الأَوْطَانُ مَهْدُ الأمَانِ Homeland is the cradle of security

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

الأَوْطَانُ مَهْدُ الأمَانِ

Homeland is the cradle of security

  الحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي أَنْعَمَ عَلَينَا بِالأَمَانِ، وَجَعَلَهُ أَسَاسًا لِاسْتِقْرَارِ الأَوطَانِ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إلَهَ إلّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ سَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، الدَّاعِي إلَى أَفْضَلِ الأَخْلَاقِ وَالمُرُوءَاتِ، وَالنَّاهِي عَمَّا يُؤَدِّي إِلَى أَيِّ فُرْقَةٍ وَشَتَاتٍ، صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ وَسَلامُهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَعَلَى كُلِّ دَاعٍ إلَى السَّلَامِ حَاضٍّ عَلَيهِ، وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيمًا كَثِيرًا

 أَمَّا بَعْدُ، فاعوذ باللہ من الشیطان الرجیم- بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم 

وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٲهِـۧمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَـٰذَا بَلَدًا ءَامِنً۬ا وَٱرۡزُقۡ أَهۡلَهُ ۥ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٲتِ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ مِنۡہُم بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأَخِرِ‌ۖ قَالَ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَأُمَتِّعُهُ ۥ قَلِيلاً۬ ثُمَّ أَضۡطَرُّهُ 

Surah Al Baqarah – 126-Part

وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٲهِيمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدَ ءَامِنً۬ا

Surah Ibrahim – 35-Part

رَبِّ ٱشۡرَحۡ لِى صَدۡرِى. وَيَسِّرۡ لِىٓ أَمۡرِى- وَٱحۡلُلۡ عُقۡدَةً۬ مِّن لِّسَانِى- يَفۡقَهُواْ قَوۡلِى- آمین ثم آمین

Surah Taha – 25-28

Thanks be to Allah who has blessed us with security, and made security the basis of the stability of nations. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He alone, He has no partner, and I bear witness that our master Muhammad, peace be upon him, is His servant and Messenger. For those who call for good manners and decency and forbid anything that causes division and disunity, May the blessings and peace of Allah be upon you, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and upon everyone who invokes peace and encourages it, may peace be abundantly upon them - the translation of the recited verse is:

And (remember) when Ibrâhim (Abraham) said, "My Lord, make this city (Makkah) a place of security and provide its people with fruits, such of them as believe in Allâh and the Last Day." He (Allâh) answered: "As for him who disbelieves, I shall leave him in contentment for a while, 

Surah Al Baqarah – 126-Part

And ALLAH says in Surah Ibrahim:

And (remember) when Ibrâhim (Abraham) said: "O my Lord! Make this city (Makkah) one of peace and security,

Surah Ibrahim – 35-Part

O people of Allah, fear Allah - fear Allah with the truth of piety, and bow your faces to your Lord in open and in secret conversation, and submit to Him, seek His help and trust in Him, Because Allah is with those who fear Him and those who do good. ALLAH says in Surah Al-Ahzab:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُواْ قَوۡلاً۬ سَدِيدً۬ا (٧٠) يُصۡلِحۡ لَكُمۡ أَعۡمَـٰلَكُمۡ وَيَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ ذُنُوبَكُمۡۗ

O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allâh and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. (70) He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins.

Surah Al Ahzab – 70-71-Part

Those who care about their homeland and those who love their homeland - know that the homeland is our trust, and any kind of negligence towards it is treachery and dishonesty. And that the defenders of the homeland are its lovers who love it, who protect it. So, defend it, protect its property, and desire its sanctity. True, sincere patriotism is that which endeavors to preserve and save it, and to bring about all reforms in it; and generous, sincere and loyal citizens are its hedges, grateful for its blessings, its stability. There are those calling for and desiring for its safety and prosperity. Homeland is the affinity and familiarity that binds hearts, the cooperation that breeds virtue, the unity that breeds strength, the determination that strengthens the feet, and the mercy that leads to victory, reward and resolve. Homeland is a ship that takes us to ports of safety and security on the ocean of life.

O believers, among the blessings of Allah that we should be thankful for, and strive to preserve and pay attention to, is the blessing of prosperity in the homeland. And the assurance that stability brings. We have found safety and security in our homeland and if we are happy, joy would spread over its land and happiness would spread among its people, even if we were troubled or some misfortune befell us. So, we look around it, we consider its goodness and its blessings, and we remember that we are in a generous country, in a lot of good, that makes sorrow turns to joy, and trouble turns into happiness and joy. ALLAH says in Surah Saba

بَلۡدَةٌ۬ طَيِّبَةٌ۬ وَرَبٌّ غَفُورٌ۬ 

A fair land and an Oft¬Forgiving Lord!

