Al Quran is the final Holy Book revealed upon the Last of Prophets Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). The Quran & Sunnah is the only source of holy guidance as it entails detailed instructions for each and every walk of human life. Here guidance from Quran for the followers of Islam (الإِحْسَانُ قَائِدٌ إِلَى الجِنَانِ : Kindness leads to Heavens. ) is discussed wrt social life aspects such as kindness to fellow human beings leads to heavens in life hereafter for better living from Quran and Hadith of Prophet ﷺ. This is an approved Jumma Khutba from the Sultanate of Oman and translated in English.
In the name of ALLAH, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Kindness leads to Heavens.
Praise be to Allah, Who has commanded us to do good, and He has given us rewards to those who do it, and He has blessed us with the heights of the heavens, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is alone, There is no partner - and I bear witness that our Lord and Master Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, is the servant of God and His Messenger. The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, is the most kind to people and the most virtuous. Blessings and peace be upon you, upon your family, companions, and those who follow them righteously until the Day of Resurrection - Translation of the verses of Surah Al-Nisa' recited:
Worship Allâh and join none with Him (in worship), and do good to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, Al-Masâkin (the poor), the neighbour who is near of kin, the neighbour who is a stranger, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (you meet), and those (slaves) whom your right hands possess. Verily, Allâh does not like such as are proud and boastful; (36) Those who are miserly and enjoin miserliness on other men and hide what Allâh has bestowed upon them of His Bounties. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a disgraceful torment.[] (37) And (also) those who spend of their substance to be seen of men, and believe not in Allâh and the Last Day [they are the friends of Shaitân (Satan)], and whoever takes Shaitân (Satan) as an intimate; then what a dreadful intimate he has! (38) And what loss have they if they had believed in Allâh and in the Last Day, and they spend out of what Allâh has given them for sustenance? And Allâh is Ever All¬Knower of them
Surah An Nisa – 36-39
Servants of Allah, fear Allah - treat one another like the good doers, the pious and those who find themselves pleased with the Most Merciful, for this is the foundation of good conduct and a beacon of guidance to the straight path. He says in Surah Al-Nahl in Quran E Majeed, Furqan Hameed:
Verily, Allâh enjoins Al-Adl (i.e. justice and worshipping none but Allâh Alone - Islâmic Monotheism) and Al-Ihsân [i.e. to be patient in performing your duties to Allâh, totally for Allâh's sake and in accordance with the Sunnah (legal ways) of the Prophet SAW in a perfect manner], and giving (help) to kith and kin[] (i.e. all that Allâh has ordered you to give them e.g., wealth, visiting, looking after them, or any other kind of help): and forbids Al-Fahshâ' (i.e all evil deeds, e.g. illegal sexual acts, disobedience of parents, polytheism, to tell lies, to give false witness, to kill a life without right), and Al-Munkar (i.e all that is prohibited by Islâmic law: polytheism of every kind, disbelief and every kind of evil deeds), and Al-Baghy (i.e. all kinds of oppression), He admonishes you, that you may take heed.
Surah An Nahal – 90
O doers of good, know that Allah Ta'ala has preferred His obedience to all of us, and that obedience and doing good is one of the greatest deeds to draw near to Allah Ta'ala, and the best thing that brings a servant closer to Paradise. It does, that's why Islam has taken care of it. And ALLAH Almighty bestows His love on those who do this and says it in Surah Baqarah:
Truly, Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn[] (the good-doers).
Surah Al Baqara – 195-Part
And a person, O people of Allah, is happy if he is with his friend, supporting him and helping him, but when he is with Allah, who is the basis of success and on the right path. If there is a guide to walk, what do you think about it?, the answer to this in Surah Al-A'raf, is given by Allah Himself:
Surely, Allâh's Mercy is (ever) near unto the good doers.
Surah Al Araf – 56-Part
The virtue of kindness is great and its virtue is extensive, and the Lord has commanded it only for its high position and elevation, so he says in the decisive verses of Surah Al-Baqarah:
and speak good to people [i.e. enjoin righteousness and forbid evil, and say the truth about Muhammad Peace be upon him ],
Surah Al Baqara – 83-Part
He says at another place in Surah Al-Isra:
And say to My slaves (i.e. the true believers of Islâmic Monotheism) that they should (only) say those words that are the best.
Surah Al Isra – 53-Part
And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, did not ignore this matter in his holy Sunnah. It is narrated from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that Allah has written good for everything. Let us adhere to good deeds in word and deed, so that we will be rewarded by Allah Ta'ala and He will be a blessing and a treasure for us on the Day of Judgment.
