِعمَتَكَ، وَأَيِّدْهُ بِنُورِ حِكْمَتِكَ، وَسَدِّدْهُ بِتَوفِيقِكَ، وَاحفَظْهُ بِعَينِ رعَايَتِكَ

Oh God, our Lord, protect our countries, honor our authority, support it with the truth, and support it with the truth, O Lord of the worlds. Oh God, bestow your blessing upon him, Support it with the light of your wisdom, guide it with your blessings, and protect it with your care.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ بَرَكَاتِ السَّمَاء وَأَخْرِجْ لَنَا مِنْ خَيْرَاتِ الأَرْضِ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا في ثِمَارِنَا وَزُرُوعِنَا وكُلِّ أَرزَاقِنَا يَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ

May God bless you and grant you peace of mind. Blessings be upon you. May God bless you and grant you peace. Or Hamara, Sara Rizk, Jalal, or Izzat, Malik.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا في الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Oh God, my Lord, my heart, this world is my curse, and my hereafter is my curse, this world is a terrible torment.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالمُؤْمِنَات، المُسْلِمِينَ وَالمُسْلِمَات، الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ، إِنَّكَ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبُ الدُّعَاءِ

Oh God! A believer is a Muslim, he is dead or his body is dead, he is dead or he is dead, he is dead or he is dead, he is close to you, his supplication is a religious answer or else he is dead.

عِبَادَ الله

 إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَـٰنِ وَإِيتَآىِٕ ذِى ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَيَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنڪَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡىِ‌ۚ يَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

Servants of God - Indeed, God commands justice and good deeds, and bestows favor on relatives, and forbids indecency. And the denier and the transgressor admonish you that you may remember.

Surah An Nahl-90