Surah Saba – 15-Part

O people of Allah, what a great blessing it is, the strength of those who live in a peaceful country becomes strong and stable, they see their children grow. It is a place of honor and pride for them, but will they not return the favor, and become a commodity and an asset to him? Because there is a place of gratitude and kindness for blessings and a place of remembrance of the homeland in the heart of a loyal person. Which inspires him to contribute to the continuation of the renaissance and to maintain its security and stability, he strives for everything that brings honor and dignity to the nation. Consider - may Allah have mercy on us all - the supplication of our master Sayyiduna Ibrahim (peace be upon him), which is narrated in Surah Ibrahim:

رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدَ ءَامِنً۬ا

"O my Lord! Make this city (Makkah) one of peace and security, 

Surah Ibrahim – 35-Part

O you who believe, the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said about Mount Uhud: This is a mountain that loves us, and we love it. He said this dua in love with the city of Madinah, O Allah! Make Medina as beloved to us as we love Makkah, or even more.

O people of Allah, fear Allah and raise your children to respect people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds. In this is the goodness, prosperity and stability of all of us.

أقولُ مَا تَسْمَعُونَ، وَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ العَظِيمَ لِي وَلَكُمْ، فَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ، إِنَّهُ هُوَ الغَفُورُالرَّحِيمُ، وَادْعُوهُ يَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ، إِنَّهُ هُوَ البَرُّ الكَرِيمُ

   الحَمْدُ للهِ السَّلامِ، أَنْعَمَ عَلَينَا بِالرَّخَاءِ وَالاطْمِئْنَانِ، وَحَبَّبَ إِلَينَا شَعَائِرَ الإِسْلامِ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إلَهَ إلّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ سَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، ﷺ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَالتَّابِعِينَ لَهُمْ بِإحْسَانٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّينِ.

O servants of Allah, our circumstances cannot change until we change ourselves. And this is possible only by being equipped with the values of goodness, kindness, morals and courage.

ALLAH says in Surat al-Ra'd:

 إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنفُسِہِمۡ‌ۗ

Verily! Allâh will not change the (good) condition of a people as long as they do not change their state (of goodness) themselves (by committing sins and by being ungrateful and disobedient to Allâh).

Surah Al Ra’d – 11-Part

The most important way to achieve this is, compliance with the word of truth. ALLAH says in Surat al-Nisa:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِى ٱلۡأَمۡرِ مِنكُمۡ‌ۖ

O you who believe! Obey Allâh and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority.

Surah An Nisa – 59-Part

O people of Allah, give matters, their proper place in society, as deviating from the right opinion leads to strife, corruption, encroachment on self-interest, and disobedience to the violation of the rights of others. We sometimes see actions that are in conflict with the Sharia, irresponsible actions and unpatriotic phenomena are evidence of deviation from the values of the society. Their ideas include the tendency towards evil and corruption, which Allah Almighty has warned against in His clear verses. It has been repeatedly warned.

Allah Almighty says in Surah Al-Baqarah:

ٱلَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهۡدَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مِيثَـٰقِهِۦ وَيَقۡطَعُونَ مَآ أَمَرَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦۤ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفۡسِدُونَ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ‌ۚ أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَـٰسِرُونَ

Those who break Allâh's Covenant after ratifying it, and sever what Allâh has ordered to be joined (as regards Allâh's religion of Islâmic Monotheism, and to practise its legal laws on the earth and also as regards keeping good relations with kith and kin []), and do mischief on earth, it is they who are the losers. (27) 

Surah Al Baqarah – 27

And ALLAH further says in Surah Al-Baqarah:

وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيُفۡسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡحَرۡثَ وَٱلنَّسۡلَ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡفَسَادَ

And when he turns away (from you "O Muhammad SAW "), his effort in the land is to make mischief therein and to destroy the crops and the cattle, and Allâh likes not mischief. (205)

Surah Al Baqarah – 205

One of the most important rights of a nation is to protect everything, its people, its sanctity and all its property. He who attacks anything in his homeland is a traitor, denying his favor. It is the duty of every human being to respect the rights of others, to protect them, to protect their honor and not to do any kind of aggression against them. Attacking others is a temptation that destroys societies and is a source of evil that disperses and deserts.