O seeker of the meaning of kindness, one of the signs of kindness to others that a Muslim should observe and hasten to do is to honor one's parents as they are the flower of life and its peace, and They are the fragrance of the world and its joy. And the Holy Lord recommended them and said in Surah Al-Baqarah:
be dutiful and good to parents,
Surah Al Baqara – 83-Part
The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, has encouraged to behave well in his Sunnah. It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Masoud, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: I asked the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, which deed is best? He said: Prayer at its appointed time. I said: Then what? He said: Honor your parents. I said: Then what? He said: Jihad for the sake of Allah. And a scholar, explaining their excellence, said: So, people are more deserving, after the Creator; of His kindness, gratitude and benevolence, and commitment to goodness and obedience to Him, whom Allah Almighty bestows goodness on with His worship and obedience. Share and give thanks to Him and they are the parent. ALLAH Almighty says in Surah Luqman:
give thanks to Me and to your parents,
Surah Luqman – 14
One form of good behavior is good behavior towards relatives. A person bringing relations joined together is not one who is equal, but the one who joins them together when the relationship is severed. Good behavior between husband and wife should not be neglected, because it is in the hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: The best of you is the one who is good to his family and friends, and it says: Be kind. Treat women well. A wise couple is one who takes care of other rights for Allah. The things that should be taken care of are being kind to one's neighbor and taking care of his affairs - the Sunnah of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, has linked this with faith in Allah and regulated it. On this; Faith is not complete without it, it is mentioned in the blessed hadith, that a person who believes in Allah and the Last Day should respect his neighbor and be kind to the orphans and the poor. Allah Almighty says in Surah Al-Nisa:
Worship Allâh and join none with Him (in worship), and do good to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, Al-Masâkin (the poor),
Surah An Nisa – 36-Part
So, O servants of Allah, take care of the orphans and take care of the poor and needy. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I and the one who takes care of the orphan will be in Paradise" and in the same way help every needy person, because whoever fulfills the need of his brother, Allah will help him and help him. will meet the requirement.
So, O people of Allah, fear Allah about yourselves and help your brothers. May Allah remove all calamities from us and help us.
========================================================
Praise be to Allah, who has made us beloved for helping others, and has adorned it in the hearts of the believers at all times, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, alone with no partner - and I bear witness. Our master Muhammad (PBUH) is the servant of Allah and His Messenger, the most beneficial to the believers and the most desirous among them. Peace and blessings be upon him, his family, his companions, and his brothers until the Day of Judgment.
O brothers who love goodness - many people have workers who work with them, and they have rights that are mentioned in Islamic law, such as giving them their legitimate rights without delay. Give the laborer their wages before his sweat is dry, just as none of us likes to be delayed in his dues, neither do the workers. Likewise honor the workers with kindness, and help them with what you can, and pay them their dues, for the pain they feel from their exile is enough for them. And keeping them away from their families is the best gift and the best reward for you from Allah Ta'ala.
This is because the ways of kindness are numerous and abundant, including: being kind and good to the wrongdoer by giving a good answer - kindness in arguing with him. By giving a good answer, and by being gentle in argument, by doing in the way that is best, and doing good to the believers; living and dead, by prayer, by doing charity with perfection, Islam has given charity without encouraging it. has not left any door and has not left any place of mercy without hastening to it. Don't you see that he encouraged kindness and compassion for animals without harming or disrespecting them? It was narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (RA) that a man laid down a goat and began to sharpen his knife, and the Prophet (PBUH) said: Do you want to kill him twice? Why didn't you sharpen your knife before you dropped it?
So people of Allah, fear Allah - and know that as long as you do good to others, then you are good, and as long as you cooperate with each other and join hands, then there is good.
O people of Allah, always remember this decree of Allah:
Say: "O 'Ibâdî (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allâh, verily Allâh forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Surah Az Zumr – 53
Surah Al Ahzaab – 56
Allâh sends His Salât (Graces, Honours, Blessings, Mercy) on the Prophet (Muhammad SAW) and also His angels (ask Allâh to bless and forgive him). O you who believe! Send your Salât[] on (ask Allâh to bless) him (Muhammad SAW), and (you should) greet (salute) him with the Islâmic way of greeting (salutation i.e. As¬Salâmu 'Alaikum).
Surah Al Ahzaab – 56
