In the name of ALLAH, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Faith affinity is the basis of national identity
Praise be to Allah, who commanded mutual fellowship, love and mercy, called for harmony and peace, and guided us to build a society based on unity and rejection of differences. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is One and He has no partners. It is He who binds the hearts of the believers by His Grace and Mercy, and He is All-Knowing, All-Wise. I bear witness that Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, is the servant and messenger of God who united the Muslims on the word of truth and religion. Peace and blessings be upon you, peace and blessings of God be upon you, and upon your family, companions, and those who follow them righteously until the Day of Resurrection – ALLAH says in Surah Al Baqarah:
It is not Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, and each and every act of obedience to Allâh, etc.) that you turn your faces towards east and (or) west (in prayers); but Al-Birr is (the quality of) the one who believes in Allâh, the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, the Prophets[] and gives his wealth, in spite of love for it, to the kinsfolk, to the orphans, and to Al-Masâkin (the poor), and to the wayfarer, and to those who ask, and to set slaves free, performs As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and gives the Zakât, and who fulfill their covenant when they make it, and who are patient in extreme poverty and ailment (disease) and at the time of fighting (during the battles). Such are the people of the truth and they are Al¬Muttaqûn
Surah Al Baqara – 177
ALLAH says in Surah Ibrahim:
O our Lord! I have made some of my offspring to dwell in an uncultivable valley by Your Sacred House (the Ka'bah at Makkah); in order, O our Lord, that they may perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), so fill some hearts among men with love towards them, and (O Allâh) provide them with fruits so that they may give thanks.
Surah Ibrahim – 37
O people of Allah, fear Allah - obey Allah and adopt piety - piety is the key to happiness and success in this world and the hereafter, as Allah Almighty says in Surah Yusuf:
And verily, the home of the Hereafter is the best for those who fear Allâh and obey Him (by abstaining from sins and evil deeds, and by performing righteous good deeds). Do you not then understand?
Surah Yousuf – 109-Part
O you who believe, know - may God have mercy on you - that one of the first things that our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, wanted in the building of a society was harmony amongst the members of society and the bonds of interdependence should be strengthened - and this is derived from the statement of Allah, the Exalted, which He says in Surah Hujaraat:
The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islâmic religion).
Surah Al Hujraat – 10-Part
O people of Allah, this bond was made on the basis of love for Allah and rejection of differences among Muslims, so Allah made them one nation, and they were united on the basis of religion, Qibla and faith given by Allah. And Allah alone is the Lord of all of them, and Allah the Exalted says this in Surah Al-Mu'minun to His Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.:
And verily! this your religion (of Islâmic Monotheism) is one religion, and I am your Lord, so keep your duty to Me
Surah Al Mumenoon – 52
O believers, Muslims, regardless of their different countries, colors, lineages and ideologies, are called upon to hold fast to the rope of Allah and follow His path and to abandon differences when there is disagreement. Although, differences are there in the human nature. Lord Dhul-Jalal says this in Surah Hud:
And if your Lord had so willed, He could surely have made mankind one Ummah [nation or community (following one religion only i.e. Islâm)], but they will not cease to disagree (118) Except him on whom your Lord has bestowed His Mercy (the follower of truth - Islâmic Monotheism) and for that did He create them.
Surah Hud – 118-119-Part
Therefore, as glorified as He reminds His faithful servants in Surah Al-Imran, commanding them to unite and hold fast to His rope, reminding them of His blessings:
And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allâh (i.e. this Qur'ân), and be not divided among yourselves[], and remember Allâh's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islâmic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus, Allâh makes His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.,) clear to you, that you may be guided.
Surah Aal E Imran – 103
Familiarity and commitment to faith is the essence of the relationship that Islam has established between Muslims. It is not just a fleeting bond but a cohesive fabric of sincere and enduring love - this feeling, born of the faith of their hearts in Allah, makes a Muslim feel for his brother as a body feels for its organs, if one organ complains, the whole body feels sleepless and feverish.
So, O people of Allah, fear Allah and with one heart hold on to the commitment of the faith that preserves the dignity and stability of the nation and enables it to face hardships and difficulties. Adhering to this principle is the way to achieve the goals of the Sharia and exalt the Nation of Islam.
========================================================
Thanks be to Allah who chose for us Islam as a religion and Muhammad as a prophet and messenger and the Qur'an as a clear and clear book. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah. There is no evil for him, and I bear witness that Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, is his servant and messenger, truthful and trustworthy, and the master of the prophets and messengers. Peace and blessings be upon you, peace and blessings of God be upon him, upon his family and companions, and upon those who follow him with good deeds until the Day of Resurrection.
Fear, O God's people, the importance of faith commitment is not limited to strengthening the relationship between individuals, but it includes the building of a cohesive, harmonious society that protects against the power and weakness of separation, and its own. Inculcates values of cooperation and solidarity in individuals. It is the basis for maintaining class unity. Allah Almighty says in Surah Anfal:
And He has united their (i.e. believers') hearts. If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allâh has united them. Certainly, He is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
Surah Al Anfal – 63
Yes, O people of Allah, it is a divine blessing that manifests the desire to cling to the strong rope of Allah, and in return affirms the rejection of division and dissension, namely: faith closeness practical attitude that cooperation and embodied in harmony, kindness and tolerance. It is work that promotes the values of compassion among the members of society and encourages cooperation in everything that leads to goodness and righteousness. Allah Ta'ala says in His Great Book in Surah Al-Ma'idah:
Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression.
Surah Al Maedah – 2-Part
Loyal attachment is a constant call to build a society dominated by love and affection, away from grudges and differences, a society that exalts the value of brotherhood. He is eager to unite ranks, reject division and work together to do good.
So, O people of Allah, fear Allah, preserve the abilities of your societies and your countries, and unite your ranks in that which will bring you security, peace and stability.