Few more verses from Quran about mischief:

وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيُفۡسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡحَرۡثَ وَٱلنَّسۡلَ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡفَسَادَ

And when he turns away (from you "O Muhammad SAW "), his effort in the land is to make mischief therein and to destroy the crops and the cattle, and Allâh likes not mischief. (205)

Surah Al Baqara – 205

وَمَن يَقۡتُلۡ مُؤۡمِنً۬ا مُّتَعَمِّدً۬ا فَجَزَآؤُهُ ۥ جَهَنَّمُ خَـٰلِدً۬ا فِيہَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ وَلَعَنَهُ ۥ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ ۥ عَذَابًا عَظِيمً۬ا

And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allâh are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.[] (93)

Surah An Nisa – 93

مَن قَتَلَ نَفۡسَۢا بِغَيۡرِ نَفۡسٍ أَوۡ فَسَادٍ۬ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَڪَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعً۬ا وَمَنۡ أَحۡيَاهَا فَڪَأَنَّمَآ أَحۡيَا ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعً۬ا‌ۚ

if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind.

Surah Al Maeda – 32-Part

وَلَا تُفۡسِدُواْ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بَعۡدَ إِصۡلَـٰحِهَا وَٱدۡعُوهُ خَوۡفً۬ا وَطَمَعًا‌ۚ إِنَّ رَحۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ۬ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

And do not do mischief on the earth, after it has been set in order, and invoke Him with fear and hope; Surely, Allâh's Mercy is (ever) near unto the good-doers. (56)

Surah Al Araf – 56

وَأَحۡسِن ڪَمَآ أَحۡسَنَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيۡكَ‌ۖ وَلَا تَبۡغِ ٱلۡفَسَادَ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ‌ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ

and do good as Allâh has been good to you, and seek not mischief in the land. Verily, Allâh likes not the Mufsidûn (those who commit great crimes and sins, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupters). (77)

Surah Al Qasas – 77-Part

ابوداؤد شریف میں لڑائی، جھگڑے کی ناپسندیدگی کے عنوان کے تحت یہ حدیث بیان کی گئی ہے 

هَذَا وَصَلُّوا وَسَلِّمُوا عَلَى إمَامِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ؛ مُحَمَّدٍ الهَادِي الأَمِينِ، فَقَدْ أَمَرَكُمْ رَبكُمْ بذَلكَ حينَ قَالَ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَتَهُ ۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا

Surah Al Ahzaab – 56

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وسَلِّم عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ وسَلَّمتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ نَبِيِّنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، وَارْضَ اللَّهُمَّ عَنْ خُلَفَائِهِ الرَّاشِدِينَ، وَعَنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَعَنْ سَائِرِ الصَّحَابَةِ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَعَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ، وعَنْ جَمْعِنَا هَذَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ جَمْعَنَا هَذَا جَمْعًا مَرْحُوْمًا، وَاجْعَلْ تَفَرُّقَنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ تَفَرُّقًا مَعْصُوْمًا وَلا تَدَعْ فِينَا وَلا مَعَنَا شَقِيًّا وَلا مَحْرُومًا

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الإِسْلامَ وَاهْدِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَى الْحَقِّ، وَاجْمعْ كَلِمَتَهُمْ عَلَى الخَيْرِ، وَاكْسِرْ شَوْكَةَ الظَّالِمِينَ، وَاكْتُبِ السَّلامَ وَالأَمْنَ لِعِبادِكَ أَجْمَعِينَ 

اللَّهُمَّ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ يَا ذَا الجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ بِكَ نَستَجِيرُ وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ نَستَغِيثُ أَلاَّ تَكِلَنَا إِلَى أَنفُسِنَا طَرفَةَ عَينٍ، وَلاَ أَدنَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَأَصلِحْ لَنَا شَأْنَنَا كُلَّهُ يَا مُصلِحَ شَأْنِ الصَّالِحِينَ

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا احْفَظْ أَوْطَانَنَا وَأَعِزَّ سُلْطَانَنَا وَأَيِّدْهُ بِالْحَقِّ وَأَيِّدْ بِهِ الْحَقَّ يَا رَبَّ العَالَمِينَ، اللَّهُمَّ أَسْبِغْ عَلَيْهِ نِعمَتَكَ، وَأَيِّدْهُ بِنُورِ حِكْمَتِكَ، وَسَدِّدْهُ بِتَوفِيقِكَ، وَاحفَظْهُ بِعَينِ رعَايَتِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ بَرَكَاتِ السَّمَاء وَأَخْرِجْ لَنَا مِنْ خَيْرَاتِ الأَرْضِ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا في ثِمَارِنَا وَزُرُوعِنَا وكُلِّ أَرزَاقِنَا يَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا في الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالمُؤْمِنَات، المُسْلِمِينَ وَالمُسْلِمَات، الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ، إِنَّكَ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبُ الدُّعَاءِ

عِبَادَ الله إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَـٰنِ وَإِيتَآىِٕ ذِى ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَيَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنڪَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡىِ‌ۚ يَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

Surah An Nahl-90
